Claims (7)
- Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf mit Treibwalzenantrieb der Spule, mit einer Treibwalze (3), die mittels- eines Motors antreibbar ist, und mit einer Changierung (11), die mittels einem zweiten Motor antreibbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Statorwicklungen (2', 2) und die Rotoren (5', 5) der Motoren in einem aus einem einzigen gemeinsamen Bauteil bestehenden Antriebsgehäuse (1) angeordnet sind, welches an seinem Umfang radial angeordnete Kühlrippen (16) aufweist,und daß am Antriebsgehäuse (1) Befestigungsmittel (6, 8') für eine Treibwalzenhalterung (7) und das Gehäuse (4) der Changierung (11) vorgesehen ist. - Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an dem Antriebsgehäuse (1) eine Aufnahme (9) für eine der Verschiebung der Antriebseinrichtung dienende Führung vorgesehen ist. - Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Statorwicklungen (2'; 2) der Motoren achsparallel zueinander im Antriebsgehäuse (1) und die Rotoren (5'; 5) auf den verlängerten Wellen (12; 13) von Treibwalze (3) und Changierung (11) befestigt sind. - Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Treibwalzenmotor ein Drehstrom-Synchronmotor und als Motor für die Changierwelle (11) ein Drehstrom-Asynchron motor verwendet wird. - Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf nach einem der Anspüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Treibwalze (3) drehbar im Treibwalzenhalter (7) gelagert ist, der an der Stirnseite (8) des Antriebsgehäuses (1) lösbar befestigt ist,und daß die Changierung (11) drehbar im Changiergehäuse (4) gelagert ist, das mittels Klemmvorrichtung (6) am Antriebsgehäuse (1) befestigt ist. - Antriebseinrichtung für einen Spulkopf nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Antriebsgehäuse (1) das die Motoren und die Befestigungsmittel (6, 8') für Treibwalze (3) und Changierung (11) enthält, ortsfest im Wickelergestell angeordnet ist und daß die Spule (10) auswandert. - Antriebseinirichtung für einen Spulkopf nach Anspruch 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spule (10) an einem Schwenkarm (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
