Definitions
- the invention is a both as a turn and swing window usable window.
- a turning wing is one around a vertical, parallel to the Wing-level central axis of rotating wing.
- the turning device of the reversible wing from the swivel device of the Swing wing differs technically and in the kinematics.
- the turning device is large and all around a lower half of the bearing and an upper one Half of the bearing, which is connected to one another via a bearing pin are connected, the bearing or its geometric axis generally in front of the room a little Wing level is located.
- the pivoting device of the swing wing an intermediate link, which is basically a lever is hinged at both ends.
- the intermediate link is on a second axis of rotation Wing frame bearing part stored parallel to the first The axis of rotation runs and the second axis of rotation of the wing forms.
- Both wings have in common that one wing half at Opening to the outside occurs and the other insides Moved inside the room. Because the gap between the Fixed frame and the sash using a frame bar is covered, the wing can only be opened if you form this bar in two parts. At a Swinging wing bearing is one part of this bar on the fixed frame and it extends from the lower cross member of the fixed frame up to the swing wing bearing. Of the other part of this bar goes from the top of the Swinging wing bearing or its projecting housing part up to to the upper cross member of the wing and it makes when opening and Closing the wing with its rotational movement. This bar is generally called change bar.
- Document DE-A-2 309 661 discloses a window with a fixed frame and one attached to it by means of two pivoting wing bearings, each bearing one Sash frame bearing part and a fixed frame bearing part, which has a Swivel device coupled together and at least partially at the same time in the Stems of the fixed frame and the sash are housed sunk, Furthermore, with each bearing, the gap between the fixed frame and the two-part interchangeable bar that covers the sash frame spar on the inside is present, the one alternating bar part on the fixed frame and the further other changeable bar part is arranged on the casement, the two alternating bar parts have the same length and the same Recess for each bearing in the two frames for receiving the sunk mounted part of the swing wing bearing at least substantially the same size and is designed the same.
- the window manufacturer has the fixed frame and the Produces sash frames, i.e. built up from individual spars, being both wooden and wooden spars Can trade aluminum or plastic, so he brings to the relevant spars, for example, with a swing wing the vertical bars of the fixed frame and the Frame, the corresponding recesses or Milled and, if necessary, holes. If he instead of making a reversible wing of the same size so he can use the recesses for the reversible wing bearing the same machine setting and the same tools on the upper and lower bars of the fixed frame and the Attach the casement.
- a further embodiment results from claim 3 of the invention for this area of bearings.
- These mentioned mounting strip is fixed to the casement part or fixed frame bearing part formed, in the case of a Casting is therefore cast on and generally requires it no post-processing.
- the Cross-sectional shape of the sealing strip is largely free. It must be so in the area of the mounting strip be designed so that they can be easily attached to it and if necessary, can also decrease for replacement.
- the width - seen perpendicular to the wing plane - one can measure that the end of the sealing strip facing away from the frame with certainty on the assigned edge of the fixed frame or Sash is pressed with the intended force, when the window is closed. So you can different profile designs for the fixed frame and the sash can be provided.
- the two Sealing strip parts can easily be made via the relevant Keep running the bearings up and down if this happens the other frame construction allowed. Possibly. you can but also on the two sealing strip parts of the bearing Connect further sealing strip parts that are attached the front ends of the two sealing strip parts of the Connect the bearing and until the next one transverse part of a sealing frame are sufficient.
- the swing-wing bearing has, for example, on his middle area of the lower horizontal wing spar rotatable handle, with the help of which one Locking the closed wing against the fixed Can make frames. Satisfied with modern constructions but not only with a lock in the immediate area of this twist grip, rather acts this on a suitable window gear with which Help advanced drive rods moved back and forth can be.
- Locking elements e.g. adjustable roller pins or Like. That with locking counter elements on the fixed frame cooperate, the latter being, for example Strike plates or the like. Can act. That way to lock the Do wing on all four spars, the Driving rods are guided over corner drives. This Constructions are known by themselves, which is why they are do not need to be explained here.
- EP 0 563 550 A2 shows that the special Bearing construction of the rotatable about an approximately central axis Wing an offset of the grooves for the incoming and the further driving rod in the storage area is necessary.
- Claim 5 describes a further training of Swing wing or reversible wing bearing, which the easy accommodation and storage one each Coupling element in the wing bearing part allows.
- the training for both types of bearings are the same.
- This then also enables Use of the same coupling element according to claim 6 with both bearing types.
- the angular shape of the Coupling element allows in a very advantageous manner Offset of the displacement levels of the two drive rods to Camp or away from the camp.
- the swing window of Figure 1 has a fixed Frame 1 and a sash 2, which is glazed. Both are in a known manner via two swing-wing bearings 3 connected with each other. Via a swivel on the casement 2 stored rotary handle 4 can interlock released both frames and then opened the sash become.
- the sash 2 initially tilts one first lower axis of rotation 5, which is in the horizontal direction, runs parallel to the upper and lower frame bars.
- the lower wing end consequently follows when opening outside and the upper one inside. This swivel or Tilting movement of the wing 2 ends according to a predetermined An angle of approximately 60 °, for example.
