Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Längsschneiden von Bedruckstoffen in Bogen- und Rollenmaschinen mit einer Schneidvorrichtung, die als Kreismesser (6) ausgebildet ist, dem eine rotierende Trommel (1) gegenüberliegt, die mit einer ihre Trommelfläche ganz oder teilweise bedeckenden Auflage (2) versehen ist, auf der der Bedruckstoff (4) während des Schneidvorgangs aufliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das von einem Motor angetriebene, scharf geschliffene Kreismesser (6) mit hoher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit entgegen der Transportrichtung des Bedruckstoffes (4) rotierend antreibbar ist und daß das Kreismesser (6) und die Trommel (1) derart angeordnet sind, daß das Kreismesser (6) mit seiner Schneide (7) durch den Bedruckstoff (4) hindurch in die weiche auf der Trommel (1) befestigte Auflage (2) einschneidet oder in eine vorher mit dem Kreismesser (6) in die Auflage (2) eingeschnittene Nut (8) in der auf der Trommel (1) angeordneten Auflage (2) hineinragt, wobei die Eindringtiefe der Schneide (7) in die Auflage (2) geringer ist als die Dicke der Auflage (2). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (2) aus Gummi, Schaumstoff oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (2) aus mehreren, übereinander angeordneten Schichten besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (2) als Band oder als Matte auf der Trommel (1) aufgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflage (2) auf einer Trägerschicht (3) aufgebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerschicht (3) aus Metall besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bedruckstoff entlang seiner Schnittflächen auf der Auflage mittels Vakuum festgehalten wird.
