Definitions
- the invention relates to a fitting for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like.
- an upper pivot bearing which has two bearing eyes arranged at a vertical distance from one another for connection to an opening arm or the like. If such a fitting is installed in a window with a narrow frame cross-section, space problems very often occur. This is due not only to the often too wide construction of this fitting but also to the fact that there must be a sufficient distance from the outer edge of the frame profile for the frame to be properly installed can be cleaned, for example. In particular in the renovation of old houses, blind frames made of plastic profiles with narrow cross sections are often used. These are often not suitable for the installation of the known fittings.
- the object of the invention is therefore to develop a fitting of the type mentioned in such a way that it is also suitable for installation in narrow profiles, but the load-bearing capacity must be maintained and the assembly must not require any additional effort.
- the fitting is designed according to the preamble of claim 1 in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim.
- the separate production of the bearing parts for the extension arm or the stay scissors and the support plate on which they are mounted enables the use of different materials for the parts in question, so that the stay supports the occurring loads despite reduced size, especially reduced width, without further can do justice.
- the additional effort for the multi-part training and the connection of these parts is justified because you can now install such a bearing in a window or door with narrow profiles, where it was previously not possible due to the large dimensions.
- this bearing can of course also be used with wide frames, so that overall there is a larger area of application available, which increases the series and thereby reduces the price. In the end, the larger series can compensate for the additional costs of the multi-part training.
- each bearing part has an essentially angular shape, a first, in particular long, angled leg serving as a fastening leg, while the second angled leg - preferably the short one - is designed as a bearing eye.
- the size of the second bearing leg can be kept very small because it only has to accommodate the bearing bore for the bearing axis of the scissor arm or the like.
- the first angle leg to be mounted on the support plate is designed to be comparatively long and possibly also correspondingly thick, so that despite the smaller width compared to the known fittings, it has a cross section which is sufficient for the load which occurs.
- the size of the support plate depends on the size of the two bearing parts and the required distance between the two bearing eyes.
- the support plate be positively connected to each bearing part, which not only increases the stability, but also facilitates and accelerates the assembly.
- the first angle leg of the bearing part has a protruding edge opposite the second angle leg, which comprises the associated end piece of the support plate, preferably on three sides, namely the two long sides and the free transverse edge.
- end piece is to be understood in a broader sense, that is to say the embracing can extend over the entire length of the first angle leg.
- Another variant of the invention is characterized in that the support plate is connected to each bearing part by at least one rivet. This secures the previously made positive connection, which was made by plugging or pushing each bearing part onto the support plate. Of course, there is a corresponding hole for the rivet at the assigned point on the support plate.
- a further development of the invention is characterized in that the bearing part has a rivet attachment and it is made in particular from die-cast material.
- the latter is preferably die-cast zinc. Forming a rivet attachment simplifies and accelerates riveting considerably.
- a further embodiment of the invention results from claim 7.
- These two projections point against the wing-side bearing of the extension arm or the stay scissors and they extend ge so to speak, a receiving recess in the support plate for the fixed frame end arm.
- the extension arm or the like is guided into the rebate space in the sealing area without the seal being interrupted there.
- the advantage of the spike-like projections of this fitting is that, in the case in question, the scissors can be passed underneath the seal without any special bevels and thus without weakening, and the seal can nevertheless adapt well in this area.
- the fitting serves for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like with an upper scissor stay.
- the lower wing end is held and guided in a lower repository.
- a second bearing is provided which, together with the corner bearing, supports the wing in the tilted position, the horizontal lower tilting axis being known by its closing-side support bearing in its construction and the lower corner bearing runs.
- the corner bearing preferably also forms the lower half of the pivot bearing.
- the upper pivot bearing is then conveniently located in the scissor stay.
- the invention also relates to a fitting for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like.
- a fitting for an at least tiltable sash of a window, a door or the like With a lower corner bearing, with a rotatably mounted on a bearing block vertical bearing journal for a bearing sleeve of the wing.
- the task in an analogous manner is to further develop this fitting so that it is also suitable for installation in narrow profiles or in confined spaces and still does justice to the load that occurs in a known manner, use as a right or left lower corner bearing being ensured have to be.
- the fitting is designed according to the preamble of claim eight in accordance with the characterizing part of this claim.
- the shape and size of the support body can be designed and dimensioned such that it can find sufficient space even in confined spaces, particularly in the case of windows and doors made of plastic profiles. Due to the rotatable mounting of the bearing block on the support body in connection with its angle of rotation of in particular 90 ° and the rotatable mounting of the bearing journal by approximately 180 ° in the bearing block, this fitting can easily be switched from the right to the left stop. As a result, the series is doubled and this fitting also meets the demand for inexpensive production with a simple construction. This also reduces inventory and simplifies ordering and delivery.
