Definitions
- the invention relates to reinforcement on doors, Windows or facades, in particular door or casement frames, with abutting frame hollow profiles that their joints are coupled via connectors that at least two, each at a cut end of a hollow frame profile adjacent and the outer outline of the associated Have frame hollow profile adapted butt surfaces and side surfaces have that in the plane of the side walls of the hollow frame profiles are arranged, and which connectors on the frame hollow profiles fit and are attached to the outside of the profile at least one longitudinal groove, rib or the like.
- functional Have profiling, and with one from the Frame level are provided with a projecting ledge, with which a connector and frame hollow profiles clad Cladding panel is set on its edge, and with a frame filling located between the hollow frame profiles.
- the invention is based on the object reinforcement with the characteristics mentioned above improve that they can also be used for doors and windows of buildings is suitable, i.e. the requirements given there improved security against break-in is sufficient, with a respectable External appearance is preserved.
- the bar one the cladding panel holding mounting bar is the from a side wall of a hollow frame profile over its rebate-side frame surface protrudes to form a rollover, and / or from a side wall of a hollow frame profile of its fold-side frame surface forming a frame sealing surface stands back.
- the mounting strips are door-shaping that they hold or allow cladding parts to be attached. She are also door-shaping in that they are from a side wall forming a rollover over the fold-side frame area protrude.
- the board of the fastening strips forming the frame flap allows the folding space to be covered between Sash frame and frame, as well as the use of more common Fittings, for example the use of usual Door hinges with fishing bolts. As a rule, will frame-forming boards of the fastening strips Find inside the room.
- the frame usually has one on the outside of the room Rollover, so that here rollover-forming fastening strips are not required.
- the casement can, however be designed so that the mounting strips a side wall from the fold-side frame surface forming a frame sealing surface stand back. Between the casement and, as a result, the frame becomes a center gasket surface formed, the usual sealing requirements can suffice.
- the rollover Fastening strips can do the rest the inclusion of fittings or trim parts in full Serve scope.
- the exterior can be designed influence the sash largely.
- the mounting strips can use the mounting strips to fix fittings serve like wing fishing.
- the mounting strips serve to fasten cladding parts, such as bezels that change the look of the Sash frame can be designed.
- the influence the color design, especially through Subsequent change when the trim parts are replaced become.
- the sash is therefore especially for the craft area very interesting in the individual Refinements are particularly in demand.
- the inner construction of the casement or the hollow frame profiles cover completely.
- the hollow frame profiles can be invisible and the connectors can be purely functional be designed, regardless of their external appearance.
- You can in particular also with regard to Security functions are specially trained so that for the fleeting viewer no conclusions about the stability of the casement or the casement are possible or at from the outset the impression of a particularly stable construction will cause.
- the construction is suitable in a metal-steel version, so the cladding panels made of metal inside and / or outside, excellent for fire protection elements or doors.
- the Material of the cladding panels are appropriately selected and e.g. also consist of glass or any other way suitable for a glass facade. Glass plates can be an optimal Form façade and also color in profile become.
- the corner area or the connection area of two hollow frame profiles is formed exclusively by the connector.
- the connector takes over both the power transmission between the ends of the hollow frame profiles, such as also the complete exterior design, especially in the area of the sides where its side faces are in the plane of the side walls the hollow frame profiles are arranged. So far the connector also the outside view of the casement profile determine.
- design it is important that the hollow frame profiles cut to length from an extruded profile in a simple manner can be at right angles to their longitudinal extent. This includes a configuration that deviates from the rectangular shape of the casement. Rather it is possible to design the connector accordingly in such cases.
- the sash frame is designed to be fully functional can be designed so that the connector between its buttocks one with the functional profiling the same as the butting hollow frame profiles, has aligned profiling. So the connector leads the profiling of the hollow frame profiles between their ends away. Accordingly, it has the same profiles. Fittings or the like. can up to the one occupied by the connector Area. Also a corner or mainly manifesting in the corner application of Fitting is easily possible.
- the sash frame can be designed that as a functional profile a groove open on the seam side is present, in the engagement holes having elements or locking elements acting on the frame side are permanently installed are.
- the groove which is open on the fold side, is a tried and tested per se Construction means to accommodate fittings with which Wing positioning functions are carried out.
- Such Actuating function is the locking function in which the casement with locking bolts actuated by the rod rod fitting coupled to the frame to prevent swivel and / or tilt opening becomes.
- locking elements forming locking bolts other locking elements can also be installed, such as bolts, latches or locks.
- Such elements can advantageous using a groove that is open on the rabbet side to be built in.
- Such a groove open on the fold side is also suitable for receiving elements with engagement bores, for example, cuff rails with holes, engage bolts in their holes or engaging holes, which are fixed on the frame side and in the closed position prevent the wing from levering out vertically.
- engagement bores for example, cuff rails with holes, engage bolts in their holes or engaging holes, which are fixed on the frame side and in the closed position prevent the wing from levering out vertically.
