Abstract

Bei einem Pinsel zum Auftragen einer kosmetischen Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Nagellackpinsel, umfassend einen Stiel mit einem endseitigen Griffabschnitt, wobei an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Stiel wenigstens ein in axialer Richtung wegstehendes Borstenbündel angeordnet ist, ist vorgesehen, daß wenigstens zwei im proximalen Stielbereich unter Ausbildung einer Ausnehmung (6) voneinander beabstandete, sich distal hiervon berührende oder wenigstens teilweise überlappende Borstenbündel (4, 4a, 4b) vorgesehen sind.

Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Pinsel zum Auftragen einer kosmetisehen Flüssigkeit, insbesondere einen Nagellackpinsel, umfassend einen Stiel mit einem endseitigen Griffabschnitt, wobei an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Stiels wenigstens ein in axialer Richtung wegstehendes Borstenbündel angeordnet ist.
Herkömmliche Nagellackpinsel sind üblicherweise an der Innenseite einer Schraubverschlußkappe für den Nagellackbehälter angeordnet. Zum Lakkieren eines Nagels umfaßt die Benutzerin die Schraubkappe, taucht den Pinsel in den Nagellack und trägt den Nagellack Strich für Strich auf.
Dabei können sich Probleme ergeben, wenn der Lackvorrat, den der Pinsel beim Eintauchen aufnimmt, nicht ausreicht, um einen vollständigen Nagel zu lackieren. Es muß dann nämlich innerhalb eines Nagels der Auftragsvorgang unterbrochen werden und der Pinsel erneut eingetaucht werden. Da zunehmend von den Benutzerinnen sehr schnell trocknende Lacke verlangt werden, kann es zu einem mindestens partiellen Antrocknen des bereits lackierten Fingernagelteils kommen, so daß mit dem dann neu eingetauchten Pinsel kein sauberer und völlig unsichtbarer Anschluß beim Lakkieren des noch unlackierten Teils des Fingernagels hergestellt werden kann.
Ein weiteres Problem besteht darin, daß die Benutzerinnen den Fingernagel üblicherweise von der Nagelwurzel zum oberen Rand hin lackieren, d.h. beim Auftragsvorgang liegt der auftragende Pinsel vor dem zu lackierenden Bereich des Nagels, so daß der freie Blick behindert ist.
Letztlich ist es für die Benutzerin bei herkömmlichen Nagellackpinseln auch schwer, visuell zu beurteilen, ob sich noch ein hinreichender Lackvorrat in einem Pinsel befindet, um gegebenenfalls den nächstfolgenden ganzen Nagel noch zu lackieren.
Aus DE 37 08 984 A1 ist ein Nagellackpinsel bekannt, wobei an zwei gesonderten, voneinander beabstandeten Stielen je ein Borstenbüschel befestigt ist. Diese Anordnung dient dazu, in unterschiedliche Teil-Vorratsbehälter eingetaucht zu werden, um auf diese Weise unterschiedliche Flüssigkeiten, welche z.B. unterschiedlich gefärbt sind, gleichzeitig auftragen zu können.
Aus DE-GM 83 04 403 U1 ist ein Pinsel zum Auftragen von Reinigungs- und Schmierstoffen bekannt, der zwei Borstenbüschel umfaßt. Am Stiel kann stirnseitig eine Öffnung vorgesehen sein, die zum Zuführen von Schmiermittel aus einem Vorratsbehälter dient. Zu diesem Zweck ist der vorbekannte Pinsel auf einen Sprühkopf aufsetzbar.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Pinsel der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß der Nagelauftrag vereinfacht und das Lackierergebnis optimiert wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß wenigstens zwei im proximalen Stielbereich unter Ausbildung einer Ausnehmung voneinander beabstandete, sich distal hiervon wenigstens teilweise überlappende Borstenbündel vorgesehen sind.
Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird erreicht, daß die Auftragsbreite pro Strich verbreitert wird, so daß sich innerhalb eines Nagels weniger Ansätze ergeben. Die Speicherkapazität für Nagellack wird erhöht, wobei auch der freie Zwischenraum im proximalen Bereich aufgrund der Kapillarwirkung als Speicherreservoir zur Verfügung steht. Gleichzeitig läßt sich der Füllzustand dieses Reservoirs optisch kontrollieren und eröffnet der freie Zwischenraum zwischen den wenigstens zwei Borstenbündeln einen Durchblick auf die zu lackierende Fläche.
