Claims (4)
- Walze für ein Feuchtwerk einer Druckmaschine mit einem ein- oder mehrschichtig auf einem Grundkörper angeordneten Mantel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die äußere Beschichtung (5) des Mantels aus TiAlN oder TiCN besteht und eine rauhe Oberfläche besitzt. - Walze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf dem Grundkörper (3) die äußere Beschichtung (5), bestehend aus TiAlN oder TiCN, konzentrisch angeordnet ist. - Walze nach den Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen der äußeren Beschichtung (5) und dem Grundkörper (3) eine Zwischenschicht (4), bestehend aus Mattchrom, konzentrisch angeordnet ist. - Walze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die äußere Schicht (5) eine Schichtdicke von 2 - 10 µm und eine Härte von 1500 - 3500 HV sowie eine Rauhigkeit von Rz 2 - 10 µm aufweist.
