Dispositif de suspension selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dont l'élément de blocage (17) présente un organe de manoeuvre sous la forme d'une saillie ou d'une poignée (24) dépassant transversalement par rapport à la direction de mouvement de cet élément, en vue du déplacement ou du vissage/dévissage axial de l'élément de blocage à sa position de fermeture ou de blocage ou à sa position d'ouverture ou de détachement, caractérisé en ce que la saillie ou la poignée (24) sert notamment aussi de butée par rapport au guide (21) et possède, près de son extrémité libre, une surface de butée, un trou (27) ou un accouplement pour une barre de manoeuvre pourvue d'une contre-butée, d'un crochet ou d'un contre-accouplement.
  9. Dispositif de suspension selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie directement adjacente au corps porteur (11) de la douille filetée, servant de guide (21), possède un diamètre intérieur agrandi, par rapport au filetage intérieur (22), lequel est plus espacé du corps porteur (11), en vue de la réception de la partie de blocage (17a) de l'élément de blocage (17) retiré à la position d'ouverture.
  10. Dispositif de suspension selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de support (10), lequel est fixé, notamment soudé, au corps porteur (11) dans la zone de transition de la base (19) aux branches (20) du U, en particulier sur le côté extérieur, possède de préférence une forme en anneau et s'étend extérieurement le long de la partie supérieure, en position d'utilisation, du corps porteur (11), dans une zone longitudinale de contact mutuel de l'étrier de support (10) et du corps porteur (11), zone qui est en particulier soudée.
  11. Dispositif de suspension selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de support (10) est réalisé à peu près en forme de U, les branches (25) du U étant fixées au corps porteur (11) et s'étendant parallèlement entre elles dans la direction de support par rapport à ce corps ou en s'approchant l'une de l'autre par leurs prolongements vers le haut, où elles sont incurvées de manière que la partie transversale médiane (26) du U, qui les relie au-dessus du corps porteur (11), soit située à peu près au-dessus des protubérances (18) se trouvant a l'extrémité du corps porteur (11) et pénétrant en position d'utilisation dans la rainure (5) de la nervure de bordure (6) du panneau.
  12. Dispositif de suspension selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches (20) du U formé par le corps porteur (11) ont une largeur (b) qui augmente en particulier de façon régulière de bas en haut vers les protubérances (18) et possèdent de préférence une forme à peu près triangulaire.