- FIG. It points also a fixed frame 1 and a glazed Casement 2 on. The latter is around a middle, vertical extending axis of rotation 7 rotatable. After pressing the Rotary handle 4, for example on the right vertical bar of the Wing 2 is located, and the associated loosening one Locking device of known type can the wing 2 around the vertical axis of rotation 3 are rotated, for example the right half of the wing enters the room while at the same time the left half of the wing is pivoted outwards becomes. This is due to the use of two reversible wing bearings 8 possible. These are the upper and lower vertical bars assigned to the fixed frame 1 and the sash 2, while the swing wing bearing 3 on the left and right vertical bars of the fixed frame and the Casement 2 are located.
- the bottom two Alternating bar parts and the lower horizontal bar 10 are on the fixed frame, while the upper ones Alternating bar parts 12 and the upper horizontal bar 9 am Sash frames are attached.
- the dimensions of the housing 13 are now chosen so that the lower alternating bar part and the upper part of the replacement ledge is exactly the same length.
- both frames are preferably each mitred.
- the lower lies in a known manner End of the upper change bar part 12 on the upper Face 14 of the housing 3 on, while the upper end of the lower alternating bar part 11 on the down facing surface 15 of the housing 13 abuts.
- the two left Alternating bar parts are connected to the fixed frame 1, as well as the left vertical bar of the Wing flaps.
- By appropriate shaping and Sizing is also the left and right Alternating bar parts 16 and 17 of the same length.
- the changing bar parts each have also the same cross section and this corresponds to that assigned bearing housing part.
- the housing 13 of the swing bearing 3 and 18 of the Reversible leaf bearings 8 are dimensioned the same. Consequently you can see the common recesses in the spars of the fixed frame and the sash regardless of whether it is it is a reversible wing or a swing wing, train each the same size and uniformly.
- the swing-wing bearing 3 consists of a sash frame bearing part 20, a fixed frame bearing part 21 and an intermediate link 22.
- the lower end of the latter is pivotally mounted on the fixed frame bearing part 21, the Pivot axis the mentioned first axis of rotation 5 (FIG. 1) forms.
- the upper end of the pontic 22 and the fixed frame bearing part 21 via an upper or second axis of rotation 6 rotatably coupled together.
- the reversible wing bearing 8 consists of a fixed frame bearing part 23 and a casement bearing part 24. They are over a vertical axis of rotation rotatably connected to each other, the geometric vertical axis of rotation in Figures 2 and 4 with 7 is designated. In the area of the bearing pin that is Bearing housing bulged toward the interior of the room according to Figure 4.
- a mounting strip 26 is located in all Embodiments preferably a T-shaped Has cross section. It is according to FIGS. 5 and 6 divided in two, the two parts each up to the cross joint 28 of the camp are enough.
- a sealing strip 27 are attached, which is also split into two, with the two facing each other facing ends each extend to the transverse joint 28.
- the sealing strip 27 has a substantially V-shaped Cross section, the free V-leg ends notches for Engage with the free ends of the T-crossbar Have mounting strip.
- a coupling element 33 can be seen in FIG same design both for swing-wing bearings and can be used with the reversible leaf bearing. Both camps are equipped with identical guides for this.
- the coupling element 33 has an angular shape with a long angle leg 34 and a short angle leg 35. Located on the latter a removable, also angular one Extension piece 36. On the free leg of the latter is a coupling element 37 attached. Likewise at the free end of the long angle leg 34. It is in both cases to cones that are in the same direction across the plane of their Partly protrude. They are not used for hanging one each shown drive rod, which has a corresponding bore owns. The two drive rods run in frame grooves that are on the casement and a certain one Have height difference that by the coupling element 33rd is bridged.
- the training of the Sash frame known prior art.
- At least one of the drive rods carries in a suitable place a locking member, for example a locking pin, in particular an adjustable roller pin, which with a Locking counter member on the fixed frame, for example so-called striking plate interacts. It is also one immediate locking of the free connecting rod end in a corresponding recording on the fixed frame in addition or alternatively possible.
- a locking member for example a locking pin, in particular an adjustable roller pin, which with a Locking counter member on the fixed frame, for example so-called striking plate interacts. It is also one immediate locking of the free connecting rod end in a corresponding recording on the fixed frame in addition or alternatively possible.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 also show that one of the Pin 19 for power transmission and / or Bearing alignments with the frame an elongated hole 38 on End region of the long angle leg 34 passes through.
- this end region is provided with lateral edge strips 39 and 40 ( Figure 3a).
- Each reaches under one of two short strips 41 and 42 of the casement bearing part 20 or 24.
- an anti-lift device is created in this area.
- E.g. in Figures 4 and 5 is the Longitudinal guide on the sash frame bearing part for the Coupling element 33 can be seen, which extends over the entire Length of the wing frame bearing part extends. Over the cone 19 and the slot 38 you get an additional Longitudinal guidance.
- the longitudinal guide 43 is in Figure 5 in the upper Area overlapped by a profiled web 43 and thereby tunnel-like at this point. That way gets an anti-lift device there too. On the outside this profiled web 43 is one of the pins 19th
- Angle leg 35 At the transition from the long angle leg 34 to the short one Angle leg 35 has the coupling element 33 two after Side ridges protruding in opposite directions 44 and 45.
