Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking cylinder with a cylinder housing, a cylinder core rotatable in the cylinder housing and with at least two pairs of tumbler pins arranged side by side, of which pins in the cylinder core and of which pins on the cylinder housing in a web of the cylinder housing are movably supported in stud holes, a trigger guard, possibly designed as a stepped bolt, is provided is inserted with one in one of the stud holes Trigger protection foot and one in the direction of the bore axis projecting over the web and transverse to the axis of the bore Bridge pin bore projecting from the trigger protection head.
  • Such a locking cylinder is known.
  • the one as a stepped bolt trained deduction protection closes the one assigned to him Bridge pin bore.
  • the other web pin holes are closed by metal locking pins.
  • the locking pins are in the end area facing away from the cylinder core Bridge pin holes arranged.
  • the trigger protection head is circular cylindrical formed and the web of the cylinder housing has a recess assigned to the trigger protection head for partial Take up the trigger protection head so that the trigger protection head only partially protrudes over the footbridge.
  • the radius of the trigger protection head is greater than the distance from the central axis a stud hole to the edge of an immediately adjacent one Bridge pin bore. The deepening is accordingly not only in the cylinder housing, but also directly in the trigger protection adjacent locking pins formed and as a counterbore executed.
  • the object of the invention is a locking cylinder of the aforementioned Provide kind that is easy and inexpensive can be made. This object is achieved in that the Trigger protection head with at least one parallel to the bore axis extending recess is provided with an adjacent Bridge pin bore is essentially aligned.
  • the at least one recess prevents the trigger protection head across the axis of the hole via the adjacent stud hole protrudes.
  • This web pin bore can thus also be used Trigger protection filled with the tumbler pair and be closed by a locking pin.
  • the manufacturing workflow therefore need versus manufacturing of a locking cylinder without trigger protection changed only slightly be, but not through a stud hole a locking pin, but to be closed by the trigger guard is.
  • the trigger guard can be used in various web pin holes his.
  • the choice of the web pin hole for inserting the Trigger protection depends on the purpose of the lock, especially according to the thickness of the door into which the lock cylinder is used and according to the thickness of the used on the door Door signs.
  • the deduction protection is expediently so arranged that it is immediately adjacent to the outside door plate is. Accordingly, deduction protection may apply inserted at the end of a row of web pin holes be so that it is only a bridge pin hole for immediate Has neighbors. A recess on the trigger protection head is then sufficient out.
  • the trigger protection is located within the row so that it is diametrically opposite Each side has a pin hole to the neighbor Has.
  • the trigger protection head with two diametrically opposite recesses is provided with two adjacent bridge pin holes in essential curses. This allows the two neighboring ones Seal the bridge pin holes with locking pins, too if the trigger guard is already in the one pin hole that is assigned to it is inserted.
  • the trigger protection can be designed as a stepped bolt a circular cylindrical without taking into account the recesses Trigger protection head, the bolt head.
  • the deduction protection can also a cuboid without taking the recesses into account Have trigger protection head.
  • This design of the trigger protection head there are larger contact surfaces of the trigger protection head on the web of the cylinder housing and on one the lock plate assigned to the lock cylinder, which makes a special Safe anchoring of the trigger guard in the web of the cylinder housing and effective protection against pulling off or Tearing out the lock cylinder with the cylinder housing results.
  • the trigger guard be in a cross groove in the web of the cylinder housing extending to the longitudinal direction of the web engages, the groove width of the transverse dimension of the Trigger protection head in longitudinal direction without consideration which essentially corresponds to the recesses.
  • a particularly high mechanical stability is achieved in this way.
  • the mutual contact surface of the trigger protection head and Footbridge is enlarged. This results in a lower surface pressure, provided forces between the trigger protection and the Bridge act. Such forces can e.g. B. in an attempt pull the lock cylinder with its cylinder housing occur.
  • Forces in this embodiment is also the Cross-section of the trigger protection head decisive, the essential can be larger than the cross section of the trigger protection foot.
  • the locking pins of the one pin hole immediately adjacent bridge pin holes in the engage each adjacent recess of the trigger protection head.
  • the trigger protection is therefore safe in one of the stud holes anchored.
  • the locking pins used can all be the same length. This ensures for all embodiments that that the trigger protection is not in the one pin hole can be rotated.
  • the trigger protection foot in one Bridge pin hole is pressed. This makes one special inexpensive manufacture of the lock cylinder possible and the Locking pins and trigger protection can be in any order be inserted into the respective web pin holes.
  • a particularly safe anchoring of the trigger protection in the a web pin hole is achieved in that the trigger protection foot an external thread screwed into a stud hole having.
  • the Male thread is self-tapping, which in turn is economical Manufacture of the lock cylinder is possible.
  • a Such design of the deduction protection is, however the embodiment in which the trigger protection head cuboid is and engages in the groove, not possible.
  • the trigger protection foot can also be in the one stud pin hole be glued in. To insert the trigger guard in one Bridge pin bore is not a special one with this fastening Tool necessary, whereby an inexpensive manufacture of the Lock cylinder is possible.
  • the trigger guard be made of hard metal consists. This increases the mechanical stability of the trigger guard increased protection against pulling out the lock cylinder with the cylinder housing is thus improved and the Trigger protection also acts as a drill protection.
