    une des tiges coulissantes (17, 18) a une extrémité (29) qui dépasse le mécanisme écarteur (16) et qui présente au moins une encoche (30) dans laquelle un organe d'arrêt (31) est en prise quand le panneau de fenêtre (1) est ouvert en position de pivotement, tandis que cette extrémité (29) est en butée sur l'organe d'arrêt (31) quand le panneau de fenêtre est ouvert en position de basculement.
  11. Fenêtre de toit selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'organe d'arrêt (31), lorsqu'il est en position de prise, est en saillie sur le parcours de fermeture du panneau de fenêtre (1) et, lorsqu'on ferme le panneau, coulisse contre l'action d'un ressort (22) de sorte qu'il cesse d'être en prise.
