Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schutz der Fersenkappe und zumindest des daran anschließenden Abschnittes des Absatzes eines Damen- oder Herrenschuhs, insbesondere zum Autofahren, mit einem Zuschnitt aus flexiblem Material, der um die Fersenkappe und den genannten Absatzabschnitt des Schuhs mit Hilfe von über den Rist oder die Fessel des Benutzers verlaufenden Haltebändern befestigbar ist.
Die Fersenkappen von Damen- oder Herrenschuhen unterliegen während des Autofahrens einem erheblichen Verschleiß; durch das Betätigen von Bremse, Gas oder Kupplung rutschen die Rückseiten der Schuhe auf der Bodenmatte des Autos hin und her, wodurch das Oberleder der Schuhkappe sowie des Absatzes mit der Zeit starke Beschädigungen aufweist.
Es wurden daher bereits entsprechende Schutzvorrichtungen vorgeschlagen, beispielsweise in der FR-A-2 530 430. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung ist der Zuschnitt ein die Fersenkappe und die Rückseite des Absatzes abdeckender rechteckiger oder trapezförmiger Flicken, der mit einem um den Rist geführten ersten Halteband und einem oder mehreren um die Vorderseite des Absatzes geführten zweiten Haltebändern befestigt wird. Das Schließen der Haltebänder erfolgt mittels Klettverschluß. Weitere Varianten von Schutzvorrichtungen sind aus der US-A-4 662 082 bzw. der US-A-3 104 479 bekannt, wobei hier jeweils eine die gesamte Rückseite des Schuhs umschließende Aufsetzkappe, gegebenenfalls mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für den unteren Absatzabschnitt von Damenschuhen, vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kappe mit Hilfe eines über den Rist geführten Haltebandes festgelegt wird. Eine ähnliche Variante ist auch aus der US-A-1 180 679 bekannt und ist gänzlich an die Form der rückwärtigen Hälfte eines Damenschuhs angepaßt, d.h. ist de facto ein halber Schuh.
Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die einfach und sicher am Schuh befestigbar ist. Dieses Ziel wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß der Zuschnitt im wesentlichen H-Form hat, wobei der Mittelsteg des H eine Breite hat, die im wesentlichen an die abzudeckende Quererstreckung der Fersenkappe angepaßt ist, und eine Länge, die etwa der abzudeckenden Höhe der Fersenkappe plus der Länge des genannten Absatzabschnittes entspricht, wobei der Mittelsteg im Falle eines Damenschuhs eine Öffnung für den Durchtritt des restlichen Abschnittes des Absatzes aufweist, und wobei jeder der beiden Seitenstege des H an seinen Enden mit komplementären Verschlußvorrichtungen ausgestattet ist, um aus dem einen Seitensteg ein über den Rist und aus dem anderen Seitensteg ein über die Fessel verlaufendes Halteband zu bilden.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung kann vom Benutzer leicht an- oder abgelegt werden. Durch die allfällige Öffnung für den Durchtritt von längeren Absätzen ist die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung für alle Arten von Damen- und Herrenschuhen geeignet.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen sowie der nachfolgenden Beschreibung in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen jeweils in vereinfachter perspektivischer Darstellung eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung an einem Herrenschuh während des Gebrauchs im Auto (Fig. 1), eine alternative Ausführungsform an einem Damenschuh (Fig. 2), und eine weitere Ausführungsform in Alleinansicht mit einer Öffnung für einen Damenabsatz (Fig. 3). Fig. 4 zeigt den Zuschnitt, aus dem die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung gebildet wird, im ausgebreiteten Zustand in der Draufsicht.
Die Vorrichtung kann aus einem zweischichtigen Material gefertigt werden, beispielsweise mit einem Obermaterial aus Leder, Gummi, Stoff oder Kunststoff, und einem Futtermaterial aus Filz, Stoff, Schaumstoff oder Gummi. Die Fertigung kann durch Vernähen, Verschweißen oder Verkleben erfolgen.
Fig. 4 zeigt die H-Form des Zuschnittes aus einem Mittelsteg 1 und Seitenstegen 2, 3. Der Mittelsteg 1 ist mit einer Öffnung 4 für den Durchtritt des unteren Abschnittes längerer Schuhabsätze z.B. von Damenschuhen ausgestattet. Die Enden der Seitenstege 2, 3 sind mit komplementären Verschlußvorrichtungen 5, 6 versehen, im vorliegenden Fall mit Klettverschlüssen. Alternativ kann die Befestigung am Schuh durch Loch-, Ösenverschluß oder normales Schnüren erfolgen.

Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Schutz der Fersenkappe und zumindest des daran anschließenden Abschnittes des Absatzes eines Damen- oder Herrenschuhs, insbesondere zum Autofahren, mit einem Zuschnitt aus flexiblem Material, der um die Fersenkappe und den genannten Absatzabschnitt des Schuhs mit Hilfe von über die Fessel des Benutzers verlaufenden Haltebändern befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt im wesentlichen H-Form hat, wobei der Mittelsteg (1) des H eine Breite hat, die im wesentlichen an die abzudeckende Quererstreckung der Fersenkappe angepaßt ist, und eine Länge, die etwa der abzudeckenden Höhe der Fersenkappe plus der Länge des genannten Absatzabschnittes entspricht, wobei der Mittelsteg (1) eine Öffnung (4) für den Durchtritt des restlichen Abschnittes des Absatzes im Falle eines Damenschuhs aufweist, und wobei jeder der beiden Seitenstege (2, 3) des H an seinen Enden mit komplementären Verschlußvorrichtungen (5, 6) ausgestattet ist, um aus dem einen Seitensteg (2) ein über den Rist und aus dem anderen Seitensteg (3) ein über die Fessel verlaufendes Halteband zu bilden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt einstückig ist
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt aus elastischem Material, bevorzugt kunststoffbeschichtetem Schaumstoff, gefertigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußvorrichtungen (5, 6) durch Klettverschlüsse gebildet sind.
