Claims (5)
- Kolbenstangenloser Druckmittelzylinder mit einem längsgeschlitzten Zylindergehäuse (1), das an seinen Enden durch Zylinderdeckel (4) abgeschlossen ist und in dessen Innenraum ein Antriebskolben (3) längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist, von dem ein seitlicher Ansatz (7) durch den Längsschlitz (6) des Zylindergehäuses (1) nach außen geführt ist, der von einem im Inneren des Zylindergehäuses (1) vorgesehenen Dichtband (9) abdichtbar ist, das nur im Bereich des Ansatzes (7) von dem Längsschlitz (6) abgehoben und durch einen Führungskanal (11) im Antriebskolben (3) hindurchgeführt ist, wobei das Dichtband als inneres Dichtband (9) vor dem Längsschlitz (6) angeordnet, von einem Ende des Druckmittelzylinders ausgehend dem Längsschlitz (6) entlang durch den Führungskanal (11) im Antriebskolben (3) hindurch zum anderen Ende des Druckmittelzylinders geführt ist und im drucklosen Zustand des Druckmittelzylinders vom Längsschlitz (3) teilweise abgehoben ist und nur im Bereich der Zylinderdeckel (4) am Längsschlitz (6) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus elastomerem Material bestehende und breiter als der Längsschlitz (6) ausgebildete innere Dichtband (9) in seinem Mittelteil mit einem verstärkenden Rücken (14) ausgeführt ist, der schmäler als der Längsschlitz (6) ist und in diesen mit seitlichem Spiel hineinragt.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Dichtband (9) sich radial nach außen verjüngend ausgeführt ist (Fig. 3).
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsschlitz (6) zusätzlich zum inneren Dichtband (9) in an sich bekannter Weise durch ein äußeres Dichtband (10) abgedeckt ist, das durch einen Kanal (12) im seitlichen Ansatz (7) des Antriebskolbens (3) hindurchgeführt ist, und daß das äußere Dichtband (10) in den auf dem Längsschlitz (6) aufliegenden Bereichen diesen luftdicht abschließt.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Dichtband (10) eine den Längsschlitz (6) zur Gänze überdeckende Form aufweist und aus Dichtmaterial ausgeführt ist, wobei es auch das Abströmen des Druckmittels nach außen verhindert.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Dichtband (10) aus elastomerem Material hergestellt ist.
