Abstract
安装在输送杆(1)上的抓紧器(2,3)设有永久磁铁(6),为了抓住并移送工件(4),两抓紧器从外侧趋近工件,抓紧器的前表面(5)使工件定位,磁铁使工件抬升一段距离,因而以一种简单的方式保证工件可安全地进入连续性工具的下一工位。
Description
本发明涉及压床中的移送装置,其用于将工件分步地送过工具的各加工工位,它包括输送杆,它们相对于工具横向设置,并设有工件抓紧器,其能够在循环运动中作纵向和横向的往复运动。在每个工作循环中,所述输送杆进行一种封闭的矩形运动,在第一步骤中将一系列被抓紧的工件送至下一个工位,然后横向地从所述工具撤离,纵向地返回,再移向所述工具以便抓住工件。在加工中,由于相当大的加速度和减速度,以及惯性引起的很大的力,因而所述移送装置的刚性和稳定性限制了压床的工作节奏。由于输送杆的刚性和机械变形稳定性的增加会导致重量增加,这又引起惯性力的增加,因而造成很大的局限。
为了保证工件的无障碍地移送,在上述水平移送运动中要叠加一个附加的垂向的运动,为了使被抓紧的工件安全进入工具的下一工位,每次抓住工件后要抬高输送杆和抓紧器。如果没有这个垂向运动,工件在进入下一个工位时就会碰撞那里的零件。输送杆的上述附加的垂向运动会显著加大成本并增加惯性质量。
本发明的目的在于显著地简化移送装置。
为了实现上述目的,在本发明的移送装置中,至少一部分抓紧器设有提升磁铁,以便在从一个工位移送至下一工位时借助磁力提升工件。由于这种简单的措施,因而不必再使输送杆和抓紧器作不利的垂向运动。另一个优点在于抓紧器可设计得具有更大的刚性,并刚性地连接在输送杆上。抓紧器只要设有定位装置,例如,V形前表面或定位销,当被磁铁提升时就可将工件保持在需要的位置上,并从一工位移送至下一工位。
现对照附图详述本发明的实施例。
图1是一抓紧器对和一工件的平面图;
图2是抓紧器对和工件的局部横剖图。
图1是压床移送装置的一部分,它包括两根输送杆1,在其上固定着两个刚性的抓紧器2和3。如前所述,抓紧器的作用是抓紧并输送工件4,工件4是一个具有抬高的中部4a和一环形凸缘4b的深拉零件。两抓紧器2和3具有V形前表面5,在图1所示的闭合位置上,两抓紧器相互距离最小,V形前表面5靠近工件的抬高的中部,两者之间具有一定的间隙,并将其保持在一定的位置上,两抓紧器各设有两个磁铁6,其下部前表面与抓紧器2和3齐平。在抓紧器3的一条槽中装有一个检查存在的传感器7,它通过电缆8连接于压床的控制装置。
假定工件在一个工位加工后处于图2中虚线所示的位置上。为了抓紧并移送工件,带有抓紧器2和3的输送杆1从分开位置移向一闭合或趋近位置,如图1和2所示。在抓紧过程中,抓紧器在工件的凸缘4b上方向内移动,如图2所示。其前表面5使工件定位以防侧移。但是所述定位是以一定间隙量实施的,也就是说,工件在抓紧器之间在垂向上基本可以自由移动。此时,位于凸缘4b上方的磁铁6使铁磁性工件向上抬起至抬升位置,如图2中实线所示,在该位置上,工件被移送至下一工件。同时,传感器7监测工件的存在,在无工件时使压床立即停机。
图示实施例说明深拉工件的定位和抬升方式。较平的工件不能以这种方式定位。此时抓紧器2和3可设置定位销,定位销在外侧抵靠工件的边缘或与工件上的定位孔相接合。这种用于在外侧抵靠工件凸缘4b的定位销9在图1中用虚线表示。但是也可设置当工件由磁铁6抬升时接合在工件的定位孔中的定位销。
Claims (6)
1.压床中的移送装置,其用于分步地将工件(4)送过工具的各工位,它包括相对于工具横向设置的输送杆(1),输送杆(1)设有工件(4)的抓紧器(2,3),夹紧器(2,3)在循环运动中可在纵向和横向上往复移动,其中,至少一对抓紧器(2,3)设有抬升磁铁(6),以便在将工件(4)从一个工位移至下一工位时借助磁力抬升工件(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述抓紧器(2,3)设有定位件,其作用是在工件(4)被磁铁抬升,以及移送时确定工件(4)的位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述抓紧器(2,3)具有V形定位表面(5)。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述抓紧器(2,3)设有定位销(9)。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:某些抓紧器对(2,3)的至少一个抓紧器(3)设有存在检测器(7),例如接近开关。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:刚性的抓紧器(2,3)刚性地连接在输送杆(1)上。
