Definitions
- the invention relates to a goods carrier, in particular one Hanger, with a support body and one on the support body rotatably mounted, secured against pulling out Hanging hook that connects a shaft with one inside the Carrier body arranged holding section with a rotationally asymmetrical Has cross section.
- Hangers usually have a hanger body Plastic, wood or metal as well as a hanging hook Metal.
- a hanger body Plastic, wood or metal as well as a hanging hook Metal.
- the suspension hook Around the suspension hook on a bracket body He can fix plastic on the one hand with the plastic material of the bracket body are encapsulated and thus be positively held in this.
- the suspension hook afterwards in the bracket body bring what, for example, by driving or indentation can be done with the hanging hook then against ribs or barb-like protrusions Pulling out of the bracket body is secured.
- the hanging hook should be able to be used reliably rotated test or at least attached securely to the bracket body his.
- a rotation lock to form the suspension hook in that on the suspension hook formed by squeezing ears protruding to the side are embedded in the plastic material become.
- customers in department stores or shops often with relatively large amounts Forces try to move the suspension hook into a 90 ° angle Bring the hanger body to the garments turned position on the side of a clothes rack or a frame hang up and be able to see better. Thereby the anti-rotation device is destroyed, so that the suspension hook is freely rotatable and in the sorting and conveyor systems of the Clothing industry can no longer be used.
- the suspension hook can be in brought different rotational positions relative to the bracket body be held securely in any rotational position and is only adjusted with the application of high torques can be.
- the polygon shape is small Number of corners, for example as a square is when turning the suspension hook occurring stresses in the bracket body very large, so that there is a risk that the bracket body during adjustment of the hanging hook is blown up.
- the number of corners to avoid the aforementioned problems accordingly the problem arises that the plastic material increases of the temple body in the vicinity of the polygonal Approach of the suspension hook when adjusting it in is removed relatively short time, so that there is a free Rotates the suspension hook adjusts this is no longer suitable for conveyor systems. Furthermore is the formation of the polygonal approach at the bottom End of the hanging hook consuming, which makes the manufacture the hanger is expensive.
- GB 2 233 888 A also shows a hanger with a Suspension hook with a separate sleeve at the lower end is mounted, the radially outward projections owns and with these in corresponding recesses of the Can engage the bracket body.
- a must special sleeve can be provided, which reduces the manufacturing costs is very high, and the sleeve requires in that Area of the temple body in which it engages with it stands, a relatively large temple body thickness, which is why GB 2 233 888 A in the temple body is a reinforced, widespread Recording area is formed.
- the invention has for its object a goods carrier and in particular a hanger with an adjustable hanging hook to create a sufficient rotation lock the suspension hook ensures relative to the bracket body and is easy to manufacture.
- the design of the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the shaft of the suspension hook and the one attached to it Wall of the support body cause in combination that Suspension hook is held with a defined force and with defined torque can be adjusted, either stepless in any rotary position or in preferred Positions, preferably in an orientation of 90 °, 180 °, 270 ° and 360 ° to the support body is held.
- the Shape of the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the suspension hook and the wall of the support body can be coordinated with one another such that a predetermined rotational resistance, i.e. either smooth or one difficult adjustment, defined can be achieved.
- the embodiment of the invention can be in the known manufacturing processes and procedures in simple Integrate way so that an overall very inexpensive Manufacturing is possible.
- the suspension hook is usually made of a metal Round wire bent and has an upper eye or hook part, a linear shaft connects to its lower end.
- the shaft also forms the axis of rotation of the hanging hook.
- the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the shaft the suspension hook of at least one radial deflection of the shaft is formed.
- the shaft laterally out of its at least one point Axis is deflected so that a radially projecting laterally Deflection is formed.
- the At least one shaft on opposite sides corresponding bend on, each with the wall of the support body are in contact, so that for the suspension hook good support and alignment even during the rotation adjustment is given.
- the shaft has a Deflection with an even radius of curvature. This gives the ability to bend the stem in insert or embed the carrier body. At Turning the suspension hook deforms the shaft and / or the carrier body is elastic. Since the bend in one large radius of curvature 'only a relatively small deformation path with noticeable rotational resistance brings, takes place when turning back the suspension hook full provision.