Vorzugsweise ist der Stiel durch wenigstens zwei Rohrkörper gebildet, wobei in jedem Rohrkörper ein Borstenbündel befestigt wird. Die Befestigung kann in herkömmlicher Weise, z.B. durch Stanzen oder durch das Einbringen von vorgefertigten Borstenbündeln erfolgen.
Zur Schaffung eines weiteren Lackreservoirs kann vorgesehen sein, daß der wenigstens abschnittsweise innen hohle Stiel wenigstens eine seitliche Ausnehmung aufweist, durch die beim Eintauchen kosmetische Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Nagellack, in den Innenbereich des Stiel eindringen kann und von dort weiter zu den Borstenbündeln.
Die distalen Enden der Borstenbündel können durch eine gemeinsame Schnittlinie beschnitten sein, welche insbesondere senkrecht zur gemeinsamen Längsachse, schräg zur gemeinsamen Längsachse oder annähernd kreisabschnittförmig hierzu verläuft.
Alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, daß jedes Borstenbündel individuell beschnitten ist, wobei hierdurch eine Längenabstufung oder auch zwei nebeneinanderliegende Spitzen realisierbar sind.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Ein in der Zeichnung dargestellter Nagellackpinsel umfaßt einen Griffbereich 2, an dem er üblicherweise mit einer Schraubkappe verbunden ist, wobei am hiervon abgewandten Ende 3 Borstenbündel 4 durch Stanzen in dem innen hohlen Stiel 1 befestigt sind.
Im distalen Bereich 5, also dort, wo die Borstenbündel 4 am Stiel 1 befestigt sind, ist der Durchmesser der Borstenbündel 4 vergleichsweise klein und zwischen den Borstenbündeln 4 wird eine freie Ausnehmung 6 ausgebildet, welche einerseits einen Durchblick eröffnet und andererseits als Reservoir für Nagellack dienen kann, dessen Füllzustand die Benutzerin visuell wahrnimmt.
In dem in Fig. 6 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist zusätzlich im Stiel 1 noch eine Ausnehmung 7 ausgebildet, durch die ebenfalls Nagellack eindringen und über den innen hohlen Stiel 1 zu den Borstenbündeln 4 gelangen kann.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausführungsform etwa entsprechend der Fig. 6, wobei der Stiel 1 aus zwei sich schneidenden Rohrkörpern 8, 9 gebildet wird.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 wird der Stiel 1 durch zwei (vgl. Fig. 5) oder drei (vgl. Fig. 4) sich lediglich berührende, aber voneinander getrennte Rohrkörper 10, 11 bzw. 12, 13, 14 gebildet.
Bei den Ausführungsformen nach Fig. 1, 3 und 6 sind die Borstenbündel 4 einheitlich senkrecht zur Längsachse 15 des Stiels 1 mit einem geraden Schnitt 16 beschnitten.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 7 ist ein einheitlicher, kreisabschnittförmiger Schnitt 17 und bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 8 ein gerader, einheitlicher, schräg zur Längsachse 15 verlaufender Schnitt 18 vorgesehen.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 9 ist jedes Borstenbündel 4a bzw. 4b individuell mit einem Schnitt 19 bzw. 20 unter Ausbildung unterschiedlich langer Borstenbündel 4a, 4b beschnitten.
Darüber hinaus kann vorgesehen sein, was in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt ist, daß jedes individuell beschnittene Borstenbündel 4a, 4b beispielsweise dreieckförmig angespitzt beschnitten ist.
In Abwandlung und Weiterbildung der vorstehend beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind noch folgende Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten denkbar:
Die Borstenbündel bzw. die die Borstenbündel tragenden Stielabschnitte können außen von einer Hülse umgeben sein, wobei der Abstand zwischen der freien Stirnseite der Hülse und dem Fußpunkt der Borstenbündel zwischen 0 mm und 30 mm liegen kann und der Abstand zwischen der freien Stirnseite und dem freien Ende der Borstenbündel zwischen 0 mm und 60 mm.
