an seinem unteren Ende 5 einen Ventilteller 6 besitzt, der
ein Dichtungskörper bildet und mit dem Ventilsitz 44 zusammenarbeitet.
Am oberen Ende 7 des Schliessorgans 4 ist eine
Lasche 34 angeformt, in die ein Hebel 35 einer hier nicht
näher bezeichneten Betätigungsvorrichtung eingreift. Mit
dieser Vorrichtung kann das Schliessorgan 4 angehoben und
dadurch das Ventil geöffnet werden. Im Spülkasten vorhandenes
Spülwasser 45 kann bei geöffnetem Ventil durch seitliche
Fenster 28 des Gehäuses 1 und eine Oeffnung 46 des

Claims (15)
- Outlet valve for a cistern, in particular WC cistern, in the case of which there is arranged in a housing (1), which can be fastened on the cistern base, a unit (10) which is introduced, in a manner which allows it to be removed again, from above into the housing (1), open at the top, has a horizontally extending partition wall (2) and forms a chamber (9) for a float (3) which is seated on a closure member (4), which is mounted displaceably in the housing (1), has a sealing body (6) at a bottom end (5) and, by means of a top end (7), projects out of the housing (1) through an opening (8) of the latter, characterized in that the chamber (9) for the float (3) is arranged, in the unit (10), beneath the partition wall (2), and in that an upwardly extending, tubular wall (11) is fastened above the partition wall (2) and is connected to a cover (12), which is likewise connected to the housing (1).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 1, characterized in that the unit (10) is mounted rotatably in the housing (1).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized by a cover (12), which is connected releasably to the unit (10) and the housing (1).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 3, characterized in that the cover (12) engages in the wall (11), which is fastened above the partition wall (2), in order to retain said wall in a releasable manner.
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the chamber (9) and the tubular wall (11) are integrally formed on the partition wall (2).
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that, for the purpose of regulating the closure speed, the unit (10) can be rotated, with respect to the housing (1), between at least two predetermined rotary positions.
- Outlet valve according to Claim 6, characterized in that in one rotary position for early closure, with the cistern partially emptied, air can penetrate from the outside (57) of the housing (1), through a passage (13), into the chamber (9) arranged beneath the partition wall (2).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that in one rotary position for delayed closure, with the cistern partially emptied, air can penetrate from the inside (14) of the housing (1) into a duct (15) between the unit (10) and the housing (1) and, from there, can penetrate into the chamber (9) arranged beneath the partition wall (2).
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that, for the purpose of setting said rotary positions, the housing (1) has abutment protrusions (16) projecting on the inside, and the unit (10) has stop protrusions (17) which interact with the abutment protrusions (16).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 9, characterized in that recesses (19) which extend between the stop protrusions (17) are arranged on the outside (18) of the unit (10).
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that the rotary positions can be fixed by latching means.
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 6 to 11, characterized in that the unit (10) has in each case at least one passage (20, 21) beneath the partition wall (2) and above the latter, and air can pass through these passages from the top side of the partition wall (2) to beneath the latter.
- Outlet valve according to Claim 12, characterized in that the unit (10) has a longitudinal slit (22) through which air can penetrate, by way of a through-passage opening (13) in the housing (1), from the outside of the housing (1) into the chamber (9), arranged beneath the partition wall (2), when the longitudinal slit (22) and the through-passage opening (13) coincide.
- Outlet valve according to one of Claims 3 to 13, characterized in that, for the purpose of fastening the unit (10) rotatably on the housing (1), the cover (12) is snapped releasably on the housing (1) by means of projecting lugs (24).
- Outlet valve according to Claim 14, characterized in that the lugs (24) are integrally formed on the cover (12) in a flexible manner.