- the bearing block is rotated by 90 ° and the bearing journal by approximately 180 °.
- this change can be made without the use of tools.
- This also includes that Do not apply a reinforcement, with the help of which the reduction in size, in particular the width, can be counteracted to adapt to the reduced dimensions.
- a preferred embodiment of this invention consists in that the support body is designed as a flat angle, the angle legs of which, in particular, have the same design and extend in a plane parallel to the wing plane. It is therefore a flat angle with comparatively narrow angle legs, which, however, can be somewhat thicker than usual for cross-sectional compensation if necessary.
- the angular shape not only enables it to be used as a fitting to the right and left in a particularly simple manner, it also allows attachment to both the vertical and horizontal fixed frame spar in the lower corner area. There are therefore several connection points with the fixed frame, more precisely, with the horizontal and vertical profile leg. This leads to a reduction in the application of force at each connection point and a relief of the corner connection, in particular corner welding in the case of plastic frames.
- the connection points can be doubled with the same length in the case of an angular one.
- a further variant of the invention is characterized by a stop element on each angle leg for a stop member which is connected to the bearing block in a rotationally fixed manner.
- a stop member which is connected to the bearing block in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the two rotary end positions are precisely specified and, above all, further rotation is carried out via the spac Visible rotational position prevented.
- the design and arrangement of the stop elements depends on the shape and arrangement of the stop member.
- the latter has a strip-like shape and is directly upstream of one of the two angle legs in each rotational end position.
- the two stop elements are assigned to the outer region, that is to say, for example, to the longitudinal outer edges of the angular support body.
- the thickness of the stop member, measured transversely to the wing plane, can be approximately the same or, if appropriate, also less than that of the supporting body. However, this does not rule out a greater thickness.
- a further development of the invention is characterized by two receptacles on the opposite longitudinal sides of the stop member for one stop element each, the latter being located on the outer edge of the support body and preferably being flush with the associated outer longitudinal edge of its angle leg.
- Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the receptacles for the stop elements are located at the free end of the stop member and the angle leg of the support body projects beyond the stop member in the longitudinal direction.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention results from claim 15.
- a fastening element preferably a fastening screw, is inserted through the or each through-hole of the stop element and the through-hole of the supporting body located in the mounting position underneath and screwed into the frame spar underneath.
- some of the forces that come on the bearing journal are dissipated via this attachment point.
- the other part of the forces goes directly to the fixed frame via the bearing.
- the relative position of the stop element and the supporting body is also secured on the basis of this fastening screw or screws inserted through it.
- a further development of the invention provides that there is a support pin extending perpendicular to the plane of the support body and projecting over the contact surface of the latter, which is in a corresponding receiving bore of the fixed Engages frame. It is particularly advantageous that the support-side end of the trunnion at the same time forms or possibly also accommodates the bearing axis for the bearing block.
- the wing inserted into the frame 1 is designated 2.
- the wing 1 can be tilted at least about a lower horizontal axis.
- a known lower support bearing 4, a lower corner bearing 5 and an upper scissor bearing 6 are provided, on which the fixed frame end of one with its other end on the wing 2 each rotatable and in a known manner on the wing also slidably mounted scissors or Ausstellarms 7 is articulated.
- the support pin or bearing pin 8 (FIG. 7) of the corner bearing 5 engages in the bearing sleeve of the wing hinge 9 from below. If it is a turn-tilt sash, there is a corresponding change-over gear in the area of the operating handle 3 for changing over the fitting from turning to tilting and for locking and unlocking in the closed position.
- the upper scissor bearing 6 is placed on the inside of the surface of the fixed frame or frame 1 and attached to it in the manner described below. Both this frame and the wing are constructed in a manner not shown from profile bars, in particular from plastic profiles. For this reason, the width 10 of the bearing 6 must be kept as small as possible.
- the upper scissor bearing 6 is provided in a manner known per se with two bearing eyes 11 and 12 arranged at a vertical distance from one another, each on one bearing part 13 or 14 attached, in particular molded.
- the end of the scissor arm or extension arm 7 engages in the gap space formed by the distance between the two bearing eyes. All three are then penetrated by a bearing pin, which is symbolized by the geometric axis 15. In the case of a rotary tilting bearing, this geometric axis 15 also forms the upper end of the wing axis of rotation.
- Each bearing part 13, 14 is mounted on a support plate 16, in particular riveted.
- Each bearing part 13, 14 has, as is clearly shown in FIG. 2 of the drawing, for example, an essentially angular shape, with a first, in particular longer, angled leg 17 serving as a fastening leg, which abuts the associated end region of the support plate, while the second, preferably shorter, angled leg 18 the bearing eye with the bearing bore 19 and 20 forms.
