Description
Diese Nachteile der ersten bekannten Bauart eines mit einem Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststellers der eingangs bezeichneten Bauart sind bei einer weiteren aus der DE-PS 32 29 766 bekannten Bauart eines solchen Türfeststellers zwar im Wesentlichen vermieden, jedoch haftet beiden bekannten Bauarten von mit einem Türscharnier baulich vereinigten Türfeststellern zudem noch der Nachteil an, daß die Anzahl der möglichen Raststellungen der Türe auf maximal zwei begrentz ist.
In der bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist jedoch vorgesehen, daß der Belastungsarm der Drehstabfeder einen kreisrunden Profilquerschnitt besitzt und sich die Rastausnehmungen in den radialen Ausladungen zweier benachbarter und gegeneinander verschwenkter Widerlagerrollen einander zu einer Halbkreisform ergänzen. Dies hat vorteilhafterweise eine glatte lückenlose und ruckfreie Übergabe des Belastungsarmes der Drehstabfeder von einer zur nächstfolgenden Widerlagerrolle zur Folge, d.h. der Belastungsarm der Drehstabfeder gleitet im Verlauf der Türbewegung ohne jedwede Störung aus der Rastausnehmung der einen in die Rastausnehmung der anderen Widerlagerrolle, so daß sich ein aboslut kontinuierlicher Übergang und zugleich auch ein geräuschfreier Gang des Türfeststellers ergibt.

Bei dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Widerlagerrollen 7 über ihre gesamte Höhe hin gleichförmig ausgebildet und weisen eine im Wesentlichen herzförmige Querschnittsform auf. Im Einzelnen besitzen die Widerlagerrollen 7 in einem zentralen Bereich 14 eine kreisrunde Querschnittsform und sind bezüglich dieser mit einander gegenüberliegend angeordneten und zueinander symetrischen, radial gerichteten Ausladungen 15 und 16 ausgestattet, wobei die radiale Ausladung 15 mit einer Rastausnehmung 17 versehen und die andere radiale Ausladung 16 glattflächig keilformig ausgebildet ist. Die Rastausnehmung 17 in der einen radialen Ausladung 15 weist einen der kreisrunden Querschnittsform des Belastungsarmes 11 der Drehstabfeder 10 einsprechenden Konturverlauf auf. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform weisen die Rastausnemungen in der radialen Ausladung 15 der Widerlagerrollen 7 jeweils einen viertelkreisförmigen Konturverlauf auf, derart, daß sich die Rastausnehmungen 17 in den radialen Ausladungen 15 zweier benachbarter und gegeneinander verschwenkter Widerlagerrollen 7 einander zu einer Halbkreisform ergänzen.
Die beiden Flankenflächen 18 und 19 der glattflächig keilförmig ausgebildeten radialen Ausladung 16 jeder der Widerlagerrollen 7 schließen jeweils einen Winkel von 97° miteinander ein, so daß infolge des Umstandes, daß die glattflächig keilförmige Ausladung 16 einen Schwenkendanschlag für die Widerlagerrolle 7 bildet, der maximal mögliche Verschwenkwinkelbereich benachbarter Widerlagerrollen 7 auf einen Winkelbetrag von 97°, begrenzt ist. Die Widerlagerrollen 7 besitzen im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel über ihre gesamte Höhe hin durchgehend eine einheitliche Profilquerschnittsform auf und sind an Lagerachsen 6 gelagert, die durch vermittels einer Umfangsrändel 20 drehsicher in Bohrungsausnehmungen des Widerlagerträgers 5 festgelegte Nietzapfen gebildet sind. Die Lagerachsen 6 der Widerlagerrollen 7 sind am Widerlagerträger 5 des anderen Scharnierflügels 2 entlang einer zur Scharnierachse konzentrisch verlaufenden Bogenlinie angeordnet. Der den Widerlagerträger 5 beinhaltende Scharnierflügel 2 ist durch einen gefalteten Blechmaterialzuschnitt gebildet und weist im bereich seines freien Endes eine einen starren Öffnungsendanschlag für die Türe bildende Nase 21 auf.
