Claims (8)
- Papiertransportvorrichtung für Druckmaschinen, mit einer Antriebswalze, einer im Abstand dazu angeordneten Umlenktrommel und einem um die Antriebswalze und die Umlenktrommel herum verlaufenden Transportband, das sowohl Bereiche mit Eingriffselementen als auch im wesentlichen glattflächige Bereiche aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebswalze (1) und die Umlenktrommel (6) jeweils in axial getrennte Trommelabschnitte (3, 4; 8, 9) unterteilt sind, die unabhängig voneinander drehbar sind und um die herum zum einen die Bereiche mit Eingriffselementen (15) und zum anderen die im wesentlichen glattflächigen Bereiche (14) des Transportbandes (13) verlaufen, und dadurch, daß das Transportband (13) zwischen den Bereichen mit Eingriffselementen (15) und den im wesentlichen glattflächigen Bereichen (14) so ausgebildet ist, daß kleine Relativbewegungen in der Längsrichtung zwischen diesen Bereichen möglich sind. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transportband (13) zwischen den Bereichen mit Eingriffselementen (15) und den im wesentlichen glattflächigen Bereichen (14) eine Vielzahl von Aussparungen (16) aufweist, die in Längsrichtung des Transportbandes verteilt angeordnet sind. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aussparungen (16) quer zur Längsrichtung des Transportbandes (13) verlaufende Schlitze sind. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebswalze (1) und die Umlenktrommel (6) jeweils zwei seitliche Zahnscheiben (3, 8), die auf jeweils einer Welle (2, 7) befestigt sind, und eine frei drehbar gelagerte Trommel (4, 9) zwischen den Zahnscheiben aufweisen, wobei die Zahnscheiben und die dazugehörige Trommel im wesentlichen den gleichen Durchmesser haben. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die frei drehbar gelagerte Trommel (9) der Umlenktrommel (6) eine konkave oder konvexe Mantelfläche (10) aufweist und/oder die frei drehbar gelagerte Trommel (4) der Antriebswalze (1) eine konkave oder konvexe Mantelfläche aufweist. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umlenktrommel (6) und/oder die Antriebswalze (1) um einen Drehpunkt (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der in einer Ebene liegt, die durch eine in der Längsrichtung verlaufende Mittellinie des Transportbandes (13) verläuft. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transportband (13) aus einem ebenen Maschinenband (14) und zwei seitlich daran angefügten Zahnriemen (15) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei das Maschinenband die im wesentlichen glattflächigen Bereiche des Transportbandes bildet und die Zahnriemen die Bereiche des Transportbandes mit Eingriffselementen bilden. - Papiertransportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Maschinenband (14) und die Zahnriemen (15) so zusammengefügt sind, daß Zugstränge (21) des Zahnriemens auf gleicher Höhe mit der neutralen Faser des Maschinenbandes liegen.
