Description
Claims (11)
- Druckwalze für den kanallosen Druck, insbesondere für eine Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem Walzenkern (1), auf den eine hülsenförmige Druck- oder Übertragungsform (2) unter Aufweiten mittels Druckluft aubringbar ist, bei Wegnahme der Druckluft anlegbar ist und bei erneuter Druckluftzufuhr abnehmbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest teilweise für die Oberfläche des Walzenkerns (1) eine dünne Zwischenschicht (7) zur Justage und besseren Verankerung der Druck- oder Übertragungsform (2) auf der Druckwalze (1, 3, 4, 6) vorgesehen ist. - Druckwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünne Zwischenschicht (7) eine selbstklebende Kunststoff-Folie ist, die auf die Oberfläche des Walzenkerns (1) gelegt ist.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünne Zwischenschicht (7) als Beschichtung der Oberfläche des Walzenkerns (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus Lack besteht.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus einem metallischen Basiswerkstoff besteht.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus keramischen Werkstoffen besteht.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dünne Zwischenschicht (7) als austauschbare Hülse ausgebildet ist.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenschicht (7) als eine GfK-Beschichtung ausgeführt ist, die thermisch isolierend wirkt.
- Druckwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche des Walzenkerns (1) einen entsprechend der Dicke der dünnen Zwischenschicht (7) abgesetzten Bereich (9) in Form einer Durchmesserveringerung aufweist, so daß die Oberflächenbereiche (5) des Walzenkerns (1), in die Luftauslaßbohrungen (6) münden, gegenüber dem abgesetzten Bereich (9) erhöht liegen.
- Druckwalze für den kanallosen Druck nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem abgesetzten Bereich (9) und einem erhöht liegendem Bereich (5) jeweils rundum des Walzenkerns (1) verlaufend ein Einstich (8) zur Führung eines Schneidwerkzeuges vorgesehen ist.
