Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer kontinuierlich zulaufenden Bahn, insbesondere Papierbahn, auf einen Tambour, mit einer Wickelstation (1) zum Bewickeln eines ersten Tambours (4) (Primärwickel 6), einer Aufnahmestation (31) zur Lagerung eines leeren zweiten Tambours (30), auf den nach einer Trennung der Bahn (5) der nachfolgende Bahnabschnitt aufgewickelt wird (Sekundärwickel 6''), einer Übergabevorrichtung zum Transport des zweiten Tambours von der Aufnahmestation (31) zur Wickelstation (1), und je einer Andruckwalze in der Aufnahmestation (31) und in der Wickelstation (1), wobei die Andruckwalzen in der Aufnahmestation (1) vom Wickelbeginn an, kontinuierlich bis in die Wickelstation (1) und dort während des Wickelns am Umfang des Sekundärwickels 6'' anliegen und mit dem Umfang des Sekundärwickels 6'' einen Einlaufspalt (16) bildet, in den die Bahn ständig etwa umschlingungsfrei eintritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelstation (1) und die Aufnahmestation (31) ortsfest angeordnet sind, die Übergabevorrichtung eine geradlinige erste Führungsbahn (27) für den Sekundärwickel (6'') aufweist und daß eine Andruckwalze (15) sowohl für den Primärwickel (6) als auch für den Sekundärwickel (6'') vorgesehen ist, indem sie auf einer zur ersten Führungsbahn (27) parallelen zweiten Führungsbahn (19) vom nahezu fertigen Primärwinkel (6) in der Wickelstation (1) zum Sekundärwickel (6'') in der Aufnahmestation (31) und gemeinsam mit dem Sekundärwickel in die Wickelstation (1) verlagerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckwalze (15) derart verlagerbar ist, daß die in den einzelnen Betriebsstellungen zwischen der Achse des zweiten Tambours (30) und der Achse der Andruckwalze (15) gebildeten Ebenen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Umlenkwalze (11) vorgesehen ist, die der dem Wickel (6, 6'') zulaufenden Bahn (5) einen zu beiden Führungsbahnen parallelen Verlauf gibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Wickel (6, 6'') zulaufende Bahn (5) einen vertikalen Verlauf hat und daß der den Sekundärwickel (6'') tragende zweite Tambour (30) sowie die Andruckwalze (15) beim Rollenwechsel zunächst vertikal von der Aufnahmestation (31) zur Wickelstation (1) absenkbar und dann horizontal verlagerbar sind, wobei die Achse der Andruckwalze (15) sich in der gleichen Horizontalebene wie die Achse des zweiten Tambours (30) befindet und eine die Vergrößerung des Wickeldurchmessers berücksichtigende Horizontalbewegung vollführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabevorrichtung einen vertikal verfahrbaren Tambourlager-Schlitten (28) aufweist, die Andruckwalze (15) von einem vertikal verfahrbaren Walzenlager-Schlitten (18) getragen ist und beide Schlitten zwecks Gleichlauf in vertikaler Richtung koppelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabevorrichtung einen horizontal verfahrbaren Übergabe-Schlitten (26) zur Übertragung des Sekundärwickels (6'') in die Wickelstation (1) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckwalze (15) durch einen Kraftgeber (17) belastbar ist, der von einem horizontal verlagerbaren Trag-Schlitten (18) getragen wird, und daß der Trag-Schlitten durch eine Abstandsregelung ständig in einem vorbestimmten Abstand vom Umfang des Wickels (6, 6'') gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Hilfs-Andruckwalze (23), die außerhalb des Wegs der Andruckwalze (15) angeordnet ist und kurz vor dem Trennen der Bahn (5) an den Primärwickel (6) andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schnellgang für die Rückführung der Andruckwalze (15) von der Wickelstation (1) in die Aufnahmestation (31).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Trennvorrichtung (20) für die Bahn (5) mit einem die Andruckwalze (15) tragenden Schlitten (18) verbunden ist.
