Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus ineinandergreifenden Ringen bestehenden Auffangnetzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein in eine Biegeform (15) einlaufender Einzeldraht (22) bogenförmig geformt wird unter Bildung eines mehrere Windungen umfassenden Ringes (20), am Ringumfang mehrere verteilt angeordnete, die Windungen zusammenhaltende Klammern (21) angebracht werden, die Ringe (20) in Reihe aufgehängt werden und die durch den einlaufenden Draht (22) geformte Windungen bzw. der Ring während der Ringherstellung jeweils quer durch die Oeffnungen zweier zuvor hergestellter aufgehängter Ringe (20a, 20b) hindurchgeschlauft wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegevorrichtung (15) für den einlaufenden Draht (22) in Richtung (C) parallel zur Hauptebene der aufgehängten Ringe (20a, 20b, 20c) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines aus Metallringen bestehenden Auffangnetzes mit einer Biegevorrichtung (15) für einen zugeführten Draht (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegevorrichtung (15) zur bogenförmigen Formung des Drahtes und Bildung eines mehrere Windungen umfassenden Ringes (20) vorhanden ist, eine Reihe bildende Aufhängeorgane (31) für zuvor hergestellte Ringe (20a, 20b) vorhanden sind, die so angeordnet sind, dass die Hauptebene der aufgehängten Ringe (20a, 20b, 20c) zur Ebene des durch die Biegevorrichtung (15) gebildeten Ringes (20) zueinander quer verlaufen, die Biegevorrichtung (15) seitlich der aufgehängten Ringe (20a, 20b) angeordnet ist, derart dass die mittels der Biegevorrichtung (15) gebildeten, kreisförmigen Windungen die zentrale Oeffnungen von zwei benachbarten, aufgehängten Ringen (20a, 20b) durchdringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufhängeorgane (31) für die Ringe (20a, 20b, 20c) mit einer drehbaren Welle (32) drehfest verbunden sind und jede Aufhängevorrichtung (31) zwei sich nach entgegengesetzten Richtungen öffnende Schlitze (33, 34) zur wahlweisen Aufnahme der Ringe (20a, 20b, 20c) aufweist und die Welle (32) zum Aushängen der Ringe wahlweise in der einen oder andern Richtung je etwa um eine Viertelsdrehung drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegevorrichtung (15) in Richtung (C) der Längsache der Welle (32) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schliessorgane vorhanden sind zur Deformierung von um die Drahtwindungen herumliegenden C-förmigen Klammern (21).
