Claims (12)
- Anhängevorrichtung (1) und eine Schaltafel (2), wobei die Anhangevorrichtung (1) zum Anhängen wenigstens einer Schaltafel (2) an ein Hebezeug dient und einen Tragkörper (11) aufweist und wobei die Schaltafel (2) rechtwinklig zu der zu betonierenden Fläche verlaufende, mit Sicken (5) oder Rinnen für den Angriff von Befestigungsklammern versehene Randstege (6) oder Randprofile und außerdem rechtwinklig dazu verlaufende Aussteifungsprofile (7) hat, welche Aussteifungsprofile (7) parallel zur Schalhaut (4) mit Abstand zu dieser angeordnete Stege (8) und Durchbrüche (9) in diesen Stegen (8) haben, wobei der Tragkörper (11) einen in Gebrauchsstellung nach oben gerichteten und nach oben geöffneten Haken (12) mit einem Hakengrund (13) und einem diesem gegenüber hochstehenden Hakenvorsprung (14) zum Einhängen in einen Durchbruch (9) eines Aussteifungsprofiles (7) hat und in dem Tragkörper (11) eine Lochung (16) und ein relativ zu dieser in dem Tragkörper (11) verstellbares Sperrelement (17) vorgesehen ist, welches in Lösestellung gegenüber dem Haken (12) zurückgezogen ist, wobei die Gesamtabmessung des Hakens (12) mit dem Hakenvorsprung (14) gleich oder kleiner der Abmessung des Durchbruches (9) in dem Steg (8) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) in vertikaler oder schräger Richtung ist und die Gesamtabmessung des Sperrelementes (17) und des Hakens (12) abzüglich der des Hakenvorsprunges (14) gleich oder kleiner der entsprechenden Abmessung des Durchbruches (9) in dem Steg (8) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (17) unterhalb des Hakens (12) vorgesehen ist und in Gebrauchsstellung den Haken (12) zumindest in dem Durchbruch (9) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) untergreift, daß die Anhängevorrichtung (1) einen Angriff oder Haltebügel (10) aufweist, der mit dem Tragkörper (11) verbunden ist und daß der Tragkörper (11) oberhalb seines Hakens (12) wenigstens einen in eine Sicke (5) des Randprofiles einführbaren Vorsprung (18) hat, der in die Sicke (5) eingreift, wenn der Hakenvorsprung (14) den oberen Rand (15) des Durchbruches (9) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) zumindest teilweise hintergreift, und daß in dieser Position der Haken (12) von dem nach innen verstellten Sperrelement (17) untergriffen ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Hakenvorsprunges (14) gegenüber dem Hakengrund (13) etwa gleich der in dieser Richtung verlaufenden Abmessung des Sperrelementes (17) ist und daß das Sperrelement (17) mit dem in Gebrauchsstellung in den Durchbruch (9) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) eingreifenden Haken (12) diesen Durchbruch (9) zumindest in Belastungs- oder Tragrichtung insbesondere im wesentlichen ausfüllt und/oder vorzugsweise in dem Durchbruch (9) verklemmt ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand des Hakengrundes (13) von dem Vorsprung (18) gleich oder um ein Spiel größer als der Höhenabstand des oberen Randes (15) des Durchbruches (9) von der Sicke (5) ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragkörper (11) ein etwa U-förmiges Querschnittsprofil hat und in Gebrauchsstellung ein Aussteifungsprofil (7) der Schaltafel (2) außenseitig umgreift, wobei der U-Quersteg (19) des Tragkörpers (11) in Gebrauchsstellung an dem Aussteifungsprofil (7) außenseitig im Bereich von dessen Durchbruch (9) anliegt, und daß die beiden U-Schenkel (20) an ihrer in Gebrauchsstellung nach oben weisenden Stirnseite insbesondere jeweils einen Vorsprung (18) zum Eingreifen in die Sicke (5) des Randsteges (6) haben.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der den U-Schenkeln (20) abgewandten Außenseite des U-Quersteges (19) des Tragkörpers (11) im Bereich unterhalb des an der Innenseite des U-Quersteges (19) angeordneten Hakens (12) eine Führung (21) für das insbesondere rechtwinklig zu diesem U-Quersteg (20) verstellbare Sperrelement (17) angeordnet ist, die sich bis in die Lochung unterhalb des Hakens (12) fortsetzt.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Führung (21) für das Sperrelement (17) eine Gewindehülse vorgesehen ist und daß das Sperrelement bolzenförmig ausgebildet ist und ein zu dem Innengewinde (22) der Gewindehülse passendes Außengewinde (23) hat, wodurch das Sperrelement (17) quer zu dem U-Quersteg (19) durch diesen hindurch verstellbar ist oder daß als Führung eine Hülse vorgesehen ist, in der ein insbesondere bolzenförmiges Sperrelement gegen die Kraft einer Feder außer Sperrstellung zurückziehbar gelagert ist und daß das federbelastete Sperrelement von der Feder in die Gebrauchsstellung unterhalb des Hakens verschiebbar ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (17) an seinem in Gebrauchsstellung in das Aussteifungsprofil (7) eingreifenden Ende einen konischen Übergang (17b) zu seinem Sperrabschnitt (17a) hat und daß der in Gebrauchsstellung in den Durchbruch (9) des Aussteifungsprofiles (7) eingreifende Sperrabschnitt (17a) des Sperrelementes (17) vorzugsweise gewindefrei und glatt und insbesondere mit kreisrundem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Sperrelement (17) einen quer zu seiner Verschieberichtung vorstehenden Vorsprung oder Griff (24) für die axiale Verstellung oder Verschraubung in Schließ- oder Offenstellung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung oder Griff (24) insbesondere auch als Anschlag gegenüber der Führung (21) dient und eine seinem freien Ende naheliegende Anschlagfläche, Öffnung (27) oder Kupplung für eine Betätigungsstange mit Gegenanschlag, mit Haken oder mit Gegenkupplung hat.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Tragkörper (11) unmittelbar benachbarte Bereich der als Führung (21) dienenden Gewindehülse einen gegenüber dem von dem Tragkörper (11) beabstandeten Innengewinde (22) vergrößerten Innendurchmesser zu Aufnahme des Sperrabschnittes (17a) des in Offenstellung zurückgezogenen Sperrkörpers (17) hat.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltebügel (10) an dem Tragkörper (11) im Bereich des Überganges von dem U-Quersteg (19) zu dem U-Schenkel (20) insbesondere außenseitig, befestigt oder angeschweißt, vorzugsweise ösenförmig ausgebildet ist und den in Gebrauchsstellung oberen Bereich des Tragkörpers (11) außenseitig über einen Längenbereich übergreift und dieser Längenbereich der gegenseitigen Berührung von Haltebügel (10) und Tragkörper (11) insbesondere verschweißt ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltebügel (10) etwa U-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei seine U-Schenkel (25) an dem Tragkörper (11) befestigt sind und diesem gegenüber in Tragrichtung parallel zueinander oder aufeinander zu nach oben weiter verlaufen und derart abgebogen sind, daß der sie oberhalb des Tragkörpers (11) verbindende U-Quersteg (26) etwa oberhalb der an der Stirnseite des Tragkörpers (11) befindlichen Vorsprünge (18), die in Gebrauchsstellung in die Sicke (5) des Randsteges (6) eingreifen, angeordnet ist.
- Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-Schenkel (20) des Tragkörpers (11) in ihrer Breite (b) von unten nach oben zu den Vorsprüngen (18) hin insbesondere stetig zunehmen, vorzugsweise eine etwa dreieckige Form haben.
