Claims (11)
- Faltbarer Verpackungsbehälter (1) mit einem Boden (2), einer Vorder- und einer Rückwand (11, 14), einfaltbaren Seitenwänden (4) und einem Deckel (3), wobei der Boden (2), die Seitenwände (4) und der Deckel (3) mit der Rückwand (14) gelenkig verbunden sind und wobei der Boden (2) im Bereich der Seitenwände (4) einen senkrecht von der Bodenebene hochragenden Steg (21) aufweist, der ein Aufnahmevolumen begrenzt, in das die Vorder- und die Rückwand (11, 14) versenkbar sind, die ihrerseits duch die Seitenwände (4) und den Deckel (3) abgedeckt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (21) umlaufend in einer Höhe senkrecht vom Boden (2) absteht, die der Summe aus der doppelten Wanddicke einer der faltbaren Seitenwände (4) und der einfachen Wanddicke der Vorderwand (11) und der Rückwand (14) entspricht, und daß am Steg (21) im Bereich der Seitenwände (4) und der Vorderwand (11) in definitiven Abständen Rastausnehmungen (22, 24) ausgeformt sind, in welche aus der Ebene (13) der unteren Querschnittsfläche der Seitenwände (4) und der Vorderwand (11) entsprechend ausgeformte Gegenrasten (12, 43) halternd eingreifen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastausnehmungen (22) Querschnittsvertiefungen im freien Rand des Steges (21) sind, in welche aus dem unteren freien Rand der Seitenwände (4) und der Vorderwand (11) gegengleich zu den Rastausnehmungen (22) als Erhöhungen ausgeformte Gegenrasten (12) eingreifen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastausnehmungen (24) an der Innenseite des Steges (21) in Form von einer oder mehreren, hintereinander angeordneten U-förmigen Aufnahmenuten ausgeformt sind, und daß die am unteren freien Rand der Seitenwände (4) und der Vorderwand (11) entsprechend ausgeformte Gegenrasten (43) gegengleich ausgebildete Nutenformen besitzen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (21) im Bereich der Rückwand (14) gegenüber dem Steg (21) im Bereich der Seitenwände (4) und der Vorderwand (11) um die Höhe (H) der U-förmigen Aufnahmenuten bis zur Ebene (211) zurückversetzt ist.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom freien Rand des Steges (21) zinnenartige Erhöhungen (212) aufragen, welche sich mit bis auf den freien Rand des Steges (21) abgesenkten Vertiefungen (213) abwechseln, daß Teile der zinnenartigen Erhöhungen (212) an ihren freien Außenflächen eine Rastwulst (2120) aufweisen, die in zugeordnete Rastausnehmungen an den Seitenwändern (4) und der Vorderwand (11) eingreifen, und daß Teile der zinnenartigen Erhöhungen (212) hinterschnittene Aufnahmenuten (2121) begrenzen, in welche entsprechend ausgebildete Gegenrasten in den Seitenwänden (4) und der Vorderwand (11) eingreifen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3), die Rückwand (14) und die faltbaren Seitenwände (4) aus einstückigen, plattenförmigen Hohlkammerprofilen bestehen, und daß der Deckel (3) über wenigstens zwei randnah an der Rückwand (14) angeordnete, in sich drehbare Doppelscharniere (8) engelenkt ist, daß das Scharnierteil (82) in einer Scharnierausnehmung (141) der Hohlkammer (142) der Rückwand (14) wenigstens um 180° verschwenkbar über einen Scharnierbolzen (6) gehaltert ist, und daß das Scharnierteil (81) in einer an der Innenwand des Deckels (3) angeordneten Laufschiene (7) einerseits verschieblich und andererseits drehbeweglich gehaltert ist.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene (7) an der Innenwand des Deckels (3) mit ihrer Öffnung nach innen gerichtet durchgehend im Deckelquerschnitt über die gesamte Deckellänge angeordnet ist, und daß die dadurch bedingten vorderen und hinteren Öffnungen (31) im Querschnitt des Deckels (3) über ein Rastprofil (9) abdeckbar sind.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Ansprüchen 1, 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene (7) einen mittleren, C-förmigen Aufnahmeraum (71) für das Scharnierteil (81) besitzt, wobei der Körper des Scharnierteils (81) im vertieften Mittelbereich (72) der Laufschiene (7) geführt ist und die Scharnierbolzen (811, 812) in zum vertieften Mittelteil (72) gerichteten U-förmigen Aufnahmenuten (73, 74) der Laufschiene (7) verschieblich und drehbar gelagert sind.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene (7) in gleicher Ebene wie die U-förmigen Aufnahmenuten (73, 74) nach außen gerichtete Aufnahmen (75, 76) besitzt, welche mit ihren äußeren Seitenwänden in definiertem Abstand zu den zugeordneten Querschnittsflächen (32, 33) des Deckels (3) stehen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Ansprüchen 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den zugeordneten Querschnittsflächen (32, 33) des Deckels (3) mit einer nach außen gerichteten Auflaufschräge (341) flächige Erhöhungen (34) angeformt sind, welche in ihrer Länge den Einrastöffnungen (911) in den Halteflächen (91) des Rastprofils (9) entsprechen.
- Verpackungsbehälter nach Ansprüchen 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastprofil (9) in definiertem Abstand von den Halteflächen (91) nach innen versetzte Stege (92) besitzt, welche in die Aufnahmen (75, 76) der Laufschiene (7) eingreifen.
