Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum schrittweisen Transport von Werkstücken (4) durch Bearbeitungsstationen eines Werkzeuges einer Presse mittels seitlich des Werkzeuges angeordneter Transportstangen (1), die mit Greifern (2, 3) für Werkstücke (4) besetzt sind und zyklisch in Längs- und Querrichtung hin- und herbewegt werden, wobei die Greifer (2, 3) mindestens teilweise mit Magneten (6) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der an den Greifern (2, 3) angebrachten Magnete (6) das Werkstück (4) beim Transport aus einer Bearbeitungsstation zur nächsten ohne Vertikalbewegung der Transportstangen und Greifer angehoben wird.
- Transferanordnung an einer Presse zum schrittweisen Transport von Werkstücken (4) durch Bearbeitungsstationen eines Werkzeuges, mit seitlich des Werkzeuges angeordneten Transportstangen (1), die mit Greifern (2, 3) für Werkstücke (4) besetzt und zyklisch in Längs- und Querrichtung hin- und herbewegbar sind wobei die Greifer (2, 3) mindestens teilweise mit Magneten (6) versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnete (6) zum Anheben der Werstücks (4) ohne Vertikalbewegung der Transportsangen und Greifer angeordnet und bemessen sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (2, 3) mit Orientierungsorganen versehen sind, welche beim Anheben durch die Magnete (6) und während des Transports die Lage des Werkstücks (4) mitbestimmen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (2, 3) V-förmige Orientierungsflächen (5) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (2, 3) Orientierungsstifte (9) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Greifer (3) bestimmter Greiferpaare (2, 3) mit einem Anwesenheitssensor (7), z. B. einem Näherungsschalter, versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass starre Greifer (2, 3) fest mit den Transportstangen (1) verbunden sind.
