Description
- Fig. 1
- einen zur Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen geeigneten Behälter mit freiliegender Zugriffsöffnung, ein in den Behälter einlegbares Tablar, das als Träger für eine Unterteilungseinrichtung zur Bildung von Aufbewahrungskammern fungiert, sowie zwei Ausgestaltungsvarianten einer solchen Unterteilungseinrichtung, die einmal aus einer Gitterstruktur besteht und sich das andere Mal aus einer Mehrfachanordnung von kleineren Aufnahmebehältern zusammensetzt, von denen lediglich einer vergrößert dargestellt ist,

Claims (22)
- Einsatzsystem, mit einem zur Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen dienenden Behälter (2), der ein mit einer Zugriffsöffnung (13) versehenes kasten- oder schalenförmiges Unterteil (7) aufweist, und mit mehreren aufeinandergestapelt in das Unterteil (7) einlegbaren, wenigstens teilweise mit mindestens einem Traggriff versehenen Einsätzen (1), die jeweils über einen plattenartigen Boden (23) und eine daran vorgesehene, Trennwände (32) zur Bildung von nebeneinanderliegenden Aufbewahrungskammern (28) aufweisende Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) verfügen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der plattenartige Boden (23) mehrerer Einsätze (1) von einem bezüglich der Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) separaten Tablar (3) gebildet ist, das mindestens einen Traggriff (26) aufweist, und daß die Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) abnehmbar auf dem Boden (23) abgestellt ist, wobei sie zumindest teilweise von einer in einzelne bodenlose Fächer unterteilten zusammenhängenden Gitterstruktur (4'') und/oder zumindest teilweise von einer Mehrzahl einzelner nebeneinanderstehender, jeweils mindestens eine Aufnahmekammer (28) enthaltender Aufnahmebehälter (5) gebildet ist.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebehälter (5) einen Rechteckgrundriß mit vorzugsweise unterschiedlichen Seitenlängen aufweisen.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterschiedlich große Grundflächen aufweisende Aufnahmebehälter (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 3 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterschiedlich große Grundflächen aufweisenden Aufnahmebehälter (5) sich in ihren Längen- und/oder Breitenabmessungen um ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches voneinander unterscheiden.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebehälter (5) an der Oberseite eine Bestückungs- und Entnahmeöffnung (37) aufweisen.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitliche Begrenzungswand (35) der Aufnahmebehälter (5) im Bereich ihres die Bestückungs- und Entnahmeöffnung (37) begrenzenden oberen Randes innen derart abgestuft ist, daß eine vom Boden wegweisende ringsumlaufende Schulter (58) vorliegt.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Aufnahmebehälter (5) zu ihrem Boden (36) hin verjüngen, wobei ihr Grundriß im Bereich des Bodens (36) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sich zwei übereinander angeordnete Aufnahmebehälter (63, 64) in einer ersten Relativposition vertikal ineinander eingreifend stapeln lassen, während in einer um die Hochachse (65) gegeneinander verdrehten zweiten Relativposition der obere Aufnahmebehälter (64) bodenseitig auf gegenüberliegenden Abschnitten (58') der Schulter (58) des unteren Aufnahmebehälters (63) abstellbar ist.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmebehälter (5) im Bereich ihres die Bestückungs- und Entnahmeöffnung (37) begrenzenden oberen Randes eine nach oben offene Verankerungsvertiefung (68) zur Verankerung eines einsteckbaren Zusatzteils (66, 67) aufweisen.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zusatzteil ein Beschriftungsschild (66) oder ein insbesondere schwenkbeweglicher Verschlußdeckel (67) ist.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstecköffnung (72) der Verankerungsvertiefung (68) an der umlaufenden Schulter (58) der seitlichen Begrenzungswand (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Einsatzsystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Bestückungs- und Entnahmeöffnung (37) zugeordnete Endabschnitt (62) der seitlichen Begrenzungswand (35) von einem umlaufenden Band (73) gebildet ist, das den sich anschließenden Wandabschnitt (74) der Begrenzungswand (35) mit radialem Abstand außen in Höhenrichtung (65) überlappt, wobei in dem sich ergebenden Zwischenraum (76) den Zusammenhalt gewährleistende und mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Verbindungsstege (78) vorgesehen sind, und wobei die obere Abschlußkante (77) des besagten, sich anschließenden Wandabschnittes (74) die umlaufende Schulter (58) und der Zwischenraum (76) die Verankerungsvertiefung (68) bildet.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tablar (3) eine vorzugsweise rechteckförmigen Umriß besitzende Nutzstellfläche (25) aufweist, die vollständig durch die Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) belegt ist.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tablar (3) einen umlaufenden hochragenden Begrenzungsrand (24) aufweist, dessen Höhe zweckmäßigerweise mindestens der Höhe der zugeordneten Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) entspricht.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tablar (3) an wenigstens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern über jeweils einen hochragenden Traggriff (26) verfügt.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem mindestens einen Traggriff (26) Fixiervertiefungen (48) vorgesehen sind, in die an einem die Zugriffsöffnung (13) verschließenden Behälterdeckel (14) vorgesehene Fixiernasen (47) eingreifen können.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einem Seitenrand des Tablars eine Hakenanordnung (43) vorgesehen ist, mit der sich ein aus dem zugeordneten Behälter (2) entnommenes Tablar (3) am Rand der seitlichen Begrenzungswand (12) des Unterteils (7) einhängen läßt.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mehrere Einsätze (1) mit gleicher Grundfläche, jedoch unterschiedlicher Höhe umfaßt.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar aufeinandergestapelte Einsätze (1), insbesondere mit ihren Traggriffen (26), formschlüssig in Höhenrichtung ineinandergreifen.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere in einem Behälter (2) untergebrachte Einsatz (1) von einer z.B. aus Schaumstoff bestehenden und an dem Behälterdeckel (14) befestigten Weichmaterialschicht unter Kontakt abgedeckt wird.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Tablar (3) eine insbesondere plattenförmige Schwenkabdeckung (42) angebracht ist, die hochschwenkbar über der Unterteilungseinrichtung (4) liegt.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, gekennzeichnet durch eine an der Innenseite am Randbereich einer seitlichen Begrenzungswand (12) angeordnete Profilleiste (52), die mindestens eine Längsnut (55) zum Einhängen von hakenartigen Halteelementen (56) aufweist.
- Einsatzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tablar (3) eine Mehrzahl von Durchbrechungen aufweist, in die die auf dem Tablar (3) abgestellten Aufnahmebehälter (5) von oben her zumindest teilweise eintauchen.