Die Formen des Stiels können stark variieren, insbesondere kann sich die Ausnehmung 6 zwischen den Borstenbündeln 4 in den Stiel hinein fortsetzen und zwar in Form einer rechteckigen, schwalbenschwanzförmigen, V-förmigen, V-förmig-abgestumpften, runden, ovalen oder oval hinterschnittenen Konfiguration. Es kann auch jedem Borstenbündel 4 ein einzelner, runder oder flacher Stiel zugeordnet sein.
Die Borstenbündel 4 können über die bereits beschriebenen Schnitt-Konfigurationen hinaus so beschnitten sein, daß sich in der Aufsicht eine 8-förmige Konfiguration, eine kreisförmige oder ovale Konfiguration ergibt. In der Seitenansicht sind unterschiedliche Abrundungsstufen denkbar, insbesondere eine symmetrische oder asymmetrische domförmige Gestaltung.
Für die Wahl des Besatzmaterials gibt es ebenfalls verschiedene Möglichkeiten: Ein bevorzugtes Material ist Tynex PA 6.12, 6.10 oder 6.6. Der Durchmesser kann bei 2,0 bis 8,0 mils liegen, wobei auch ein Borstenbesatz mit Borsten unterschiedlichen Durchmessers denkbar ist.
Der Borstenquerschnitt kann rund-voll, rund-hohl oder mit einer kapillaren Rille und unrundem Querschnitt ausgebildet sein.
Weiterhin kommt als Fasermaterial Polyacryl, 20 bis 120 denier, in Betracht. Auch hier sind wieder die vorstehend genannten Querschnitte denkbar.
Ein weiteres Fasermaterial ist Polyester mit den vorstehend genannten Querschnitten. Letztlich kommen noch Naturfasern, z.B. Ziegenhaar oder Mischungen in Betracht.
Die Fasern als solche können mit einem spitzen Winkel a von 160° bis 5° nachträglich angespitzt werden, wobei sich der angespitzte Bereich über eine Strecke von 0,5 mm bis 5 mm erstrecken kann, wenn ein stumpfer Winkel gewählt wird und über einen Bereich bis zu 30 mm bei einem spitzen Winkel. Alternativ ist es auch möglich, die Spitzen abzurunden.

Claims (9)

  1. Pinsel zum Auftragen einer kosmetischen Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Nagellackpinsel, umfassend einen Stiel mit einem endseitigen Griffabschnitt, wobei an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Stiels wenigstens ein in axialer Richtung wegstehendes Borstenbündel angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei im proximalen Stielbereich unter Ausbildung einer Ausnehmung (6) voneinander beabstandete, sich distal hiervon berührende oder wenigstens teilweise überlappende Borstenbündel (4, 4a, 4b) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stiel (1) durch wenigstens zwei Rohrkörper (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) gebildet ist, wobei in jedem Rohrkörper ein Borstenbündel (4, 4a, 4b) befestigt ist.
  3. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens abschnittsweise innen hohle Stiel (1) wenigstens eine seitliche Ausnehmung (7) aufweist.
  4. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die distalen Enden (5) der Borstenbündel (4) durch eine gemeinsame Schnittlinie (16) beschnitten sind, welche insbesondere senkrecht zur gemeinsamen Längsachse (15), schräg zur gemeinsamen Längsachse (15) oder annähernd kreisabschnittförmig (17) zur gemeinsamen Längsachse (15) verläuft.
  5. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Borstenbündel (4a, 4b) individuell beschnitten ist.
  6. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens 30 % der Borsten angespritzt oder aufgespalten sind.
  7. Pinsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stiel (1) einen kleinen Vorratsbehälter für eine kosmetische Flüssigkeit aufweist, welche nach Öffnen eines Verschlusses an einer Durchlaßöffnung an der Unterseite des Vorratsbehälters mittels des Pinsels auftragbar ist.
  8. Pinsel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite des Behälters eine Füllöffnung vorgesehen ist, welche verschweißt oder mit einer Folie verschlossen ist.
  9. Pinsel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlaßöffnung an der Unterseite des Behälters durch Abreißen eines aufgeklebten Verschlusses, durch Aufstoßen einer dünnen Verschlußhaut oder durch Zurückdrücken eines Kugelventils geöffnet werden kann.
