Description
Claims (10)
- Bausatz umfassend eine Fassadendämmplatte und mehrere Dübel (3) mit Köpfen für die Befestigung der Fassadendämmplatte am Untergrund, insbesondere für Wärmedämm-Verbundsysteme aus Fassadendämmplatten und darauf aufgebrachten ein- oder mehrschichtigen Putzsystemen (4, 6), hinterlüfteten Fassaden u. dgl., bei welchem Bausatz die Fassadendämmplatte eine Dämmplatte (1) aus Mineralwolle aufweist, auf deren Hauptoberfläche eine diese überspannende Schicht (2) angeordnet ist, an der die Dübelköpfe der zur Befestigung durch die Fassadendämmplatte in den Untergrund gesetzten Dübel (3) anlegbar und im Verbund mit den gesetzten Dübeln (3) auf der Dämmplatte (1) lastverteilend ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die auf der Dämmplatte angeordnete Schicht (2) durch ein grobmaschiges,eine Ausknöpfsicherung für die Dübel bildendes Gittergewebe gebildet ist,dessen Maschenweite in seiner Größe derart auf die Größe der Dübelköpfe abgestimmt ist, dass die zur Befestigung der Fassadendämmplatte vorgesehenen Dübel (3) mit ihren Dübelköpfen jeweils die einzelnen Maschen des Gittergewebes übergreifen und der Grundputz (4) auf der Dämmplatte haftet. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
durch das im Verbund mit der Dämmplatte (1) und den Dübeln (3) lastverteilende und festigkeitserhöhende grobmaschige Gittergewebe (2) das Raumgewicht de Dämmplatte lediglich nach den Kriterien der durch die DIN vorgegebene Wärmeleitgruppe 035 bestimmt ist. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das grobmaschige Gittergewebe (2) auf die Dämmplatte (1) aufkaschiert oder vor Ort auf die Dämmplatte aufgebracht ist. - Bausatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das grobmaschige Gittergewebe (2) aus synthetischen Garnen oder Glas gebildet ist. - Bausatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Maschenweite des grobmaschigen Gittergewebes (2) mindestens 10 mm beträgt. - Bausatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das grobmaschige Gittergewebe (2) eine Mindestreißfestigkeit von mindestens 0,5 kN/5cm aufweist. - Bausatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Dämmplatte (1) aus gebundener Mineralwolle gebildet ist und eine Rohdichte von 80 bis 160 kg/m3, vorzugsweise 100 bis 130 kg/m3 aufweist. - Wärmeverbundsystem für Gebäudefassaden, gebildet aus Dämmplatten (1) und darauf aufgebrachten ein- oder mehrschichtigen Putzsystemen (4, 6),
gekennzeichnet durch,
einen Bausatz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche. - Hinterlüftete Fassade eines Bauwerks,
gekennzeichnet durch,
einen Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7. - Verwendung einer Fassadendämmplatte in einem Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, einem Wärmeverbundsystem nach Anspruch 8 oder einer hinterlüfteten Fassade nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fassadendämmplatte aus einer Dämmplatte (1) aus Mineralwolle gebildet ist, die auf ihrer Hauptoberfläche mit einem diese überspannenden, grobmaschigen Gittergewebe (2) ausgebildet ist.
