- daß das Kappenteil mit seiner dem Basisteil zugewandten Stirnfläche im Bereich des Durchbruchs an der Innentürfläche anliegt,
- daß das Kappenteil mit Schrauben am Basisteil befestigt ist,
- daß vom Kappenboden zwei parallele längere Seitenwände und zwei dazu senkrechte kürzere Seitenwände ausgehen und die Führungsschlitze für die Stange(n) bilden, und
- daß die Zahnung in Form einer einzigen entlang der Längsachse verlaufenden Perforation ausgebildet ist,
- oder alternativ,
- daß das Basisteil eine Schulter trägt, die im Bereich des Durchbruchs an der Außentürfläche anliegt,
- daß ein Sockel am Basisteil den Durchbruch durchragt,

- daß das Kappenteil und das aufgesteckte Lagerteil gemeinsam mittels beide durchdringender Schrauben am Schlüsselfangteil des Basisteils befestigt sind,
- daß vom Boden des Kappenteils und, spiegelbildlich dazu, vom einem Boden des Lagerteils zwei parallele längere und zwei dazu senkrechte kürzere Seitenwände ausgehen und im montierten Zustand zusammen mit den Böden die beiden wahlweise belegbaren Führungsschlitze für die Stange(n) bilden, und
- daß die Zahnung in Form einer einzigen entlang der Längsachse verlaufenden Perforation ausgebildet ist.
Claims (14)
- Stangenverschluß für Montage in einem oder zwei rechteckigen Durchbrüchen (32, 34) von Blechschranktüren (12), bestehend aus einem Schloß (16) mit einem Schlüsselfang oder Schlüsselschild und mit in einem Antrieb/Ritzel- und Stangenlager (60) drehbar gehaltenen Ritzel oder mit einer ein Ritzel tragenden, in dem Lager (16) drehbar gehaltenen Schloßnuß, welche Schloßnuß bzw. Ritzel mittels durch das Türblatt (12) nach außen geführter Betätigungseinrichtung, wie Griff, Schwenkhebel, Steckschlüssel oder dgl. drehbar ist, und aus einer einzigen, sich in beide Türkantenrichtungen erstreckenden, in der Mitte gekröpften, umsetzbaren Stange (18 in Fig. 6, 7, 9 und 11) oder aus zwei demgegenüber kurzen, sich im wesentlichen nur in einer der Türkantenrichtungen erstreckenden, gegenläufigen und am Ende gekröpften Stangen (18 in Fig. 10 und 30), wobei die Stange oder die Stangen entlang ihrer Längsachse symmetrisch ausgebildet sind und eine Zahnung (66) oder Perforation (66) zum Eingriff der Zähne des Ritzels im Bereich des Schlosses (16) besitzen und in diesem Bereich sowie an zumindest einer Stelle außerhalb des Schlosses (16) am Türblatt (12) verschieblich gelagert sind, und aus am Türrahmen bzw. Stange angebrachten Verriegelungseinrichtungen (38, 46), die bei Verschiebung der Stange miteinander in Eingriff treten, wobei das Antrieb/Ritzel- und Stangenlager (60 in Fig. 1) des Stangenverschlußschlosses (16) ein vom Schlüsselfang oder Schlüsselschild gebildetes ein- oder zweiteiliges Basisteil (z. B. 68) eine Schulter (92) trägt, die im Bereich des Durchbruches (32) an der Außentürfläche anliegt,daß ein Sockel am Basisteil den Durchbruch durchragt,daß das Ritzel (62) an einer Seite im Kappenteil (70) und an der anderen Seite im Basisteil (68) gelagert ist,daß an Kappenteil (70) und Basisteil (68) eine gemeinsame zentrierende Steckverbindung ausgebildet ist, wozu der Sockel an der Schulter (92) des Basisteils (68) als Zentriersockel ausgebildet und in das Kappenteil eingesteckt ist,daß das Kappenteil (70) mit seiner dem Basisteil zugewandten Stirnfläche im Bereich des Durchbruchs (32) an der Innentürfläche anliegt,daß das Kappenteil (70) mit Schrauben (72) am Basisteil (68) befestigt ist,daß vom Kappenboden (130) zwei parallele längere Seitenwände (140) und zwei dazu senkrechte kürzere Seitenwände (142) ausgehen und die Führungsschlitze (74, 76 in Fig. 2; 138 in Fig. 13) für die Stange(n) (18) bilden, unddaß die Zahnung in Form einer einzigen entlang der Längsachse verlaufenden Perforation (66) ausgebildet ist,daß das Basisteil eine Schulter (92) trägt, die im Bereich des Durchbruchs an der Außentürfläche anliegt,daß ein Sockel am Basisteil den Durchbruch durchragt,daß das Basisteil (z. B. 368 in Fig. 20; 668 in Fig. 31) zweiteilig und aus einem Schlüsselfangteil (144 in Fig. 20; 644 in Fig. 31) mit der Schulter (92) und aus einem Lagerteil (146 in Fig. 20; 646 in Fig. 31), das zusammen mit dem Kappenteil (170 in Fig. 20; 670 in Fig. 31) die Führungsschlitze für die Stange(n) bildet, ausgebildet ist,daß das Ritzel (62) an einer Seite im Kappenteil (z. B. 170) und an der anderen Seite im Lagerteil (z. B. 146) gelagert ist,daß an Kappenteil (170) und Lagerteil (146) eine gemeinsame zentrierende Steckverbindung ausgebildet ist,daß das Lagerteil (146) mit einer dem Schlüsselfangteil (z. B. 144) des Basisteils (z. B. 368) zugewandten Stirnfläche im Bereich des Durchbruchs (32) an der Innentürfläche anliegt,daß das Kappenteil (170) und das aufgesteckte Lagerteil (146) gemeinsam mittels beide durchdringender Schrauben (72) am Schlüsselfangteil (144) des Basisteils (368) befestigt sind,daß vom Boden des Kappenteils (170) und, spiegelbildlich dazu, von einem Boden des Lagerteils (146) zwei parallele längere und zwei dazu senkrechte kürzere Seitenwände ausgehen und im montierten Zustand zusammen mit den Böden die beiden wahlweise belegbaren Führungsschlitze für die Stange(n) (18) bilden, unddaß die Zahnung in Form einer einzigen entlang der Längsachse verlaufenden Perforation (66) ausgebildet ist.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endkanten der kürzeren Seitenwände (142) mit jeweils einer in das Kappeninnere ragenden Stütz- und Führungswand (143) verbunden sind, die jeweils zur längeren Seitenwand (140) parallel im Abstand angeordnet sind und den Führungsschlitz (138) begrenzen.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kappenteil (70) im Kappenboden (130) eine zentrale Öffnung (132) für die Lagerung der Schloßnuß und je ein ober- und unterhalb der zentralen Öffnung (132) angeordnetes, in das Kappeninnere ragendes Auge (134) mit je einer eingesenkten Bohrung (136) zur Aufnahme einer Befestigungsschraube (72) aufweist.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerteil (146, 646) des Basisteils (368, 668) und das Kappenteil (170; 670) im wesentlichen identischen Aufbau aufweisen.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Teil, z. B. dem Lagerteil (146) des Basisteils (368), von der Verbindungsebene (145) für die beiden Teile in Richtung des anderen Teils vorspringede Nasen o. dgl. vorgesehen sind, die in entsprechende Rücksprünge des anderen Teils, z. B. Kappenteils (170) eingreifen, wobei insbesondere von den Rändern der eingesenkten Bohrungen (236) ringförmige Vorsprünge (148) ausgehen, die in die entsprechend erweiterten eingesenkten Bohrungen (336) des anderen Teils (146) passend eingreifen.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (268, Fig. 22) über die Stirnfläche hinausragende Vorsprünge (122) zur Aufnahme einer Blattfeder (124) aufweist, die sich an den Nußumfang anlegt.
- Stangenverschluß nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nußumfang im Abstand von 90° Abflachungen (128) zur Aufnahme der Blattfeder (124) in den Ruhestellungen des Verschlusses aufweist.
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (68) Teil (168) eines Schwenkhebelverschlusses ist (Fig. 17, Fig. 28, Fig. 4, Fig. 30).
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis Teil eines Handhebelverschlusses ist.
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis Teil eines Steckschlüsselverschlusses ist (Fig. 23 unten, Fig. 3, Fig. 20).
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil eine einstückige oder zweistückige Abdeckplatte (88) zum Verschließen eines nicht benutzten Rechteckdurchbruchs hält, wobei die insbesondere zweistückige Abdeckplatte (88) zur Anbringung von Werbeaufdrucken geeignet oder je nach Anwender individuell formbar ist.
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßnuß oder das Ritzel eine Anlagefläche mit axialer prismatischer Einsenkung oder Vorsprung und Gewindebohrung oder -bolzen zur drehstarren Befestigung eine Flügelzunge aufweist.
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangenperforation der Stange(n) jeweils n Durchbrüche (z. B. n = 5) umfaßt, und daß das Ritzel 2 n (also z. B. 2 n = 10) Zähne umfaßt, von denen zwei sich gegenüberliegende Zähne eine ggf. abgeflachte Anschlagfläche zur Begrenzung des Ausschubweges der Stange(n) aufweisen.
- Stangenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stangenverschluß in einem oder in zwei Durchbrüchen (32, 34) im Verkantungsraum (10) von einer Blechschranktür (12) angeordnet ist, und daß die Stange(n) (18) im Verkantungsraum (10) verlaufen.
