Claims (6)
- Trockenpartie einer Papiermaschine, bestehend aus mehreren Trockengruppen (1', 1", 1'''), in denen die Papierbahn (2) zusammen mit mindestens einem der jeweiligen Trockengruppe (1', 1'', 1''') zugeordneten, endlosen Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') über beheizte Trockenzylinder (5, 5', 5"') geführt wird, wobei sich die Papierbahn (2) zwischen Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') und Trockenzylinder (5, 5', 5"') befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Ende oder am Anfang einer Trockengruppe (1'') eine Glättwalze (10") vorhanden ist, die mit dem ersten Trockenzylinder (5"') der nachfolgenden Trockengruppe (1''') bzw. mit dem letzten Trockenzylinder der vorhergehenden Trockengruppe (1') einen Glättspalt bildet, wobei ausschließlich die Papierbahn (2) durch diesen Glättspalt geführt wird, die Papierbahn (2) die beiden den Glättspalt bildenden Walzen, nämlich die Glättwalze (10") und den Trockenzylinder (5', 5"'), teilweise umschlingt und die Papierbahn (2) in einem Abschnitt des Umschlingungsbereiches mit dem Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') der jeweiligen Trockengruppe (1', 1'', 1''') in Kontakt steht. - Trockenpartie einer Papiermaschine, bestehend aus mehreren Trockengruppen (1', 1'', 1'''), in denen die Papierbahn (2) zusammen mit mindestens einem der jeweiligen Trockengruppe (1', 1", 1''') zugeordneten, endlosen Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') über beheizte Trockenzylinder (5, 5', 5"') geführt wird, wobei sich die Papierbahn (2) zwischen Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') und Trockenzylinder (5, 5', 5"') befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Ende einer Trockengruppe (1',1'') und am Anfang der nachfolgenden Trockengruppe (1'', 1''') je eine Glättwalze (10', 10", 10"') vorhanden ist, die miteinander einen Glättspalt bilden, wobei ausschließlich die Papierbahn (2) durch diesen Glättspalt geführt wird, die Papierbahn (2) die beiden den Glättspalt bildenden Glättwalzen (10', 10", 10''') teilweise umschlingt und die Papierbahn (2) in einem Abschnitt des Umschlingungsbereiches mit dem Trockensieb (3', 3", 3"') der jeweiligen Trockengruppe (1', 1'', 1''') in Kontakt steht. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glättwalze (10', 10", 10"') einen wesentlich geringeren Durchmesser als die Trockenzylinder (5, 5', 5''') aufweist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest eine der beiden den Glättspalt bildenden Walzen (10', 10", 10"', 5', 5''') zur Trennung der Trockengruppen (1', 1", 1''') beweglich angeordnet ist. - Trockenpartie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glättwalze (10', 10", 10"') einen elastischen Bezug besitzt. - Trockenpartie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glättwalze (10', 10", 10''') beheizt wird.