- each bearing part 13 or 14 The support plate 16 is positively connected to each bearing part 13 or 14.
- the first angle leg 17 of each bearing part has an edge 21 protruding against the second angle leg 18, which surrounds the associated end piece of the support plate 16, preferably on three sides, that is to say in a U-shape.
- Each bearing part is equipped with a preferably integrally formed rivet attachment 22 which, when the bearing part is attached, passes through a rivet hole 23 of the support plate, the free end then being permanently deformed to form a rivet head.
- each bearing part is preferably made of die-cast zinc, while the support plate 16 is made of steel in order to achieve good stability.
- the support plate 16 according to, for example, FIG. 2 has an essentially strip-like shape with two parallel projections 23 and 24, which are provided at the distance from the bearing eyes 11, 12 and protrude laterally on the longitudinal edge in the plane of the support plate, as well as a part therebetween the projections formed recess 25.
- a shoulder-like projection 26 is provided, in its extension according to FIG. 3, the edge of the bearing part 13 or 14 extends.
- the two projections 23 and 24 are provided with a chamfer 27 and 28 on their outer longitudinal side.
- Through bores 29 to 32 of the support plate 16 are aligned with corresponding through bores 33 to 36 of the bearing parts 13 and 14, in particular chamfered on the outside.
- Essential components of the lower corner bearing 5 are the support body 37 which is designed as a flat angle, the bearing block 39 which can be rotated in the position of use about a horizontal axis 38 perpendicular to the window plane, and the bearing journal 8 which can be rotated or pivoted on the latter in the sense of the double arrow 40
- the support plate 16 of the upper scissor-type bearing 6 it is placed on the surface of the fixed frame or frame 1 facing into the interior and fastened to it by means of screws which pass through fastening holes 41 to 44.
- both this lower corner bearing 5 and the upper scissor bearing 6 can each be switched from right to left stop, which can be seen in the lower corner bearing 5 by the rotatable mounting of the bearing block 39 on the support body 37 by 90 ° and a rotation of the bearing pin 8 on Bearing bracket 39 reached by 180 ° (Fig. 8).
- the two angle legs are preferably of identical design or symmetrical to a plane through the bisector of the angle.
- this convertibility is achieved by a symmetrical configuration with respect to a plane of symmetry which is perpendicular to the image plane through the dash-dotted center line 45.
- a stop element 48 or 49 is attached to each of the two angle legs 46 and 47, preferably molded on. These stop elements work together with a stop member 50, which is non-rotatably connected to the bearing block 39, a fastening screw 58 preferably also forming the bearing axis for the bearing journal 8. In the two end positions (FIGS. 6 and 8), the stop member 50 bears against the stop element 48 or 49. The countersunk mounting hole 51 is then aligned with the mounting hole 42 or 43. A mounting screw inserted through the two aligned holes and screwed into the fixed frame simultaneously secures the relative position of the support body and stop member.
- the stop member 50 has, as the drawing shows, a strip-like shape. Its width corresponds approximately to that of one Angled legs 46 and 47, respectively, a receptacle 52, 53 is attached to the opposite longitudinal sides of the stop member 50. More specifically, the free corners of the stop member 50 are recessed like a paragraph. It follows from this that, at least in the exemplary embodiment, the stop element 50 is shorter than each angle leg 46 or 47. However, this does not rule out that the length of the stop element 50 is chosen exactly the same as that of the angle leg 46, 47, but must then on the stop member 50 two bores are made, the outer being aligned with the bore 41 or 44 of the associated angle leg in the rotational end position of the bearing block 39.
- the receptacles 52 and 53 can remain in the same place, but then they are slots that are open along the long side.
- a support pin 54 extends rearward over the plane of the support body 37 and is inserted into a receiving bore extending perpendicular to the frame plane of the fixed frame 1. The forces that occur are introduced into the fixed frame via this and the various fastening screws.
- this support pin can at the same time form or also accommodate the axis of rotation for the bearing block 39 with its support body end.
- the bearing block 39 has a U-shaped shape, its two U-shaped legs being designed as bearing axes. In between is a bearing eye or a bearing eye 55 of the bearing pin 8 with a through hole that is in line with the holes in the U-leg 56 and 57 escapes.
- the space requirement of this fitting is extremely small in an extremely advantageous manner, because the width 10 of the upper scissor-type bearing 6 or the corresponding width of the angle leg of the support body 37 of the lower support bearing 4 is particularly small.
- the distance between the left vertical edge of the support plate 16 in FIG. 1 and the right vertical outer edge 60 of the wing 2 is approximately 1-2 mm.
Abstract
Description

49 an.