- the curved shaft can, for example, in a bore used with a different radius of curvature and thus under Preload can be set.
- Preferably the shaft also be injected into the carrier body and only when Twisted to be biased to the other position.
- the shaft can form the rotationally asymmetrical Holding section also over a part its length must be axially slotted, the thereby formed Ridges of the shaft to opposite each other Pages are extended radially outwards or expanded.
- the rotationally asymmetrical holding section the hanging hook of at least one radially protruding one Is formed, especially by crushing and / or compression of the suspension hook in a known manner Way can be trained. It has also proven itself here instead of a single lead, several corresponding ones Provide projections that span the circumference of the Shaft distributed and preferably equally distributed.
- the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the Suspension hooks can also be achieved in that whose cross-section is elliptical at least in sections, is polygonal and therefore out of round.
- the secure fastening of the suspension hook to the carrier body can be known in various ways be carried out.
- the hanging hook it is possible to use the hanging hook to form a ring thread with the material of the support body engages in such a way that a Rotation of the suspension hook possible, an axial adjustment, i.e. an extension, but the hook is prevented.
- the suspension hook can also be viewed from above inserted through the carrier body and then on his The bottom end can be secured by forming a head be kept.
- the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the Shaft of the suspension hook in a recess in the carrier body is arranged, whose cross section is larger than that Diameter of the wire forming the suspension hook or Is rod material, which is a cylindrical one hand Can act recess with a circular cross section.
- the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the hanging hook is on the inner wall of the recess under preset Preload so that over the entire adjustment range there is an even braking force, whereby the suspension hook can be adjusted continuously and can take any rotational position.
- a predetermined determination of desired orientations of the Suspension hooks can be developed in a further development of the invention also achieve that the recess in its wall has one or more recesses into which the suspension hook with its rotationally asymmetrical holding section is insertable and the a predetermined position of the suspension hook define.
- the hook is rotated this due to its radial bias against the Snap the wall of the carrier part into the recess so that an increased actuation force is necessary to the suspension hook to release from the catch with the recess and in to adjust a new rotational position.
- the carrier body of a hanger usually consists mentioned construction made of plastic, but it can also be made of Metal or wood consist of the advantages according to the invention to reach. If the carrier body is made of plastic, the problem may arise that with a relative high bias of the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the suspension hook against the wall of the support body after prolonged use there is material wear sets. This can be done in a further development of the invention be counteracted if the wall of the recess is provided with a cover made of a harder Material as the carrier body, for example made of metal consists.
- a corresponding cover can be used in construction can be easily achieved when in the recess a tubular sleeve forming the cover is inserted being, about the choice of the material of the sleeve and by choosing their wall thickness, the braking or holding force can be adjusted with which the suspension hook with its rotationally asymmetrical holding section on the inside abuts the sleeve.
- the wall of the recess can be achieved that in the material delimiting the recess of the support body, i.e. from the wall of the recess in the interior of the carrier body offset, one or more Recesses are formed.
- the recesses cause that the inner wall of the recess is radially easier can be deformed outwards, which means that for the suspension hook effective braking or holding force reduced and on desired dimension can be set.
- the recess on the top and / or the Bottom of the support body in a protruding collar passes and that the rotationally asymmetrical holding section of the suspension hook in the area of the collar on the Wall of the recess is present.
- the elasticity properties the collar depend on the one hand on its collar length and its thickness in the radial direction. By appropriate Choosing these dimensions can be between the hanging hook and the inner wall of the recess or the collar effective braking and holding forces in the desired Set way. For example, if the radial thickness of the Collar is relatively large, the spring properties are in essentially due to the inherent elasticity of the material of the Carrier body or the collar determined. With decreasing radial thickness of the collar, this is directed accordingly Loads softer, which also reduces the braking force of the suspension hook is reduced.
- the suspension hook is rotationally asymmetrical Holding section is exposed in a partial area of its circumference, which is preferably half the circumference of the rotationally asymmetrical holding section, and in one another partial area of its circumference at one preferably rests on the resilient wall of the carrier body.
- the resilient wall of the carrier body represents a kind of leaf spring, the spring properties about the wall thickness as well as the formation of one or several openings in the desired manner can be.
