Claims (9)
- Rüttelform, bestehend aus einem Einsatz mit einem oder mehreren Formnestern zur Aufnahme von rieselfähigen Massen, insbesondere Beton zur Herstellung von Formsteinen, wobei der Einsatz auf einem Rütteltisch der Formmaschine angeordnet und mit einem vertikal beweglichen Formrahmen der Formmaschine verbunden ist, und wobei die Innenseite des Formrahmens und die Außenseite des Einsatzes Vorsprünge und Vertiefungen zur Aufnahme von Dämpfungsmitteln zwischen Formrahmen und Einsatz aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (10) des Einsatzes (3) in die Vertiefungen (11) des Formrahmens (6) eingreifen, oder umgekehrt, und daß die Dämpfungsmittel (12,13) zwischen den einander zugekehrten Flächen der Vorsprünge (10) und der Vertiefungen (11) angeordnet sind.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel aus Gummi, elastischem Kunststoff, Federn oder sonstigen Dämpfungselementen bestehen.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel lösbar am Einsatz (3) oder am Formrahmen (6) befestigt sind.
- Rüttelform nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel zwischen Einsatz (3) und Formrahmen (6) einklemmbar sind.
- Rüttelform nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite des Formrahmens (6) eine im Querschnitt dreieckförmige, nach innen divergierende Vertiefung (11) aufweist, in den ein entsprechender, dreieckförmiger Vorsprung (10) des Einsatzes (3) eingreift und daß zwischen Vorsprung (10) und Vertiefung (11) die Dämpfungsmittel angeordnet sind.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsmittel in Form von Dämpfungsplatten (12, 13) zwischen den benachbarten Seiten des Vorsprunges (10) und der Vertiefung (11) eingelegt sind.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatten (12) an den beiden Längsseiten des rechteckig ausgeführten Formrahmens (6) und des Einsatzes (3) nur an der oberen Seite des Vorsprunges (10) bzw. der Vertiefung (11) angeordnet sind, während an den beiden kürzeren Querseiten, die mit der Formmaschine verbunden sind, die Dämpfungsplatten (12, 13) an der oberen und an der unteren Seite des Vorsprungs (10) bzw. der Vertiefung (11) angeordnet sind.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatten (12, 13) an den Querseiten mit einem oder mehreren Druckstücken (15) und Schrauben (16) an der Unterseite des Formrahmens (6) festklemmbar sind.
- Rüttelform nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsplatten (12,13) an den Querseiten und an den Längsseiten des Formrahmens (6) und des Einsatzes (3) mit einem oder mehreren Druckstücken (15) und Schrauben (16) an der Unterseite des Formrahmens (6) festklemmbar sind.
