Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Oese fuer Vorhaenge, insbesondere fuer Duschvorhaenge, gemaeß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Eine derartige Oese ist bereits aus der DE-A-3 614 138 bekannt.
Der Begriff Vorhaenge steht hier fuer Textil- und Folien-Abtrennungen in Feuchtraeumen. Dabei tritt bei Textilvorhaengen das Problem auf, daß sie durch Einwirkung der Feuchtigkeit schwerer werden und dadurch hohe Belastungen auf die Oesen und das darumliegende Stoffmaterial auftreten und bei Plastikvorhaengen diese Oesenbefestigungen leicht zum Ausreißen neigen. Dies wird noch dadurch verschlimmert, daß durch das Vorlochen fuer die Oese an dieser Stelle das Material geschwaecht wird. Bei Geweben werden die Gewebefaeden unterbrochen. Diese Schwaechung konnte bislang nur durch eine zweite Oese (Gegenoese aus Metall) einigermaßen behoben werden.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine Oese zu schaffen, die sicher ohne Ausreißneigung kraftschluessig im Vorhangmaterial zu befestigen ist. Die Erfahrung hat naemlich gezeigt, daß die Oesen um so leichter ausreißen, je lockerer sie im Vorhangmaterial sitzen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 geloest.
Durch den umlaufenden Ring wird bei der mit dem Vorhangmaterial verboerdelten Oese ein Labyrinth geschaffen, so daß eine gute, kraftschluessige, also sowohl gegen Verdrehen als auch gegen Ausreißen gesicherte Halterung erreicht wird.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteranspruechen zu entnehmen. So wird durch die auf dem Ring angeordneten Spitzen eine noch bessere Verkrallung der Oese mit dem Vorhangmaterial erreicht und damit die Verdrehsicherung weiter gesteigert. Die Stabilisierungsrippen bringen eine zusaetzliche Versteifung des Oesenhalses und gewaehrleisten beim Umboerdeln die Formstabilitaet der Oese insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Loch und dessen Rundheit. Dies ist besonders dann wichtig, wenn in die fertig verboerdelten Oesen Gleitteile befestigt werden sollen, die zur Fuehrung des Vorhanges in Gleitschienen dienen.
Die Ausfuehrung der Oesen in glasklarem Polykarbonat hat den weiteren Vorteil, daß die Oesen im Vorhangmaterial nicht auffallen und somit das Gesamtbild in aesthetischer Hinsicht nicht stoeren.
Ein Ausfuehrungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen naeher erlaeutert. Es zeigen:
  • Figur 1 eine Ansicht auf eine Oese,
  • Figur 2 ein Schnitt gemaeß der Linie II-II nach Figur 1 und
  • Figur 3 ein Schnitt durch eine geboerdelte Oese.
    • Eine Oese besteht im wesentlichen aus einem zylindrischen Oesenhals 1 und einem daran sich anschließenden, etwa halbkreisfoermigen Oesenkragen 2. Dabei entsteht ein Oesenkragen-Hohlraum 3, der durch einen umlaufenden Ring 4 in eine aeußere Rille 5 und eine innere Rille 6 unterteilt ist. Auf dem Ring 4 sind gleichmaessig verteilt vorstehende Spitzen 7 angeformt.
    Im Uebergangsbereich 8 zwischen dem Oesenhals 1 und dem Oesenkragen 2 sind jeweils zwischen zwei Spitzen 7 giebelfoermige, konisch verlaufende Stabilisierungsrippen 9 angeformt.
    Das Ende 10 des Oesenhalses 1 laeuft im Querschnitt V-foermig aus.
    Im geboerdelten Zustand, in der linken Haelfte von Figur 2 dargestellt, kommt dieses V-foermige Ende 10 in die aeußere Rille 5 und verkrallt sich in dem Vorhangmaterial 11.
    Um eine besonders gute optische Wirkung der fertigen, das heißt umgeboerdelten Oese zu erreichen, ist es zweckmaessig, das Ende des Oesenhalses im Querschnitt entsprechend dem Querschnitt der aeußeren Rille 5 auszubilden, wobei zusaetzlich am Ende ein rechtwinklig zum Oesenhals verlaufender Rand 12 vorgesehen ist.

    Claims (7)

    1. Oese fuer Vorhaenge, insbesondere Duschvorhaenge, aus einem kaltverformbaren Material mit einem umzuboerdelnden Oesenhals (1) und einem sich daran anschließenden, im Querschnitt etwa halbkreisfoermigen Oesenkragen (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oesenkragen (2) ueber einen umlaufenden Ring (4) in eine innere (6) und eine aeußere (5) Rille unterteilt ist, und daß das Oesenhalsende (10) nach dem Umboerdeln in die aeußere Rille eingedrueckt ist.
    2. Oese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (4) mit auf dem Umfang verteilten, vorstehenden Spitzen (7) versehen ist.
    3. Oese nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Uebergangsbereich (8) zwischen Oesenhals (1) und Oesenkragen (2) giebelfoermige, konisch verlaufende Stabilisierungsrippen (9) vorgesehen sind.
    4. Oese nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungsrippen (9) ihre groeßte Hoehe im Uebergang zwischen dem gerade verlaufenden Oesenhals (1) und dem Bogen des Oesenkragens (2) haben und auf der einen Seite zu dem Ring (4) und auf der anderen Seite in den Oesenhals (1) konisch auslaufen.
    5. Oese nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (10) des Oesenhalses (1) im Querschnitt V-foermig ausgefuehrt ist.
    6. Oese nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des Oesenhalses im Querschnitt entsprechend dem Querschnitt der aeußeren Rille ausgebildet ist, wobei am Ende ein rechtwinklig zum Oesenhals verlaufender Rand (12) vorgesehen ist.
    7. Oese nach einem der Ansprueche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oese aus Polykarbonat glasklar gefertigt ist.