- the wall can have special Webs are integrally formed on the support body, the deformation properties the webs the total elasticity of the Affect wall significantly and thus another Possibility to represent the braking force of the suspension hook preset in the desired way.
- the wall has a recess into which the suspension hook insertable with its rotationally asymmetrical section is or clicks into place.
- the invention has a goods carrier 10 especially in the form of a clothes hanger made of plastic existing carrier body 11, on the in, not shown Wise goods, e.g. a garment, hung up can be.
- the carrier body 11 has on it Top one is essentially vertical down extending recess 12 with a circular cross section (see Figure 2) forms. Has at its top introducer the recess 12 has a cross-sectional constriction 12c.
- a hanging hook 13 made of metal wire is shown in FIG formed into a hook eye 13b in its upper region which is essentially vertical at the bottom Connects shaft 13a, which has an annular thread at its lower end 13d wears.
- shaft 13a which has an annular thread at its lower end 13d wears.
- the shaft 13a is rotationally asymmetrical in that the wire is S-like, forming two opposite ones Radially projecting bends 14 deformed is.
- the amount by which the bends 14 radially from the Longitudinal and rotational axis of the shaft 13a of the suspension hook 13 project is equal to or slightly larger than the radius of the circular cross section of the recess 12.
- the suspension hook 13 is secured against being pulled out on the carrier body 11 attached by the ring thread 13d in the area of the bottom the recess 12 hammered into the material of the carrier body 11 or is injected.
- Figure 1 shows, lie the outer surfaces of the radially projecting bends 14 the inner wall 12a of the recess 12 under prestress so that a frictional force occurs at these contact points, the at a rotation of the suspension hook 13 as Braking force acts and must be overcome.
- the recess 12 has a circular cross section has, the suspension hook 13 in any Angular positions set relative to the support body 11 be the same braking or holding force occurs.
- the size of the upper cross-sectional constriction 12c of the recess 12 is the same or slightly larger than that Diameter of the wire forming the hook 13, so that the suspension hook 13 is reliable during the rotary movement is centered and supported.
- Figure 3 shows a modification of the embodiment according to Figures 1 and 2 and differs from these only in that the recess 12 instead of a circular cross section now a polygon cross section in the form of a Owns squares.
- the eccentricity of the bends 14 of the suspension hook are a little smaller than the diagonal of the square section so that the hanging hook in the preferred rotational positions in which he is extends in the direction of one of the diagonals, without or with only slight preload with the wall 12a of the recess 12 is in use while adjusting the suspension hook a high torque must be applied to the Bends 14 and / or the material of the carrier body 11 elastic in the area of the side walls of the recess 12 to deform.
- Figure 4 also shows an alternative embodiment of the cross section the recess 12, here also a circular cross section the recess 12 is provided, however the inner wall 12a distributed radially over the circumference eight outwardly facing recesses 12b are formed.
- the eight depressions 12b define eight different rotational positions of the suspension hook 13, the clear width between opposite recesses 12b essentially equal to the total eccentricity of the two bends 14 is so that the suspension hook 13 on the material of the carrier body 11 no or only a slight bias exerts when the bends 14 into the recesses 12b intervene. If the suspension hook 13 is rotated the bends 14 under their simultaneous, radial after internal elastic deformation over the adjacent one Inner wall 12a of the recess 12 are guided, until they snap into the next recesses 12b. Also here there is the advantage that the material of the carrier body 11 in the normal use positions of the hanging hook is not under high tension.
- asymmetrical holding section 13c of the shaft 13a of the suspension hook 13 formed by radially protruding bends 5 shows an alternative embodiment, wherein the holding portion 13c of the shaft 13a four over the Has circumferentially equally distributed, radial projections 15 which preferably by mechanical reshaping of the shaft cross section be formed.
- the size of the protrusions is like this dimensioned that the distance between the outer ends opposite projections slightly larger than the clear Width of the recess 12 is so that the projections 15 under Prestress against the inner wall 12a of the recess 12.
- Circular cross section of the recess 12 also a polygon cross section according to Figure 3 or a circular cross section radial depressions according to Figure 4 may be provided, wherein the latter is shown in a special embodiment in FIG. 7 is.