Claims (11)
- Mit einem Türscharnier baulich vereinigter Türfeststeller für Kraftwagentüren, bestehend aus einer am einen Scharnierflügel gehalterten Drehstabfeder mit einem die Scharnierhöhe überragenden, parallel zur Scharnierachse gerichteten Belastungsarm und am anderen Scharnierflügel im Abstand zur Scharnierachse drehbar verlagerbar Widerlagerrollen, die im Zusammenwirken mit dem Belastungsarm der Drehstabfeder wenigstens für eine Öffnungsstellung der Türe eine Verrastung bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem am anderen Scharnierflüglel quer zur Schamierachse ausgerichtet ausgebildeten Widerlagerträger (5) wenigstens drei untereinander gleichförmige und mindestens über einen Teil ihrer Höhe hin gleiche im wesentlichen herzförmige Querschnittsformen aufweisende Widerlagerrollen (7) angeordnet sind, wobei die Lagerachsen (6) der Widerlagerrollen (7) in einem geringeren Abstand als dem größten Durchmesser ihrer Querschnittsform am Widerlagerträger (5) des anderen Scharnierflügels (1) angeordnet sind.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerlagerrollen (7) in einem zentralen Bereich (14) eine kreisrunde Querschnittsform und bezüglich dieser einander gegenüberliegend je eine radial gerichtete Ausladung (15 bzw. 16) aufweisen, deren eine (15) mit einer Rastausnehmung (17) versehen ist und deren andere (16) glattflächig keilformig ausgebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß die beiden radialen Ausladungen (15 und 16) jeder der Widerlagerrollen (7) zueinander symetrisch ausgebildet sind und die Rastausnehmung (17) in der einen radialen Ausladung (15) einen der Querschnittsform des Belastungsarmes (11) der Drehstabfeder (10) einsprechenden Konturverlauf aufweist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Flankenflächen (18 und 19 ) der glattflächig keilförmig ausgebildeten radialen Ausladung (16) jeder der Widerlagerrollen (7) jeweils einen Winkel von 97° miteinander einschließen
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die glattflächig keilförmige Ausladung (16) jeweils einen Schwenkendanschlag für die Widerlagerrolle (7) bildet, wobei die Widerlagerrollen (7) um einen Winkelbetrag zwischen 90° und 100°, vorzugsweise einen Winkelbetrag von 97°, schwenkbar am Widerlagerträger (5) gelagert sind.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Belastungsarm (11) der Drehstabfeder (10) einen kreisrunden Profilquerschnitt besitzt und die Rastausnehmungen (17) in den radialen Ausladungen (15) zweier benachbarter Widerlagerrollen (7) einander zu einer Halbkreisform ergänzen.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachsen (6) der Widerlagerrollen (7) am Widerlagerträger (5) des anderen Scharnierflügels (1) entlang einer zur Scharnierachse (3) konzentrisch verlaufenden Bogenlinie angeordnet sind.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerlagerrollen (7) über ihre gesamte Höhe hin durchgehend eine einheitliche Profilquerschnittsform aufweisen.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Widerlagerrollen (7) an den Lagerachsen (6) gegen die Last einer bremsend wirkenden Federscheibe drehbar gelagert sind.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Widerlagerträger (5) eine einen starren Öffnungsendanschlag für die Türe bildende Nase (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Widerlagerträger (5) beinhaltende Scharnierflügel (1) durch einen gefalteten Blechmaterialzuschnitt gebildet ist und die Lagerachsen (6) der Widerlagerrollen (7) durch vermittels einer Umfangsrändel (20) drehsicher in Bohrungsausnehmungen des Widerlagerträgers (6) festgelegte Nietzapfen gebildet sind.
