Definitions
- the invention relates to a bulletproof window movable frame that holds bulletproof panes and a stick frame that is connected to the masonry, one side of the frame or the stick frame one each Cover that also bulletproof the edge of the pane covers.
- the invention has for its object a bulletproof Windows of the known type to improve that ward off the cover a shot better and more effectively can.
- the invention is based on one bulletproof window of the type described above and suggests that the cover resiliently mounted on the frame is.
- the space between the cover and frame serves at the same time as ventilation of the window.
- a Metal cover provided.
- other materials such as plastics, fiber-reinforced plastics, and the like, for use come.
- the frame is facing Threaded bolts welded onto the sides of the metal covers. These threaded bolts correspond to holes in the Framework are provided. When assembled, the bolts point nuts on the inside of the frame. With the nuts and Bolts are commercially available and one Assembly is so simple and easy.
- the spring between the frame and metal cover is designed as a plate spring.
- a feather can also be easily retrofitted using the bolt and mount the nut.
- the disc spring is used to hold a Part of the kinetic energy of the projectile.
- the disc spring excels e.g. due to their high spring constant, which means high energy deposition in the spring is possible. After this When the shot hits, the spring simply springs back again in the old position.
- the protective cover is on the outside the cover of the frame is arranged.
- Fig. 1 e.g. a two-leaf window shown that out there are two window frames 3.
- the proposal according to the invention is also on a single window, doors, etc. feasible.
- the window essentially consists of the two frame parts 1 and 2. This can e.g. the stick and the window frame of a window or in the one shown here Embodiment the two frame parts of a two-leaf Window.
- the two frame parts 1 and 2 each take the disc 4.5 on.
- the covers 6, 7 face the frame 3 Side, bolt 10 on that covers the frame parts 1.2 connect.
- Bores 11 are provided through which the bolts 10 are guided will.
- the bolts 10 screwed with nuts 13.
- the bore 11 has on her outer end of a widened recess 16 into which the Spring 15, for example a plate spring, is inserted and the cover 6, 7 is thus supported on the frame parts 1, 2.
- This recess 16 is part of the intermediate space 14, the extends between the frame parts 1, 2 and the cover 6, 7.
- the covers 6,7 are preferably made with a small one Distance screwed to the frame parts 1,2. In this Space 14 is arranged the plate spring 15, the one Part of the kinetic energy when a projectile hits bouncy. Through the space 14 between the frame 3 and covers 6,7 allows the springs and the Damage or even cracking of the covers 6.7 avoided.
- the material thickness of the covers can be 6.7 same bullet resistance can now be reduced.
- On the Covers 6, 7 are protective covers 17, 18 which cover the Cover covers 6.7 and e.g. are made of wood. This makes for example the character of a wooden window maintained, this window a high bullet resistance having.
- the facings 17, 18 are e.g. on the covers 6.7 glued on or from behind with covers 6.7 screwed.
- the springs 15 can also at several points in the space 14 may be arranged. It is also possible to use other feathers for example, leaf springs instead of disc springs use.
- the bolts 10 are on the covers 6.7, e.g. welded on.
- the vertical frame parts that the Wear covers 6.7, there is between the two covers 6,7 is a gap 19.
- one additional cover 20 is provided which covers the two 6 and 7 each covered and thus also the gap 19th covered. This will result in a shootout when hit this gap 19 is effectively avoided.
- the cover 20 carries again a veneer 21 around the appearance of the Do not interfere with the window.
- the cover 20 is e.g. from one of the covers 6, 7 or the facings 17, 18 held. Closes at the top and bottom of the frame the gap 19 to the gap 8, which is also due to the Cover 20 can not be covered.
- the protective cover 9 is preferably seated on the outside of the frame, but it can also be on the inside, e.g. on the moving Framework are provided. Retrofitting is also possible possible. To increase the effectiveness of this protective cover 9 it is provided that the protective cover 9 is also spring-loaded is.
