Das Messer kommt dann lediglich noch mit dein zu schneidenden Bedruckstoff in Kontakt und muß daher viel seltener nachgeschliffen werden. Durch das einfache und rasche Einstellen des Messers auf das gewünschte Schneidmaß wird die Rüstzeit der Maschine verkürzt. Dadurch und durch die längeren Standzeit des Messers wird die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit erhöht.
