Claims (55)

  1. Verpackungs- und Auftragungsvorrichtung (1), umfassend:
    - eine Zusammensetzung (P), die auf die Nägel, die Haut oder die Lippen aufzutragen ist,
    - einen Applikator (3), umfassend:
    - ein Auftragelement (6),
    - einen Schaft (5), der einen Abschnitt (22) umfasst, der mindestens zwei Zweige (30) umfasst, die zwischen sich einen Hohlraum (24) bilden, wobei der Hohlraum das Halten eines Vorrats an Zusammensetzung durch Kapillarwirkung gestattet, zur Außenfläche des Schafts hin mündet und einen nicht konstanten Querschnitt entlang dem Schaft hat,
    wobei der Abschnitt (22) zwischen einem proximalen Abschnitt (16) und einem distalen Abschnitt (13) des Schafts (5) angeordnet ist, wobei der distale Abschnitt (13) das Auftragelement (6) trägt,
    und wobei der Hohlraum (24) unten durch mindestens eine geneigte Fläche (38) begrenzt ist, die sich nach außen und nach unten erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abschnitt in geschlossener Position der Vorrichtung in einem Behälter (2, 72) angeordnet ist, so dass der Abschnitt und der Behälter so konfiguriert sind, dass beim Übergang aus der geschlossenen Position in eine offene Position, in der das Auftragelement aus dem Behälter herausgenommen ist, eine Luftströmung um den Abschnitt herum aufrechterhalten ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Abschnitt beim Übergang aus der geschlossenen Position in die offene Position im Wesentlichen nicht deformierbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei ein maximaler Querschnitt des Abschnitts auf den inneren Querschnitt des kleinsten der Querschnitte des Behälters beschränkt ist, durch die der Abschnitt beim Übergang aus der geschlossenen Position in die offene Position geht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abschnitt beim Auftragen der Zusammensetzung im Wesentlichen nicht deformierbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft an einem Ende eine Aufnahme (14) umfasst, in der das Auftragelement (6) in Eingriff steht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume (24) durchgehend ist bzw. sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft (5) entlang dem Abschnitt (22) einen allgemein länglichen, entlang einer mittleren Ebene (M) langgestreckten Querschnitt aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume (24) mindestens einen Schlitz (36) umfasst bzw. umfassen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Schaft einen einzigen Schlitz umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Schaft mindestens zwei Schlitze, insbesondere zwei am Ende zusammengeführte seitliche Schlitze, umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei sich mindestens ein Schlitz (36) über mehr als die Hälfte der Länge des Schafts, insbesondere über mehr als 10 mm, erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei der Schlitz oder die Schlitze (36) oben in einem Loch (34) mündet bzw. münden, das größer als er bzw. sie ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume über mehr als 10 mm, insbesondere über mehr als die Hälfte der Länge des Schafts, erstreckt bzw. erstrecken.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume in einem Abstand von einem distalen Abschnitt des Schafts, beispielsweise in einem Abstand von mehr als 10 mm von diesem distalen Abschnitt, erstrecken kann bzw. können.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft (5) zwischen dem Hohlraum oder den Hohlräumen (24) und dem Auftragelement (6) mindestens eine Längsnut (39) umfasst.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft (5) nur zwei Zweige (30) umfasst.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Zweige (30) sich gegenüberliegende, nicht völlig ebene Flächen (44) aufweisen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Abstand zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (44) ein Minimum (d) in einer mittleren Ebene (M) für den Schaft hat.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, wobei der Abstand (d) zwischen den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (44) kleiner oder gleich 2 mm, bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 1,5 mm, und insbesondere ungefähr 1 mm ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft (5) entlang dem Abschnitt (22) eine größere Querabmessung (D) aufweist, die größer oder gleich 5 mm, bevorzugt 6 mm, stärker bevorzugt 7 mm ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume unten durch zwei geneigte Flächen (38) begrenzt ist bzw. sind, die zu einer mittleren Ebene (M) symmetrisch sind.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abschnitt (22) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der zum distalen Ende (40) des Schafts hin allgemein abnimmt.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaft (5) durch Formen eines thermoplastischen Materials einteilig realisiert ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend drei Zweige (30), zwischen denen der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume liegt bzw. liegen.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Auftragelement (6) ein Borstenbüschel umfasst.
