Claims (12)
- Schalung für eine Betondecke mit Trägern für Deckenschalelemente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens auf der oberen Fläche des Trägers (1) eine zähelastische Kunststoffschicht vorgesehen ist und daß zwischen der Kunststoffschicht und der darunter befindlichen Trägerfläche zumindest abschnittsweise einzelne Zwischenräume vorhanden sind, die eine geringe Bewegung des Kunststoffabschnittes (48, 51) rechtwinklig zu der Trägerfläche erlauben.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht Vorsprünge (53, 54) aufweist.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zähelastische Kunststoffschicht aus einer vorgefertigen Leiste (50) aus einem zähelastischen Kunststoff besteht, die zumindest auf der oberen Fläche (41) des Trägers (44) befestigt ist.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunstoffleiste (50) austauschbar auf dem Träger (44) befestigt ist.
- Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (44) an seinen Seitenwänden (45) mindestens eine Hinterschneidung (46) aufweist, in die die Leiste (50) eingreift.
- Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste (50) in Längsrichtung des Trägers (44) auf diesen aufschiebbar ist.
- Schalung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger aus Holz besteht und die Kunststoffleiste auf diesen aufgenagelt ist.
- Schalung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang der oberen Kanten des Trägerquerschnittes Tropfnasen (57) angeformt sind.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 3 und einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffleiste (50) im Bereich des oberen Randes des Trägers auch einen Teil seiner Seitenflächen abdeckt.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffleiste an den die Seitenwände des Trägers zum Teil abdeckenden Schenkeln (51) Tropfnasen aufweist.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach unten ragende Schenkel (51) der Kunststoffleiste (50) als Tropfnasen dienende Vorsprünge (47) des Trägers (44) abdecken.
- Schalung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageflächen und/oder die Vorsprünge des Trägers mit Kunststoff ummantelt sind.
