Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roof window with a locking device for locking in open positions, at least one display aid in the form of at least one in the closed state of the roof window in one acute angle to the spring arm of the feed box is provided, the window sash in the issued state supported on the feed box.
  • DE-OS 2 422 328 therefore proposes the arrangement of two Support lever in front of the opened window by spring force hold in their open position. These support levers with springs are arranged on the window sash and run with rollers in guide rails on the frame, where Locking thresholds of a holder of the window in a desired Position should serve. At this window is the bracket, however, especially in strong winds, not sure. The stopping positions are on the notches limited and the notches lead when opening and closing of the window to jerky movements.
  • the invention has for its object for a roof window a locking device of the type mentioned to make available in any open position a secure mounting of the window sash is guaranteed.
  • the object is achieved in that the Spring arm with both the feed box and the Window sash is operatively connected via pivot bearing, one of the rotary bearings on a spring-loaded lies in a sliding guide, which can be actuated by means of a handle Locking device can be locked.
  • An advantage of the solution according to the invention is that high ease of use.
  • the window is easy to open and can be closed without being affected by stiffness or jerky movements.
  • On the other hand can the window securely in any position thanks to the handle be locked.
  • the mechanics are protected from the weather protected and insensitive to pollution. It only a few parts are visible, so that the appearance of the Window is not affected.
  • the locking device can only on one side of the Roof window can be arranged, for. B. for very small Roof windows, or it is arranged on both sides, whereby a higher stability is achieved.
  • the guides with glides can also in one or both side rails of the window sash can be arranged or they can be accommodated in arms be, who in turn carry the window sash.
  • the window sash is carried by arms and the spring arms on these are articulated, with the sliders in guides the side rails of the feed box.
  • the clamping forces of the locking are expediently so limited that it loosens before the on the Window sash forces lead to destruction can.
  • a simple embodiment of the locking device is designed as an eccentric, by means of a handle the slider can be locked in the guide.
  • Another embodiment of the locking device has a wedge with which the slider in the Leadership is jammed. It is useful between insert an intermediate layer between the glider and the wedge, which can be designed so that it in their Longitudinal extension extends beyond the area of the guide on both sides, is attached to one end of the guide and on the other end is gripped by the wedge. Through the The intermediate layer places the longitudinal displacement of the wedge Fixed glider with the specified braking force. Through this Embodiment is achieved in that the wedge the glider in a variety of possible positions within the Leadership can set. For the window, this means that it can be locked in all opening positions. Furthermore it is relatively easy in this embodiment, to specify the strength of the locking.
  • the wedge can be moved on an inclined plane, whereby the wedge has a length that is at least the length corresponds to the leadership, and the slope of the leaning Level as the opposite slope of the wedge the same Have pitch angles, so that as a clamping surface serving wedge surface by longitudinal displacement of the wedge is parallel adjustable in height.
  • the interaction of the wedge and the inclined plane is an absolute one parallel adjustment of the clamping surface on one any length achievable, while the clamping force, regardless of the position of the glider, exactly is adjustable.
  • the clamping forces can be increased that the leadership at least one Side carries a plastic layer.
  • the slider is a Carries rack in which a holding element with at least a tooth can be brought into and out of engagement. It can the holding element can be arranged on a push rod. If the guide is in a tube, this indicates if the push rod runs outside, a recess through which the holding element when the push rod is actuated can enter and exit to enter the Engage rack.
  • the push rod is a resilient Push rod, so it is possible to use a bracket to push towards the engagement position.
  • a bevel on the holding element from the recess arranged which expediently with a chamfer the recess cooperates.
  • the glider can be locked along the entire length of the rack, creating a locking facility in a large Adjustment range of the window is achieved.
  • a limitation the clamping forces can be achieved in that the tooth flanks have a relatively flat angle.
  • a particularly high level of operating convenience is achieved that from a handle both the at least one Locking device can be actuated, as well as the closing and opening the casement can.
  • a convenient arrangement is that the Handle located on the lower cross member of the window sash. The power is then transmitted via corner drives and push rods that operate the strikers and with the at least one locking device in Active connection. To make the window easy to use make it useful if the locking device locked the window sash in that the handle with the window sash open from its folded position is brought into its closed position.
  • the following training courses are for a roof window an advantage, that besides the folding movement also swinging movements can do, where the window around the Suspension on two flared arms is pivotable.
  • two spring arms are at the top of the Feed box pivotally suspended arms, the window sash being rotatably supported by the arms and can optionally be connected to them.
  • the arms are lockable via the spring arms by the locking device.
  • the window sash can be used simultaneously two journals in grooves in the feed box to ensure safe guidance and mounting of the window sash to achieve.
  • One embodiment provides for the roof window in this way train that locking in this rocking position cannot be brought into engagement, but only in the Folding position.
  • Such further training results from that in the folding opening positions of the window sash this against essential forces acting on him is more sensitive than in the rocking position in which the Axle journal in the grooves of the window sash an additional Give stability and a locking device is no longer required in every case.
  • a such roof window which is rotatably suspended from arms is and optionally in a hinged opening position or Swinging position can be moved, the operative connection between the handle and the locking devices or the locking device.
  • a coupling between the handle and locking device proposed in the Swing position is disengaged.
  • the clutch is as Designed transmission element, which is a U-shaped Has notch, in which a connected to the push rod Pin engages when the window sash is connected to the poor.
  • the window sash is in spent the swing position, the pin moves out the U-shaped notch of the transmission element and the operative connection is disengaged.
  • Handle acts a lock through which the handle blocked a window sash opened in the swing position is. When the window sash is closed, this will Blockage removed and the handle can only be in the closed position of the window sash from its Swing position in the folding position or the locking position can be moved.
  • Fig. 1 shows a skylight in side view, partially cut.
  • the principle of the invention is based on this first, simple embodiment of a locking device explained.
  • the roof window consists of a feed box 3, which in a roof surface, not shown, is installed and on the upper end of a window sash 4 pivoted is.
  • This articulation can be carried out directly or via arms 31 take place, which has a bearing 32 at its front end of the casement 4 wear.
  • the window sash 4 a pivoting in addition to the folding movement to run the storage 32, this is the rocking position of the roof window.
