Claims (14)
- Scharniereinrichtung mit einer Schwenkachse (6), einem rahmen- bzw. zargenseitigen Scharnierteil (8), das an einem Rahmen einer Zarge (1) od.dgl. einer Tür befestigbar ist, einem Bandaufnahmeelement (7), das an einem Türflügel (2) der Tür befestigbar ist, und einem Scharnierband (12), das einerseits verschwenkbar um die Schwenkachse (6) gehaltert und andererseits im Bandaufnahmeelement (7) fixierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnierband (12) an einem vertikalen Endabschnitt (27) mit einer Verstellspindel (31) verbunden ist, die dreh- und in Vertikalrichtung verstellbar in einem fest am Bandaufnahmeelement (7) angeordneten Gewinde (32) sitzt und mittels einer Hoch/Tief-Verstellschraube (34) dreh- und damit in Vertikalrichtung verstellbar ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Verstellspindel (31) einen Zahnkranz (33) aufweist, mit dem die Hoch/Tief-Verstellschraube (34) über den gesamten vertikalen Verstellhub der Verstellspindel (31) in Eingriff ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der im vertikalen Endabschnitt (27) des Scharnierbands (12) eine mit einer Erweiterung (29) versehene Ausnehmung (28) ausgebildet ist, in die ein Anschlußabschnitt (30) der Verstellspindel (31) eingreift.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Anschlußabschnitt (30) der Verstellspindel (31) formschlüssig in die mit der Erweiterung (29) versehene Ausnehmung (28) im vertikalen Endabschnitt (27) des Scharnierbandes (12) eingreift.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der am vertikalen Endabschnitt (27) des Scharnierbands (12) eine Mutter angeordnet ist, in die ein separater Gewindeabschnitt der Verstellspindel (31) eingreift, wobei die Steigungsrichtung des separaten Gewindeabschnitts der Verstellspindel (31) und der am vertikalen Endabschnitt (27) des Scharnierbands (12) angeordneten Mutter der Steigungsrichtung des fest am Bandaufnahmeelement (7) angeordneten Gewindes (32) entgegengesetzt ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der der mit der Verstellspindel (31) verbundene vertikale Endabschnitt (27) des Scharnierbands (12) am oberen Ende des Scharnierbands (12) angeordnet ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Scharnierband (12) an seinem schwenkachsenfernen Endabschnitt (17) kippbar im Bandaufnahmeelement (7) fixiert ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der schwenkachsenferne Endabschnitt (17) des Scharnierbands (12) in einem Lagerschlitz (16) angeordnet ist, dessen Breite an seiner schwenkachsennahen Öffnungsfläche (18) der Dicke des Scharnierbandes (12) entspricht und der sich in Richtung auf seine schwenkachsenferne Endfläche (21) erweitert.
- Scharnierband nach Anspruch 8, bei der sich der Lagerschlitz (16) an seinen beiden Längsseiten (19, 20) linear erweitert.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei der am schwenkachsenfernen Endabschnitt (17) des Scharnierbands (12) zumindest zwei Fixierzapfen (22) ausgebildet sind, die in im Bandaufnahmeelement (7) bzw. im Lagerschlitz (16) und als Langlöcher (23) ausgebildete Ausnehmungen eingreifen, deren Breite dem Durchmesser der Fixierzapfen (22) entspricht und deren Längsachse parallel zur Schwenkachse (6) angeordnet ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, bei der das Scharnierband (12) mittels einer Kippwinkelverstellschraube (25) innerhalb des Bandaufnahmeelements (7) um eine an seinem schwenkachsenfernen Endabschnitt (17) ausgebildete Kippstelle (18) kippbar ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Kippwinkelverstellschraube (25) in Eingriff mit einem im Scharnierband (12) ausgebildeten Gewinde (24) und durch eine Öffnung im Gehäuse (14) des Bandaufnahmeelements (7) betätigbar ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, die Bestandteil eines zumindest zwei Scharniereinrichtungen (3, 4) aufweisenden Scharniers ist.
- Scharniereinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, die als mittlere Scharniereinrichtung (4) eines drei Scharniereinrichtungen (3, 4, 5) aufweisenden Scharniers angeordnet ist.
