Claims (26)

  1. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel aus einem Betätigungsring (5), der zumindest einen Teil des Reservoirs umgibt und um dieses Reservoir translationsfest und frei drehbar montiert ist, wobei dieser Ring (5) innen mit einem schraubenförmigen Antriebselement (51) versehen ist, und aus einem komplementären Antriebselement (43) bestehen, das fest mit dem Kolben (4) verbunden ist, den Schlitz (21) durchquert und in der Lage ist, innerhalb des Schlitzes in Translationsrichtung zu gleiten, wobei diese schraubenförmigen (51) und komplementären Antriebsmittel (43) so gestaltet sind, dass eine Drehung des Betätigungsrings (5) eine Translationsbewegung des Kolbens (4) zur Gewährleistung der Ausgabe einer Produktdosis bewirkt.
  3. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (9) innen mindestens einen Bereich (25) mit einem größeren Querschnitt als das Reservoir aufweist, um Anschlagmittel zu bilden und den Durchgang des komplementären Antriebsmittels (43) des Kolbens (4) in den Schlitz zu erlauben, wobei dieser Bereich sich bis zum Schlitz verlängert.
  4. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Haltemittel (7) vorgesehen sind, um das komplementäre Antriebsmittel (43) des Kolbens (4) am Austreten aus dem Schlitz (21) zu hindern.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (9) ein offenes Ende (28) aufweist, während die Haltemittel aus einem Stopfen (7) bestehen, der dieses Ende (28) verschließt, wobei dieser Stopfen (7) eine Schürze (72) trägt, deren freies Ende (73) dazu bestimmt ist, gegen die Anschlagsmittel (22) in Anlage zu kommen.
  6. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement aus einem Innengewinde (51) des Rings (5) besteht, und dass das komplementäre Antriebsmittel (43) aus einem Außengewinde (43a) des Kolbens (4) besteht, wobei das Außengewinde (43a) komplementär zum Innengewinde (51) des Rings (5) ist.
  7. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (51) aus mindestens einer schraubenförmigen Nut besteht, die in der Innenwand des Rings (5) ausgebildet ist, und dass das komplementäre Antriebselement (43) aus mindestens einem auf dem Kolben (4) sitzenden Zapfen besteht, wobei der Zapfen in der Lage ist, in der Nut zu gleiten.
  8. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (4) eine zylindrische Schürze (42) aufweist, die mit einer mit dem Produkt in Kontakt stehenden, kreisförmigen Wand (41) versehen ist, wobei die Mittel (43) zum Antrieb in Translationsrichtung auf der dem Produkt gegenüberliegenden Seite so ausgebildet sind, dass, wenn diese Antriebsmittel (43) sich am unteren Ende (21b) des Schlitzes (21) befinden, die kreisförmige Wand (41) des Kolbens sich oberhalb des oberen Endes (21a) des Schlitzes (21) befindet, um eine Dichtheit zu gewährleisten.
  9. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a bis 6k) im wesentlichen die Form eines Spitzkegels hat, der mit einer ebenen oder leicht gewölbten Auftragfläche (63) versehen ist, die schräg auf der Flanke des Spitzkegels angeordnet ist, die mit der Ausgabeöffnung ausgestattet ist.
  10. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a bis 6k) ein Verschlusssystem (62a, 62b) aufweist, das sich unter dem Schub des Produkts öffnet und die Umgebungsluft am Eintritt in das Reservoir (2) hindert, wenn keine Ausgabe stattfindet, und das Ausfließen des Produkts sofort nach der Ausgabe beendet.
  11. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a bis 6k) eine Auftragfläche (63) aufweist, die mit mindestens einem Hohlraum oder mindestens einer Nut (15, 75) versehen ist, wobei die Öffnung (61) sich in diesem Hohlraum oder dieser Nut (15, 75) befindet.
  12. Einheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlraum oder die Nut (15, 75) parallel zur Auftragfläche derart von Durchlässen verlängert wird, dass Ausbreitungskanäle für das Produkt bei seinem Auftragen auf die Unterlage erzeugt werden.
  13. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a à 6k) aus einem geschmeidigen Material hergestellt ist.
  14. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a bis 6k) aus einem Elastomermaterial hergestellt wird, das aus der Gruppe der Polyethylen-, Polyurethan-, Polyester-Elastomere; der Polyether-Blockamide; der Polyvinyle; der Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM); der sequentiellen Styrol-Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS); der Silicone, Nitrilkautschuke, Latex usw. ausgewählt wird.
  15. Einheit nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elastomermaterial eine Härte im Bereich von 40 bis 70 Shore A aufweist.
  16. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (63) eben ist.
  17. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (63) konvex ist.
  18. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (63) konkav ist.
  19. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (63) aus einem Gitter (10) besteht.
  20. Einheit nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche zwei Reihen von gewebten Fäden aufweist, wobei die Fäden einer Reihe sich mit denen einer anderen Reihe kreuzen.
  21. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche (63) eine Vielzahl von Zäpfchen (11) aufweist, die voneinander durch eine Vielzahl von miteinander verbundenen Hohlräumen (15, 75) getrennt werden, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Hohlräume mit mindestens einer Ausgabeöffnung (61) versehen ist.
  22. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftrag-Ansatzstück (6, 6a bis 6k) mit einer Auftragfläche (63) versehen ist, die regelmäßig verteilte Unebenheiten aufweist.
  23. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanäle geradlinig oder gekrümmt sind.
  24. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine kosmetische Zusammensetzung ist.
  25. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine Zusammensetzung für die Lippen von flüssiger bis pastöser Konsistenz ist.
  26. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das auszugebende Produkt eine Viskosität im Bereich zwischen 0,6 Pa·s und 17 Pa-s hat.