- the inner wall 12a of the recess 12 four depressions 12b, each offset by 90 ° provided the preferred target positions of the suspension hook define how it is already in connection with FIG. 4 has been described.
- Figure 8 shows a further alternative to the embodiment of the rotationally asymmetrical holding section 13c of the shaft 13a of the suspension hook 13.
- the shaft is in slotted part of its length in the middle and then compressed, the partial strands in the slotted area evade the shaft radially outwards due to the compression and bends pointing to opposite sides 14 form, the operation of which already in the Bends described above embodiments corresponds.
- the carrier body can basically be made of any Material, in particular metal or wood may be formed from However, for cost reasons, it usually consists of plastic and is made by injection molding. Also for the hanging hook is the use of others in addition to a steel wire Materials, especially fiber reinforced plastics conceivable. If the suspension hook is made of a harder material than the carrier body, there is a risk that in the course of the operating time on the inner wall of the recess wear or abrasion occurs, which reduces the holding and braking forces of the suspension hook. This can be avoided if the inner wall of the recess with a cover and in particular a tubular one Sleeve is provided, which is made of a harder material than that Carrier body 11 is made.
- recesses 17 are provided, each extend over a partial circumference of the recess 12 and with one another not connected. Between every recess 17 and the recess 12, a wall 11a is thus formed, one surface of which is a section of the inner wall 12a of the recess 12 forms.
- the thickness of the wall 11a can be Elastic properties of the wall 11a in a predetermined Way change, which changes as a result of the investment of the Bends 14 or projections 15 of the suspension hook 13 the inner wall 12a of the recess 12 adjusting braking forces have it set in a predetermined manner.
- Figure 11 shows a further embodiment, the of the aforementioned embodiments essentially differs in that on the top of the support body 11 an extension of the recess 12, protruding collar 18 is formed, in particular is designed as a circumferential ring.
- the radially protruding Bends or as in the case shown radially projecting projections 15 of the suspension hook in the region of the collar 18 on the inner wall 12a of the recess 12 under tension, the occurring Holding and braking forces, among other things, by the Deformation properties of the collar 18 are determined. about the freely projecting height of the collar 18 and above it Wall thickness, the elastic properties of the Change the collar and adjust it as desired.
- the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 12 differs of that according to FIG. 11 only in that a corresponding one Collar 19 on the underside of the carrier body 11 is formed and the recess 12 through the entire Carrier body 11 extends.
- the suspension hook 13 is Extractable mounted on the support body 11 by the Recess extends completely and at its lower End is formed into a loop 13e, the dimensions of which is larger than the diameter of the recess 12.
- the projections 15 lie on the inside of the collar 19 with the dimensioning of the braking and holding forces vary.
- Figures 13 to 15 show a further embodiment of the invention, a suspension hook 13 mentioned here Construction is present at its lower end has a ring thread 13d with which it is made of the material of Carrier body 11 is rotatable, but is mounted in a pull-out-proof manner.
- the suspension hook 13 has two in its shaft region 13a Protrusions protruding on diametrically opposite sides 15 formed by cross-sectional deformation are.
- a recess 24 formed up to that in the carrier body embedded suspension hook 13 is sufficient so that this in the area of the projections 15 through the recess 24 half of its circumference is exposed.
- Figures 16 and 17 show a development of the embodiment according to Figures 13 to 15 and differentiate differs from these only in that in the wall 20th directly in the area of the projections 15 of the suspension hook 13 an opening 22 is provided, into which a projection 15 snap in when the hook is rotated by 90 ° can, so that the suspension hook on the one hand in this held transverse to the support body 11 position is and on the other hand on the material of the carrier body in no or only a very low pre-tensioning force in this position exercises, with the advantages already mentioned above are connected.
- FIGS. 18 and 19 an embodiment in which on the recess 24 facing away Surface of the wall 20 also has a recess 25 is formed to reduce the wall thickness of the wall 20 and thereby their elastic properties and the resulting braking and holding forces of the suspension hook set in the desired manner.
- Figures 18 and 19 show a continuous wall 20 can also be used here in the wall 20 at the level of the projections 15 of the suspension hook 13 an opening 22 may be provided, in which a Projection 15 when the suspension hook 13 rotates in a transversely aligned manner Position can intervene, as in the figures 20 and 21 is shown.