  27. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, wobei das Büschel ein Gemisch aus Borsten umfasst.
  28. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, wobei das Büschel gewellte Borsten umfasst.
  29. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, wobei das Büschel gerade Borsten und gewellte Borsten umfasst.
  30. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, wobei das Büschel gewellte Borsten mit unterschiedlichen Welligkeitsfrequenzen umfasst.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 30, wobei das Borstenbüschel im Querschnitt eine allgemein abgeflachte Form aufweist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 31, wobei das Borstenbüschel im Querschnitt eine allgemein rechteckige, quadratische, ovale, kreisförmige, gewellte oder gekrümmte Form aufweist.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, wobei das Auftragelement eine Beflockung, einen Filz, einen Schaumstoff, einen Sinterkörper oder ein Gewebe umfasst.
  34. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die das Auftragelement (6) aufnehmende Aufnahme (14) nicht mit dem Hohlraum oder den Hohlräumen (24) in Verbindung steht.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hohlraum (24) ein einzelner Hohlraum ist.
  36. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 35, umfassend den Behälter (2), in dem die Zusammensetzung (P) enthalten ist.
  37. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Applikator (3) ablösbar am Behälter befestigbar ist.
  38. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 36 oder 37, wobei der Applikator dazu konfiguriert ist, den Behälter dicht zu verschließen.
  39. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 36 bis 38, wobei der Behälter kein Abstreifglied (90) aufweist.
  40. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein zweiter, das Produkt enthaltender Behälter beim Auftragen fest mit dem Applikator verbunden ist.
  41. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 40, wobei der zweite Behälter eine Verteilvorrichtung (81) wie eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil umfasst.
  42. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 40, wobei der zweite Behälter mindestens eine flexible Wand umfasst, auf die der Benutzer zum Verteilen der Zusammensetzung drücken kann.
  43. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 40 bis 42, wobei der Behälter eine Kappe (72) bildet, die am Applikator um das Auftragelement herum befestigbar ist.
  44. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Applikator eine den Schaft (5) umgebende Hülse (60) umfasst.
  45. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Auftragelement mindestens zum Teil einteilig mit dem Schaft abgeformt ist.
  46. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, wobei das Auftragelement geflockt oder mit einem Gewebe oder einem Schaumstoff bedeckt ist.
  47. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Auftragelement eine Längsachse hat, die mit der des Schafts einen Winkel ungleich Null einnimmt.
  48. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Applikator ein Scharnier (120), insbesondere ein Filmscharnier, umfasst.
  49. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich das Auftragelement (6) nicht völlig in der Ausrichtung des Schafts erstreckt und insbesondere gebogen ist und/oder einen Winkel mit der Längsachse des Schafts einnimmt.
  50. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der Hohlraum oder die Hohlräume mindestens über einen Teil seiner bzw. ihrer Länge nur von einer einzigen Seite des Schafts erstreckt bzw. erstrecken.
  51. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Schlitz oder die Schlitze nur von einer Seite des Schafts her mündet bzw. münden.
  52. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Auftragelement den Schaft außen teilweise bedeckt.
  53. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Schlitz oder die Schlitze zu der Außenfläche eines distalen Abschnitts (13) des Schafts ohne Längsnut, insbesondere mit abgeflachter äußerer Form, hin mündet bzw. münden.
  54. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Schlitz oder die Schlitze zu mehreren Längsnuten (39) hin mündet bzw. münden.
  55. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zusammensetzung auf die Nägel aufzutragen ist.
