Claims (15)
- Ablaufventil für einen Spülkasten, insbesondere WC-Spülkasten, bei dem in einem am Spülkastenboden zu befestigenden Gehäuse (1) eine von oben in das oben offene Gehäuse (1) herausnehmbar eingesetzte Einheit (10) angeordnet ist, die eine sich horizontal erstreckende Trennwand (2) aufweist und eine Kammer (9) für einen Schwimmer (3) bildet, der an einem im Gehäuse (1) verschiebbar gelagerten Schliessorgan (4) angebracht ist, das an einem unteren Ende (5) einen Dichtungskörper (6) aufweist und das mit einem oberen Ende (7) durch eine Oeffnung (8) des Gehäuses (1) aus diesem herausragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (9) für den Schwimmer (3) in der Einheit (10) unten an der Trennwand (2) angeordnet ist und dass oben an der Trennwand (2) eine sich nach oben erstreckende, rohrförmige Wandung (11) befestigt ist, die mit einem Deckel (12) verbunden ist, der ebenfalls mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbunden ist.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit (10) drehbar im Gehäuse (1) gelagert ist.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Deckel (12), der lösbar mit der Einheit (10) und dem Gehäuse (1) verbunden ist.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (12) in die oben an der Trennwand (2) befestigte Wandung (11) eingreift, um diese lösbar zu halten.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (9) und die rohrförmige Wandung (11) an der Trennwand (2) angeformt sind.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Regulierung der Schliessgeschwindigkeit die Einheit (10) bezüglich des Gehäuses (1) zwischen wenigstens zwei vorbestimmten Drehpositionen verdrehbar ist.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der einen Drehposition zum vorzeitigen Schliessen bei teilweise entleertem Spülkasten Luft von der Aussenseite (57) des Gehäuses (1) durch einen Durchbruch (13) in die unten an der Trennwand (2) angeordnete Kammer (9) eindringen kann.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der einen Drehposition zum verzögerten Schliessen bei teilweise entleertem Spülkasten Luft von der Innenseite (14) des Gehäuses (1) in einen Kanal (15) zwischen der Einheit (10) und dem Gehäuse (1) und von diesem in die unter der Trennwand (2) angeordnete Kammer (9) dringen kann.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Einstellung der genannten Drehpositionen das Gehäuse (1) innenseitig vorstehende Auflagenocken (16) und die Einheit (10) mit den Auflagenokken (16) zusammenarbeitende Anschlagnocken (17) aufweisen.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Aussenseite (18) der Einheit (10) zwischen den Anschlagnocken (17) sich erstreckende Ausnehmungen (19) angeordnet sind.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehpositionen durch Rastungen fixierbar sind.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit (10) unter der Trennwand (2) und über dieser jeweils mindestens einen Durchbruch (20,21) aufweist, durch die Luft von der Oberseite der Trennwand (2) unterhalb diese gelangen kann.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit (10) einen Längsschlitz (22) aufweist, durch den von einer Durchgangsöffnung (13) im Gehäuse (1) von der Aussenseite des Gehäuses (1) Luft in die unten an der Trennwand (2) angeordnete Kammer (9) dringen kann, wenn der Längsschlitz (22) und die Durchgangsöffnung (13) in Deckung sind.
- Ablaufventil nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur drehbaren Befestigung der Einheit (10) am Gehäuse (1) der Deckel (12) mittels vorstehenden Laschen (24) am Gehäuse (1) lösbar aufgeschnappt ist.
- Ablaufventil nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (24) biegbar am Deckel (12) angeformt sind.
