Claims (12)
- Elektrischer Steckverbindera) mit einem Gehäuse mit mindestens einer Kontaktkammer für ein einsteckbares Kontaktelement (3),b) wobei das Kontaktelement (3) mindestens eine erste und zweite Rastzunge (1,2) aufweist, die in Steckrichtung pfeilartig wegragen,c) und mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung für das Kontaktelement (3), das zum Festlegen einer Primärraststellung der Verriegelungseinrichtung ungehindert in seine Kontaktkammer einführbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:d) eine erste Kontaktkammerwand (14) weist eine mit der ersten Rastzunge zusammenwirkende Primärrastkante (15) auf,e) eine der ersten mit konstantem Abstand gegenüberliegende zweite Kontaktkammerwand (5) ist als mindestens quer zur Steckrichtung beweglicher Schieber (4) ausgestaltet,f) wobei der Schieber (4) eine segmentierte Rastkante (6) aufweist, deren in Steckrichtung verlaufende Lücke eine Durchtrittsmöglichkeit (7) für die zweite Rastzunge (2) des Kontaktelementes (3) bildet,g) derart, daß sich beim Überführen der Verriegelungseinrichtung in eine Endraststellung durch Bewegung des Schiebers (4) eine Veriegelungsstellung beider Rastzungen (1,2) durch Hintergreifen der zugehörigen Rastkanten (15,6) ergibt.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse mehrere Kontaktkammern einreihig nebeneinander angeordnet sind, daß der Schieber (4) einseitig als bewegliche Kontaktkammerwand (5) ausgebildet ist und zwischen der feststehenden ersten Kontaktkammerwand (14) und einer dazu parallelen Gehäusewand bewegbar ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse mehrere Kontaktelemente (3) zweireihig nebeneinander angeordnet sind, das der Schieber (4) zweiseitig als bewegliche Kontaktkammerwand (5) ausgebildet ist und zwischen zwei feststehenden Kontakt kammerwänden beweglich ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, das im Gehäuse mehrere Kontaktkammern n-reihig (n > 2 und ungeradzahlig) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, und daß außer Schiebern (4), die zweiseitig als bewegliche Kontaktkammerwand (5) ausgebildet sind, auch mindestens ein anderer Schieber (4a) vorgesehen wird, der auf einer Seite als bewegliche Kontaktkammerwand (5) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite als Kontaktkammerwand (14) mit Primärrastkante (15) ausgebildet ist. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber 4,4a) nur quer zur Steckrichtung bewegbar ist, wobei ein in Schieberichtung angeschrägtes Segment (8a) der Rastkante (6) beim Überführen in die Endraststellung unter Vorschub des Kontaktelementes (3) in Steckrichtung hinter die zweite Rastzunge (2) greift. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (4,4a) gleichzeitig quer zur Steckrichtung und mit einer mit ihr übereinstimmenden Richtungskomponente bewegbar ist, wobei mittels dieser Schragbewegung mindestens ein Segment (8) der Rastkante (6) beim Überführen in die Endraststellung unter Vorschub des Kontaktelementes (3) in Steckrichtung hinter die zweite Rastzunge (2) greift. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schrägbewegung des Schiebers (4,4a) durch sein Zusammenwirken mittels aufeinandergleitender Keile (9) mit einer Gehäusewand ergibt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur (9) mindestens eines Rastkantensegmentes (8) an ihrer steckseitigen Endfläche derart ausgebildet ist, daß sich im Zusammenwirken mit der Gehäusewand eine aufeinanderfolgende Quer- und Schrägbewegung des Schiebers ergibt. - Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur (9) zusätzlich mit einer nach der Schrägbewegung zur Wirkung kommenden Kuppe (18) versehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4 und einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei den auf einer Seite als Kontaktkammerwand (14) mit Primärrastkante (15) ausgebildeten Schiebern (4a) die Kontur der Primärrastkanten (15 jeweils so geformt ist, daß trotz Schrägbewegung des Schiebers (4a) ein gleichbleibendes Primärrastkantenniveau für die erste Rastzunge (1) gegeben ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mindestens einem der Segmente (8) der Rastkante (6) im steckseitigen Bereich ein zusätzliches Sicherungselement (10) angeformt ist, das in der Endraststellung die Überfederkontur (12) des Kontaktelementes (3) hintergreift. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Schieber Nasen oder Ausnehmungen (11) vorgesehen sind, die im Zusammenwirken mit gegenstückigen Ausformungen des Gehäuses eine Verriegelung des Schiebers (4,4a) im Gehäuse in der Endraststellung bewirken.
