Definitions
- the invention relates to a transmission for insertion in a recess of an existing of hollow profiles Casement of a window, a door or the like according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such a transmission as it is from the DE-GM 8 714 187 is known from the fold side of the casement attached to the casement.
- To the immersion depth of the Limit gearbox is on everyone Narrow end of the housing in the longitudinal direction of the housing extending web, with its Edition on the channel bottom the depth arrangement of the Gearbox is determined.
- each bridge of the housing carries a semicircular Platelets, each with a positive fit engages in an assigned hole in the channel base.
- the gearbox is operated using an operating handle, whose rosette on the visible surface of the Sash is to be put on.
- a square mandrel of the The control handle fits into the polygonal recess of the pinion, and the mounting screws for the rosette are in the threaded holes of the housing.
- the rosette usually has the fastening screws surrounding Centering approaches to also for the rosette of the Control handle an exact arrangement on the casement to obtain.
- the faceplate arranged outside the guide channel the gear is provided with a cam, which is at the back of the viewing area and the overturning wall of the hollow profile supports. This is to prevent the gearbox from tilting be avoided due to the screw fastening with the rosette.
- the rosette holes arranged in the visible surface to accommodate the centering lugs and / or the Fixing screws of the rosette and the hole are usually used for the passage of the square mandrel with a triple drill head made with uniform Diameters and distances.
- the gearbox is attached to the casement expensive because two independent from each other Operations must be carried out, namely the Production of the holes in the channel base for positive locking the approaches of the webs and the manufacturing the rosette holes and the hole for the Square mandrel of the operating handle in the visible area of the casement.
- the aforementioned hole in two different levels with different Tools at different times must be manufactured, the holes of each In turn, levels are precisely coordinated to avoid jamming. These holes are therefore to be manufactured with the greatest care.
- the object of the invention is a generic To further design gearboxes that while facilitating assembly on the casement without additional processing effort on the casement an exact centering of the gearbox to the rosette the operating handle is done, achieving sufficient hold of the gearbox on the casement even without an attached operating handle.
- this object is achieved according to the invention by that the threaded bore is formed in a sliding part is arranged axially displaceably in the housing is and one in its engagement Side surface of the housing is not or not significantly towered over and in its release position this side surface for engaging in a hole or the like of the hollow profile protrudes.
- the sliding part can be the gear slide into the recess of the casement. If the slide-in end position is reached, it takes effect the sliding part in the disengaged position in the hole or the like of the casement and keeps the gearbox in its assembled position Position.
- the sliding part is preferably designed as a sleeve.
- two are on both sides of the Ritzels lying sleeves provided.
- the hole in Casement in which the sliding part in disengaged position engages is preferably as a rosette hole formed by a threaded screw for fastening a rosette on the Visible area of the casement when assembled is penetrated.
- the sleeve For inserting the housing into the recess in the base of the duct the sleeve will be in the reset position held in which the free end face of the Sleeve essentially flush with or even slightly recessed opposite the assigned side surface of the housing is. The gear can thus be unimpeded can be inserted through the sleeve.
- the gearbox If the gearbox is in contact with the housing in the longitudinal direction and in the longitudinal direction of the guide channel extending webs of the housing the bottom of the sewer reaches its correct installation depth the sleeve is in its other end position in which they pass over the side surface of the Housing is arranged above. With this change the sleeve reaches the area of the rosette hole and is guided by this.
- the rosette holes in conjunction with the foregoing
- sleeves fix the Gear in the longitudinal direction of the guide channel and on the other hand the correct assignment of the threaded holes and thus the housing of the gearbox to the rosette of the control handle.
- the diameter of the Centering approaches of the rosette and the diameter of the part of the Sleeve are the same size. The rosette holes are thus not only for fixing the rosette of the Control handle used, but also also for fixing the housing of the gearbox.
- the sleeve Is preferably between the sleeve and the Interposed a spring, and the The sleeve is in the pushed-back end position against the housing can be fixed. So the sleeve is always held under tension in the housing, the Preload in the pushed back end position of the Sleeve in turn from the housing by fixing the Sleeve is added to the housing. After the release of the fixation causes the spring independent transition of the sleeve into the extended, protruding over the side surface of the housing End position of the sleeve.