- Figures 22 and 23 show one possibility of production a hanger according to Figures 20 and 21.
- the suspension hook 13 in a not shown Injection mold inserted and in addition to that of the carrier body 11 molding are two side slides 26 and 27 are provided.
- the slider 26 has on that Suspension hook 13 facing surface half a cross-section of the hanging hook including the corresponding one Portions of the projections 15 corresponding recess 26a open and forms the recess 24 during injection molding on the front of the carrier body 11.
- a slide 27 is provided on the side its end face a projection 27a to form the Opening 22 of the wall 20 carries.
- Figures 22 and 23 show a manufacturing process, at that of the suspension hook with the material of the carrier body is encapsulated. Alternatively, it is also possible to use the To mount the suspension hook later. The corresponding The method is indicated in FIGS. 24 and 25. It makes a difference differ from that explained with reference to FIGS. 22 and 23 Procedure only in that instead of the hanging hook a correspondingly trained core 28 in the Form lies, so that in the finished injection-molded carrier body a receptacle for the hanging hook is provided in the this can be retrofitted. In the in the Figures 24 and 25 illustrated embodiment the suspension hook through the support body 11 completely insert it so that it is at its lower end is formed to form a pull-out protection.
- Figures 26 to 28 show a hanger with a Suspension hook 13, which has a ring thread at its lower end 13d for fixing in the material of the carrier body 11 and in its vertical shaft 13a two on opposite Has protruding sides 15.
- the hanging hook 13 is embedded in the carrier body 11, that he saw in the longitudinal direction of the shaft portion 13a alternating on the front and the back with his half cross-section is exposed.
- Crossbands 28a, 28b, 28c and 28d of the material of the support body 11 formed with the suspension hook 13 are in abutment in the shaft section 13a, during the Hanging hooks in the system with the cross belts 28a to 28d standing areas on the other side of the support body exposed.
- the cross band 29b lies in the region of the projections 15 of the shaft section 13a of the suspension hook 13 and has one on its side facing away from the suspension hook Recess 25, which makes the cross band 29b relatively thin and is elastic.
- the depth of the recess 25 determines the deformation properties in the manner already explained above of the cross belt 29b and thus through this braking and holding forces acting on the suspension hook.
- transition areas 23 between the cross belt 29b and the Support body 11 determine in addition to the thickness of the transverse wall 29b whose elastic properties are essential. So it is possible, the cross belt 29b but also those in the aforementioned Embodiments explained wall 20 via web-like To form connection areas 23 on the support body 11, wherein depending on the design of the webs and in particular their thickness adjust the spring properties in the desired way to let.
- FIG. 29 shows an embodiment similar to that according to FIG Figure 1 with the difference that between the axis of rotation of the suspension hook 13 defining ring thread 13d and the region 30 leading the shaft 13a only one bend 14 is provided on the shaft, which is within the recess 12 is arranged.
- the bend also has one much larger radius of curvature, so it is less strongly bent out of the axis of rotation.
- Figure 30 shows a variant in which the shaft 13a next the bend 14 with features or projections 15 in guided upper area of the shaft 13a - similar figure 11 - is provided.
- Figures 31 and 32 show an embodiment in which the Hanging hook 13 in the carrier body 11, which by injection molding is produced, is injected with.
- shaft 13a again has a bend 14 with a large radius of curvature.
- the axis of rotation of the suspension hook is of the ring thread 13d and the area 30 with an aligned portion of the shaft 13a.
- the wall 31 (FIG. 30) of the carrier body 11. This happens due to the large radius of curvature of the bend 14 with a small deformation path that is still in the elastic range lies.
- the also deforms Shaft 13a elastic in the region of the bend 14.
- the resistance to rotation is not only determined by the radius of curvature the deflection, but also by the shaft diameter or cross section and the surface quality of the Determined shaft 13a. Practical tests have shown that for example with a deflection of 2mm and a Carrier body made of polystyrene several tens of turns of the hook made with a rotational resistance between 1 and 1.3 N / m can be without breaking the support body. In the In practice, the number of rotary movements is much smaller.
