Description

- bekannte und/oder vorhandene Schaftanordnungen werden erfaßt
- die für das Weben der Vorlage bestimmten Schäfte werden mit den erfaßten Schaftanordnungen verglichen und diesen zugeordnet,
- aus den so zugeordneten Schaftanordnungen wird die Trittfolge der einzelnen Schäfte in der Schaftmaschine ermittelt und
- mit der ermittelten Schaftanordnung und Trittfolge ist ein Gewebe mit Muster auf einer Ausgabeeinheit darstellbar und/oder webbar.
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Anordnung und Trittfolge von Schäften einer Schaftmaschine für ein aus einem Grundgewebe mit Muster bestehendes und zu webendes Gewebe mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 eine Vorlage für ein Muster oder ein Grundgewebe mit Muster wird mit Hilfe einer Datenverarbeitungsanlage erfaßt und/oder dargestellt,1.2 es wird die Anzahl der für das Weben der Vorlage notwendigen Schäfte bestimmt,1.3 bekannte und/oder vorhandene Schaftanordnungen werden erfaßt1.4 die für das Weben der Vorlage bestimmten Schäfte werden mit den erfaßten Schaftanordnungen verglichen und diesen zugeordnet,1.5 aus den so zugeordneten Schaftanordnungen wird die Trittfolge der einzelnen Schäfte in der Schaftmaschine ermittelt und1.6 mit der ermittelten Schaftanordnung und Trittfolge ist ein Gewebe mit Muster auf einer Ausgabeeinheit dargestellbar und/oder webbar.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Anzahl der für das Weben der Vorlage bestimmten Schäfte auf eine vorgegebene Schaftanzahl reduziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die mit der Datenverarbeitungsanlage erfaßte und/oder dargestellte Vorlage mit Hilfe cartesischer Koordinaten erfaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem das Grundgewebe als Hintergrundinformation und das Muster als Vordergrundinformation erfaßt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem dem Muster zusätzliche Schuß- und/oder Kettmusterungen zugeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das mit der ermittelten Schaftanordnung und Trittfolge dargestellte und/oder gewebte Gewebe mit Muster mit der Vorlage verglichen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Bindung(en) des Gewebes vorgegeben wird (werden).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem die für das Weben des Gewebes notwendigen Schäfte durch Permutationen auf bekannte Schaftanordnungen zurückgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem einzelnen Farben und/oder einzelnen Musterabschnitten des Gewebes bestimmte Bindungen zugeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem bei der Darstellung des aus der ermittelten Schaftanordnung und Trittfogle dargestellten Gewebes auf einer Ausgabeeinheit die Gewebefarben in Abhängigkeit von mit der Ausgabeeinheit darstellbaren Farben gewählt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei dem die Vorlage eingescannt oder direkt auf dem Bildschirm dargestellt wird.
