Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Verpacken und Abgeben eines Produkts, insbesondere eines kosmetischen Produkts, umfassend:
    einen Antriebsmechanismus (2), umfassend einen ersten Teil (4) und einen zweiten Teil (10), der sich in Bezug auf den ersten Teil (4) drehen kann, um das Produkt abzugeben,
    einen Basisteil (20), in dem der zweite Teil (10) mindestens teilweise aufgenommen ist,
    Drehsperrmittel (37; 45), die mit dem zweiten Teil (10) fest verbunden sind und mit dem Basisteil (20) so zusammenwirken, dass sie dem Antriebsmechanismus gestatten, sich in Bezug auf den Basisteil axial zu bewegen, wobei sie gleichzeitig dem zweiten Teil (10) gestatten, in Bezug auf den Basisteil (20) bezüglich Drehung im Wesentlichen feststehend zu sein, und
    ein elastisch verformbares Organ (30), das eine Rückholwirkung gegen das Eindringen des Antriebsmechanismus (2) in den Basisteil (20) ausübt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der ersten und zweiten Teile ein Element (14) umfasst, das bezüglich des anderen der ersten und zweiten Teile (4, 10) axial feststehend ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehsperrmittel ein Teil (32) umfassen, das auf dem zweiten Teil (10) befestigt ist und einen Abschnitt umfasst, der einen nicht rotationssymmetrischen, beispielsweise polygonalen oder ovalen Querschnitt hat oder mindestens eine Nase oder eine Rippe umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (30) an dem Teil (32) der Drehsperrmittel befestigt ist, wobei es insbesondere mit diesem Teil (32) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (30) in Bezug auf den Basisteil (20) und den zweiten Teil (10) frei ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (30) an dem Basisteil (20) befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehsperrmittel mit dem zweiten Teil (10) insbesondere in der Form eines Abschnitts ausgeführt sind, der einen nicht rotationssymmetrischen, beispielsweise polygonalen oder ovalen Querschnitt hat oder mindestens eine Nase oder eine Rippe (45) umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (30) einen Schaumstoff umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastisch verformbare Organ (30) eine Feder oder mindestens eine elastisch verformbare Materialbrücke (83) umfasst, die einen an dem zweiten Teil (14) angebrachten zentralen Teil (84) und einen mit dem Basisteil fest verbundenen Umfangsteil (85) verbindet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Anschlag (55) umfasst, der geeignet ist, das Eindringen des Antriebsmechanismus (2) in den Basisteil (20) zu begrenzen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (55) beweglich ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Organ (50) zum Einstellen der Verformung des elastisch verformbaren Organs (30) umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Teile Einstellorgan (50) und Basisteil (20) ein Gewinde, insbesondere mindestens eine Rampe, aufweist, das bzw. die geeignet ist, mit einem entsprechenden Relief des anderen der Teile Einstellorgan und Basisteil (20) zusammenzuwirken.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10 und einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (55) an dem Einstellorgan (50) angebracht ist, indem er insbesondere mit dem Einstellorgan einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisteil (20) mindestens eine Nut (38) und die Drehsperrmittel mindestens ein entsprechendes Relief wie eine Nase oder eine Rippe (45) umfassen, die ausgebildet ist, um in dieser Nut gleiten zu können.
  15. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisteil (20) eine innere Buchse (22) umfasst und dass die Nut (38) aus einem Schlitz der Buchse (22) besteht.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmechanismus (2) einen Becher (12) umfasst, der das Produkt in Form eines Sticks trägt, wobei der Becher (12) geeignet ist, axial bewegt zu werden, wenn der erste Teil (4) sich in Bezug auf den zweiten Teil (10) dreht.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becher (12) mindestens eine Nase (17) umfasst, die in einen Schlitz (16) einer rohrförmigen Wand (13) des zweiten Teils (10) verschiebbar eingeführt ist, wobei diese Nase ein aus dem Schlitz (16) herausragendes Ende aufweist, das in eine mit dem ersten Teil (4) fest verbundene schraubenförmige Nut (7) eingeführt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Becher (12) mit einer Gewindestange (60) fest verbunden ist, die mit einer rohrförmigen Wand (65) des zweiten Teils (10) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Becher ausgebildet ist, um in dem ersten Teil (4) gleiten zu können, ohne sich zu drehen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt flüssig ist und dass die Vorrichtung einen Kolben (71) umfasst, der mit einer Gewindestange (60) fest verbunden ist, die mit einer rohrförmigen Wand (65) des zweiten Teils zusammenwirkt, wobei der Kolben ausgebildet ist, um im Inneren des ersten Teils dicht gleiten zu können, um das flüssige Produkt abzugeben.
  20. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil an einem Ende einen Auftragansatz (72), insbesondere einen beflockten Ansatz, umfasst.