- the bearing point is particularly advantageous to hold the sleeve in one shell as a through hole and in the other shell as
- the through hole is a blind hole with a distance from the side surface of the Housing-ending longitudinal groove and the blind hole with a circular section in the area the longitudinal groove, and there are longitudinal groove and expansion against the parting surface of the shells open and the sleeve with a circular cylindrical Cross section has a nose on the outside diameter on that in the extension or Langsnut the bearing is protruding.
- the bowls the housing are usually made from a single casting formed, in particular from a zinc die-cast part.
- the holes for receiving the sleeve including extension and longitudinal groove can be without additional Mold in effort, especially as expansion and longitudinal groove each starting from the parting surface of the shells are, and the sleeve can be assembled of the gearbox comfortably.
- the sleeve is then stored captively in the housing, on the one hand by the design of the bearing in one Shell as a blind hole and on the other hand in the another shell in that the longitudinal groove of the through hole not to the side of the case is continuously formed.
- the sleeve is in the retracted position their nose within the extension of the with of the blind hole provided and at the same time out of range in the extension opening longitudinal groove of the other shell.
- the Spring presses against the front surface of the nose the interface of the other shell, which is the axial movement the sleeve prevents.
- To the sleeve in bringing the other end position is minor to twist, for example by 30 ° or 45 °, until the nose reaches the area where the longitudinal groove of the other shell is arranged and culminates in the expansion. So that's the Sleeve restraining parting surface of one shell interrupted, and the spring then presses automatically the sleeve in the extended end position, whereby the nose of the sleeve slides along the longitudinal groove.
- the maximum end position is reached when the nose on End of the longitudinal groove. This is the sleeve stored captively in the housing.
- the spring rests on the ground at one end the blind hole is at the other end in one Threading the sleeve out, and the inner Diameter of the spring designed as a compression spring corresponds at least to the diameter of the threaded hole the sleeve.
- the diameter of the Bores of the bearings and the adapted Diameter of the sleeve is larger than the diameter the rosette holes and that the sleeve in the area the free face with a circular cylindrical Approach is equipped, the diameter corresponds to the diameter of the rosette holes.
- the state of the gearbox lies on the to the longitudinal end edge adjacent to the rosette holes the recess in the base of the canal and on one Face of a crossbar of the guide channel, if the width of the recess in the channel bottom of the opening width of the guide channel between its Cross bars corresponds.
- the sleeve can be reached with one of the faceplates adjacent flattening, which itself over the protruding over the side surface of the housing Range of the larger diameter of the sleeve extends.
- the bores of the bearing points can this extends into the area of the faceplate extend into it without the axial displacement the sleeves affected by the faceplate is.
- the window of Figure 3 consists of the frame 1 and the sash 2, each of which is extruded Hollow sections of an aluminum alloy exist.
- a gear 3 in Figure 1 shown which is coupled with two drive rods 4 is.
- the drive rods 4 are mounted to be longitudinally displaceable in a arranged on the fold surface 5, extending along the wing spars of the wing frame 2 Guide channel 6, the channel base 7, the side bars 8 and the cross bars 9 are formed is.
- the gear 3 is in the channel bottom 7 milled a recess 10, the width the opening width limited by the crosspieces 9 of the guide channel 6 corresponds.
- the handle 14 is with a square mandrel 15 for coupling with the Gear 3 provided, and on both sides of this Square mandrel 15 carries the rosette 13 each Centering approach 16 which is hollow for Carrying out the fastening screws for fastening of the operating handle 11 on the visible surface 12 of the casement 2.
- To put on the rosette 13 is the visible surface 12 with three holes 17, 18th provided with the same diameter, the middle Mandrel bore 17 for the passage of the square mandrel 15 serves and the other two rosette holes 18th to accommodate the centering lugs 16.
- the axes these bores 17, 18 run within the channel base wall 19, as shown in particular in FIG. 3, the bores 17, 18 on the longitudinal end edge 20 of the recess 10 end.
- the gear 3 consists of the faceplate 21 and the housing 22.
- the faceplate 21 can be stationary be formed with the housing 22 and then carries a transmission link on which one in the housing 22 acts rotatably mounted pinion 23, which the transmission link shifts and this movement transmits on connecting rods, as from the DE-GM 8 714 187 is known, or the faceplate 21 guided longitudinally on the housing 22, actuated by means of the pinion 23, such as DE-GM 8 814 754 teaches.