- the sash is in the sense of an appealing exterior trained so that the cladding panel with a Provide the fixed formwork for the facing strips is.
- the visible surface of the cladding panel or the visible formwork can be fixed influence the external appearance, such as coloring, Material structure or the like
- the sash is designed so that the fastening screw is arranged close to the profile with her head and between two mutually parallel screw-in strips of the neighboring one Frame profile engages firmly.
- the connector is at the joint with its abutting surface against the front of the frame hollow profile, the screw length between the end face of the hollow frame profile and the Screw head very short in the sense of high fastening forces is.
- the screw-in length can be the required Extraction forces are kept correspondingly long because the mutually parallel screw-in strips of the frame profile run through its entire length.
- the connection is too quick to manufacture if self-tapping mounting screws be used.
- the casement is designed in that the connector centering pins protruding from its abutting surfaces has, each between two mutually parallel terminal strips of the neighboring frame profile.
- the centering pin not only help with the assembly of the frame profiles and the connector, but also ensure beyond that the necessary torsional strength in the corner area.
- the centering pin relieve the fastening screws or allow it to get by with a few fastening screws, for example with a single fastening screw per joint.
- the reinforcement is designed so that the hollow frame profile at least one of each inner surface of a side wall has the above spacer bar for a lock case, and that two spacer bars, if necessary, part a pocket for the insertion end of the lock case are. This ensures that the lock case cannot twist within the frame hollow profile if this should be lifted. In addition, another Improvement against violent turning of the lock case can be achieved when using the two spacer bars a receiving pocket is formed.
- the receiving bag is as deep as the insertion end of the lock case is and is accordingly essentially U-shaped Cross section, with the spacer bars each connect to the outer ends of the U-legs, so that an im Whole hat-like cross section arises, with the outer edge the brim perpendicular to the inner surfaces of the side walls of the Hollow frame profile attacks.
- the spacer bars can also be used another function in determining of screw-on tapes, their fastening screws be screwed into the frame profile.
- the Frame profile designed so that the spacer bars parallel bars are assigned at a distance from each other, which allows fasteners to be screwed in.
- a door leaf is shown schematically, the Door leaf 36 halfway up the door handle fitting 43 is shown broken away, so that the door leaf frame can recognize.
- This consists of four right angles mutually arranged frame hollow profiles 10, which each have two ends 10 'coupled via a connector 12 are.
- Each hollow frame section 10 has two cut to length Ends 10 'and, accordingly, two joints 11.
- the connectors 12 in turn have at the joints 11 of the hollow frame profiles 10 adjacent abutting surfaces 15, the outer contour is profiled as well as the outer contour of the hollow frame profiles 10th
- the frame hollow profiles 10 in arranged on the same frame level and close between them a frame fill 14 that suits the needs can be designed differently.
- the side walls 17 of the Hollow frame profiles 10 of a frame side each lie in the same Level, so that 10 cladding panels on the outside of the frame hollow sections 21 can be attached, both wing inside, as well as outside.
- each frame hollow profile 10 consists of two Half shells, which essentially form the side walls 17 and are held together by components 33.
- This Components 33 are longitudinal strips from bad thermally conductive material, so that on one side of a Frame hollow profile 10 approximately existing temperature conditions not by conduction to the opposite one, for example, half-shell lying on the inside of the wing can.
- Such a design and use poorly heat-conducting components 33 can also be dispensed with, if the frame hollow profiles 10 or the wing otherwise are sufficiently insulated or covered with thermal insulation.
- the hollow frame profiles 10 have a frame, so on its fold-side frame surface 24, a longitudinally running one Groove 13 as a functional profile.
- This groove 13 is used for example the arrangement of an espagnolette fitting Actuation of locking bolts and the like In the area of the groove 13 can also be used other closure elements If necessary, couple the casement to the frame should.
- a lock case 45 is dashed shown, the lock with its lock latch as a closure element 18 in an abutment strip 40 vertical frame spar 39 engages.
- the lock case 45 is within a hollow frame section 10 against lateral movements supported towards the side walls 17.
- the central web 44 on the Installation location of the lock case 45 removed accordingly, e.g. by milling, so that the screw-in strips present on the central web 44 29, which are still shown in Figure 3, omitted.
- the central web 44 becomes two spacer bars 59.
- the 45 adjacent to the lock case interior of a pair of terminal blocks 32 can the lock case 45 also support if the lock case width the Distance between two adjacent terminal strips 32 each other opposite side walls 17 is dimensioned accordingly.
- the parallel bars 60 are parallel to the spacer bars 59 arranged, namely at a distance 61 that the screwing of fasteners allowed.
- fasteners are, for example, screws.
- the screws screw-on tapes can be set, for example are designed as holding plates for a casement.
- the Hollow frame profile 10 can be used when using several spacer bars 59 and parallel strips 60 are designed so that different distances can be achieved, for example additionally also the distance 61 'in the area of the central web 44.
