Claims (17)
- Winkelförmiger Pfosten für einen mit Abstand neben offen verlegten, einen T-förmigen Fuß besitzenden, Schienen eines Gleises zu errichtenden Sicherungszaun, der an dem freien Ende eines etwa horizontal unten liegenden Befestigungsschenkels an den T-förmigen Fuß mindestens einer der beiden Schienen des Gleises anklemmbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei an der mindestens einen Schiene (1) befestigtem Befestigungsschenkel (2) dieser den Fuß der mindestens einen Schiene (1) untergreift und mit einem fest daran angebrachten Greifer (6) an einer ersten Seite des Fußes der mindestens einen Schiene (1) von seitlich und oben an diesen anlegbar ist, während die Fixierung des Befestigungsschenkels (2) von der zweiten Seite der mindestens einen Schiene (1) durch ein an dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) beweglich angelenktes die zweite Seite des Fußes der Schiene (1) von seitlich und oben erfassendes Schnellverschlußmittel mit einem verschiebbaren Greifer gegeben ist. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Schnellverschlußmittel mit dem beweglichen Greifer (7) ein längs des Befestigungsschenkels (2) verschiebbarer und auf diesem arretierbarer Schieber (5) ist. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an dem Schieber (5) als Arretierungsmittel ein schwenkbarer Klemmhebel (8), eine Klemmschraube (12) oder ein in Öffnungen des Befestigungsschenkels (2) eingreifender Bolzen (13) vorgesehen ist. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Klemmhebel (8) an eine quer zur Längsrichtung des Befestigungsschenkels (2) in dem Schieber (5) exzentrisch verdrehbare Walze (9) angebunden ist. - Pfosten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schieber (5) an dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) über eine gegenseitige, eine Öffnungsbewegung insbesondere hemmende, Verzahnung verschiebbar ist. - Pfosten nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Arretiermittel als Rätsche ausgebildet ist, die ohne Lösen der Rätschensperre nur ein Schließen des Arretiermittels erlaubt oder durch die Kraft eines Spannmittels (Feder 10 bzw. Gummiband 14) in Schließstellung belastbar ist. - Pfosten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Befestigungsschenkel (2) bei einer Befestigung an einer Schiene (1) einen seitlich vom Gleisäußeren abstehenden waagrechten Längenbereich aufweist, an den sich ein in spitzem Winkel nach oben geneigter Übergangsbereich bis zu einem im wesentlichen lotrecht verlaufenden Pfostenbereich (3) anschließt. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Länge des geneigten Übergangsbereiches variierbar ist, wobei der Übergangsbereich zur Veränderbarkeit seiner Länge vorzugsweise teleskopartig ausgebildet ist. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schieber (5) mit dem daran befindlichen beweglichen Greifer (7) über einen zweiteiligen Gelenkhebel (16) an dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) angelenkt ist. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf den Gelenkhebel (16) eine Kraft einwirkt, die diesen in einer vorgebbaren geschlossenen und/oder geöffneten Endposition zu halten versucht und bei einer vorbestimmbaren Zwischenlage des Gelenkhebels (16) ihre Wirkrichtung umkehrt. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die auf den Gelenkhebel (16) einwirkende Kraft die von dessen Gewicht ausgehende Schwerkraft oder eine Federkraft ist. - Pfosten nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Gelenkhebel (16) an seinen Enden in jeweils einer horizontalen Achse (A) an einerseits dem Schieber (5) und andererseits dem Anlenkbereich des Befestigungsschenkels (2) angelenkt ist und ein zwischen den Enden liegendes Knickgelenk (K) besitzt, das bei geschlossenem Schieber (5) geringfügig lotrecht unterhalb der Achse (A) an dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) aufliegt und sich bei geöffnetem Schieber (5) oberhalb dieser Achse (A) befindet. - Pfosten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an einem der beiden Teile des Gelenkhebels (16) ein Handgriff (17) vorgesehen ist. - Pfosten nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Entfernung des Anlenkpunktes des Gelenkhebels (16) auf dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) gegenüber der zugehörigen Schiene (1) veränderbar ist. - Pfosten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine elektrische Leitfähigkeit des Befestigungsschenkels (2) durch einen eingebauten den Befestigungsschenkel (2) quer auftrennenden zwischengeschalteten, insbesondere aus elastischem Material bestehenden, Isolator (14) unterbrochen ist. - Pfosten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die beiden an der Schiene (1) anzusetzenden Greifer (6, 7) des Befestigungsschenkels (2) in an der Schiene (1) montiertem Zustand sich horizontal zu beiden Seiten des Befestigungsschenkels (2) ungleich weit erstrecken. - Pfosten nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich der fest mit dem Befestigungsschenkel (2) verbundene Greifer (6) auf derjenigen Seite mit der größten seitlichen Erstreckung eine größere längs der Schiene (1) verlaufende Seitenerstreckung aufweist als der bewegliche Greifer (6).
