Claims (29)
- Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von auf einem Trägerstreifen vorgesehenem, insbesondere adhäsiven Auftragsmaterial auf eine Oberfläche mit einer, in einem Gehäuse (1) drehbar aufgenommenen Abgabespule (2), auf welcher der Trägerstreifen (7) zusammen mit dem Auftragsmaterial bevorratet ist, einer ebenfalls in dem Gehäuse drehbar und radial zur Abgabespule (2) versetzt aufgenommenen Aufnahmespule (3) zur Aufnahme des zumindest teilweise von dem Auftragsmaterial befreiten Trägerstreifens (7), einem Drehantriebs-Übertragungsmechanismus zum Drehantrieb der Aufnahmespule (3) bei Abrollbewegung der Abgabespule (2) mit einer Kupplungsvorrichtung zur Bereitstellung eines, an den jeweiligen Abgabe-Aufrollzustand der Spulen angepaßten Antriebsübersetzungsverhältnisses des Drehantriebs-Übertragungsmechanismus und einer Rücklaufsperrvorrichtung zum Sperren der Drehbewegung der Aufnahmespule gegen Drehung in eine der Aufnahmedrehbewegung entgegengesetzte Richtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rücklaufsperrvorrichtung einen in dem Gehäuse (1) vorgesehenen Eingriffsabschnitt (18) aufweist, welcher mit einem relativ zu diesem bewegbaren Eingriffsgegenabschnitt (20) in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei der Eingriffsgegenabschnitt einen Sägezahnbereich umfaßt, der auf einer, einer Gehäuseseitenfläche zugewandten Stirnfläche eines Achsenabschnittes der Aufnahmespule (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingriffsgegenabschnitt (20) gleichachsig mit der Aufnahmespule (3) drehbar bewegbar ist, und daß der Eingriffsabschnitt und der Eingriffsgegenabschnitt (20) im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Aufnahmespule zueinander relativ bewegbar sind zum Verlassen einer Position gegenseitigen Eingriffs.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmespule (3) relativ zu dem Gehäuse (1) axial bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsvorrichtung ein in radialer Richtung nachgiebiges und koaxial zu einer Achse des Spulenpaares angeordnetes Reibradelement (12) umfaßt, das über eine Rad-Umfangsaußenfläche an einem Umfangs-Flächenabschnitt eines Gegenrades (14) anliegt, zur Ausbildung eines Reibkraftübertragungs-Anlagebereiches und daß das Reibradelement (12) koaxial zur Aufnahmespule (3) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) auf den mit Sägezähnen versehenen Achsenabschnitt aufgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (14) koaxial zur Abgabespule (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des Reibrades (12) im wesentlichen gleich dem Durchmesser eines zur Aufnahme des Trägerstreifens (7) vorgesehenen Bandkernes ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenradius des Reibradelementes (12) kleiner ist als der Krümmungsradius des Flächenabschnittes des an dem Reibradelement (12) anliegenden Gegenrades (14).
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) als Rechteck-Torus ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechteck-Torus in axialer Richtung eine Querschnittsbreite aufweist, welche geringer ist als eine sich radial erstreckende Querschnittshöhe.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittshöhe im wesentichen dem halben Innendurchmesser des Reibradelementes (12) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) unter elastischer Aufweitung auf einen Achsabschnitt, insbesondere der Aufnahmespule (3) aufgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, welcher größer ist als ein Außendurchmesser eines zur Aufnahme des Reibradelementes (12) vorgesehenen Achsabschnittes.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) als O-Ring ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) aus einem elastischen Material mit einem hohen Oberflächenreibungskoeffizienten, insbesondere einem Gummi-Material gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) aus einem geschäumten Material gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmespule (3) einen Achsenabschnitt zur Aufnahme des Reibradelementes (12) und einen Achsenabschnitt zur Aufnahme eines Bandkernes (6a) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Achsenabschnitten ein von Hand betätigbares Spannrad (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abgabespule (2) das Gegenrad (14) und einen Achsabschnitt zur Aufnahme eines Bandkernes (6a) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Berührungsabschnitt zwischen dem Reibradelement (12) und dem Gegenrad (14) von dem Spannrad (19) überdeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Aufnahmespule (3) in einem, einer Auftragsvorrichtung (9, 10) benachbarten Gehäusebereich angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Abgabespule (2) zur Auftragsvorrichtung (9, 10) weiter beabstandet angeordnet ist, als die Achse der Aufnahmespule (3).
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abzug des Trägerstreifens (7) von der Abgabespule (2) aus einem zwischen der Abgabespule (2) und der Aufnahmespule (3) liegenden Bereich erfolgt, und daß der Zulauf des Trägerstreifens (7) zu der Aufnahmespule (3) in einem bezüglich der Achse der Aufnahmespule (3) einem Abzugsbereich der Abgabespule (2) diametral gegenüberliegenden Bereich erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (14) einen Durchmesser aufweist, welcher größer ist, als der Bandkerndurchmesser der Abgabespule (2).
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (14) einen Durchmesser aufweist, welcher größer ist als ein Außendurchmesser der Abgabebandrolle (13).
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (14) profiliert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenrad (14) eine konvex oder konkav gewölbte Außenfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibradelement (12) auf diesen, mit Sägezähnen versehenen Achsenabschnitt aufgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmespule (3) relativ zu dem Genäuse (1) axial bewegbar ist.
