Claims (10)
- Kurvenlager für Türen, Fenster, Klappen oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Kurvenbahnträger (1), der an einem Rahmen (R) befestigbar ist und der eine Kurvenbahn (2) aufweist, in der ein Lagerzapfen (4) des Lagerzapfenträgers (3), der an einer Tür (T) befestigbar ist, drehbar gelagert und gerührt ist, und mit einem Lagerzapfen (4a) auf dem Kurvenbahnträger (1), der in einer Kurvenbahn (2a) des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) drehbar gelagert und geführt ist sowie der Anordnung des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) und der Kurvenbahn (2) jeweils außerhalb der vertikalen Ebene des Rahmens bzw. der Tür, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bewegung des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) gegenüber dem Lagerzapfen (4a) sich beim Öffnen und Schließen ständig zusammensetzt aus einer kreisförmigen Bewegungskomponente und einer Verschiebung in der Kurvenbahn (2a) in eine senkrechte Richtung zur vertikalen Rahmenebene bedingt durch die beim Öffnen und Schließen zwangsweise ausgelöste Bewegung des Lagerzapfens (4) in der Kurvenbahn (2) des Kurvenbahnträgers (1). - Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
während des Öffnens oder Schließens eine Umkehrung der Bewegungskomponente des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) in Richtung senkrecht zur vertikalen Rahmenebene erfolgt. - Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Lagerzapfen (4a) des Kurvenbahnträgers (1) in jeder Phase der Bewegung des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) gegenüber dem Lagerzapfen (4a) räumlich näher am Rahmen (R) angeordnet ist als die Kurvenbahn (2) des Kurvenbahnträgers (1). - Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerzapfen (4, 4a) in Ausgangsstellung von Kurvenbahnträger (1) und Lagerzapfenträger (3) in das jeweils zapfenabgewandte Bahnende der gegenüberliegenden Kurvenbahn eingreifen.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Kurvenbahn (2) als gerade Bahn und die andere Kurvenbahn (2a) als gekrümmte Bahn ausgebildet sind.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Kurvenbahnen (2, 2a) als gekrümmte Bahnen mit gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Krümmungsradien ausgebildet sind.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der beiden Kurvenbahnen (2) im Bereich ihres der Endstellung des Lagerzapfenträgers (3) entsprechenden Bahnendes eine die Kurvenbahn (2) verengende, z. B. sich konisch verjüngende Auflaufbremse (7) für den eingreifenden Lagerzapfen (4) aufweist.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurvenbahnträger (1) und der Lagerzapfenträger (3) als blockartige Bauteile mit als eingearbeitete Führungsnuten ausgebildeten Kurvenbahnen (2, 2a) für die in die Führungsnuten mit vorgegebenem Bewegungsspiel eingreifenden Lagerzapfen (4, 4a) ausgebildet sind.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerzapfen (4, 4a) als Lagerachsen für Rollen ausgebildet sind.
- Kurvenlager nach Anspruch 1 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenbahnen (2, 2a) als Führungsschienen für die Lagerzapfen (4, 4a) oder Rollen ausgebildet sind.
