Claims (12)
- Lamellenladen für ein Fenster oder eine Türe mit einem Außenrahmen (1) und einer Mehrzahl von zwischen zwei vertikalen Schenkel (2,3) des Außenrahmens (1) eingesetzten, relativ zum Außenrahmen verschwenkbaren Lamellen (4) mit an den vertikalen Schenkeln (2,3) vorhandenen Trägerleisten (5, 6), nämlich einer ersten (5) und einer zweiten (6) Trägerleiste, mit an der Stirnseite der Lamellen (4) vorhandenen, bevorzugt zentral auf Lamellenendstücken (11, 12) sitzenden Lagerzapfen (13, 14), welche in entsprechenden Lageraufnahmen (15, 16) der Trägerleisten (5, 6) gelagert sind, mit einem Betätigungselement (27) als Treibstange für die Verschwenkung der Lamellen (4), wobei die Trägerleisten (5, 6) in bzw. an den vertikalen Schenkeln (2, 3) in Lamellenlängsrichtung jeweils zwischen zwei Endstellungen beweglich gelagert sind und die eingesetzten Lamellen (4) nur dann freigeben, wenn sie einen bestimmten Mindestabstand voneinander aufweisen, wobei die erste Trägerleiste (5) durch zumindest ein sich am Außenrahmen (1) abstützendes Federelement (21) in Richtung auf die zweite Trägerleiste belastet ist, während die Lage der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) relativ zur ersten durch zumindest ein sich ebenfalls am Außenrahmen (1) abstützendes Stellelement (33) einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) zugeordneten, sich am Außenrahmen (1) abstützenden Stellelemente (33) zwischen einer Stellung, in der die eingesetzten Lamellen (4) derartig verriegelt sind, daß sie nicht mehr selbständig aus den beiden Trägerleisten (5, 6) auslösbar sind, und einer Stellung, in der die Lamellen (4) derartig freigegeben sind, daß sie zwischen die beiden Trägerleisten (5, 6) eingesetzt und wieder herausgenommen werden können beweglich sind. - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Treibstange (27) für die Verschwenkung der Lamellen (4) als an der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) längsverschieblich geführte Zahnstange ausgebildet ist, welche mit einer auf dem Außenumfang des zugeordneten Lagerzapfens (14) vorhandenen Kerbung (31) kämmt. - Lamellenladen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägerleisten (5, 6) in Nuten (7, 8) eingesetzt sind, welche in den vertikalen Schenkeln (2, 3) des Außenrahmens (1) vorhanden sind, und daß die Trägerleisten (5, 6) als zum Nutenboden (9,10) hin offene U-Profilschienen ausgebildet sind. - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittelschenkel (17, 18) der Trägerleisten (5, 6) über die Außenkanten der Nuten (7, 8) zumindest minimal überstehen und gegen die Stirnseiten der Lamellen (4) stoßen, wobei die Stirnseiten der Lamellen (4) und die Mittelschenkel (17, 18) der Trägerleisten (5, 6) mit Schrägflächen (41, 42 bzw. 43, 44) versehen sind, welche einen Schwenkanschlag für die Lamellen (4) bilden. - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das freie Ende (24) des einen Seitenschenkels (23) der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) zweimal rechtwinklig zum Inneren der zweiten U-Profilschiene (6) abgewinkelt ist und mit einem gegenüberliegenden, vom Mittelschenkel (18) abstrebenden Steg (25) eine Führung für die Treibstange (27) bildet, welche zwischen den Steg (25) und das freie Ende (24) des Seitenschenkels (23) eingesetzt ist und einerseits mit zwei Außenbünden (28, 29) den Steg (25) und das abgewinkelte freie Ende (24) des Seitenschenkels (23) hintergreift und andererseits mit einem Abschnitt (48) über diese übersteht, an welchem die mit der Kerbung (31) des Lagerzapfens (14) kämmenden Zähne (30) vorhanden sind. - Lamellenladen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellelement (33) zwischen den Seitenschenkeln (22, 23) der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) zwischen zwei Endstellungen längsverschieblich geführt ist, sich am Nutenboden (10) abstützt und mit einem an seinem Außenumfang vorhandenen Schneckengang (52) formschlüssig mit der in der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) geführten Treibstange (27) gekoppelt ist. - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellelement (33) eine längsgestreckte Form mit zum Mittelschenkel (18) der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) senkrechter Längsachse (34) aufweist, mit zwei im Querschnitt kreisförmigen Endabschnitten (35, 36) bevorzugt unterschiedlichen Durchmessers, wobei der größere Durchmesser dem Abstand zwischen den freien Enden der beiden Seitenschenkel (22, 23) der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) entspricht und der kleinere Durchmesser dem freien öffnungsquerschnitt einer im Mittelschenkel (18) der zweiten Trägerleiste (6) vorhandenen Durchtrittsöffnung (37), und mit einem Mittelabschnitt (45), welcher insgesamt den geringsten Durchmesser aufweist, wobei die Übergänge zwischen dem Mittelabschnitt (45) und den Endabschnitten (35, 36) durch gleichsinnig um die Mittellängsachse (34) des Stellelementes (33) gewundene Kantenflächen (46, 47) gebildet werden zur Bildung eines Schneckenganges (52). - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der über die Führung (24, 25) an dem Seitenschenkel (23) überstehende Abschnitt (48) der Treibstange (27) Schrägflächen (49, 50) aufweist und daß die Kantenflächen (46, 47) des Schneckenganges (52) entsprechend diesen Schrägflächen (49, 50) geneigt sind. - Lamellenladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der der ersten Trägerleiste (5) zugeordnete Lagerzapfen (13) kurz ausgebildet ist und Widerhaken (32) aufweist, durch welche die Ausnehmung (15) in dieser Trägerleiste (5) hintergreifbar ist. - Lamellenladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Endstücke (11, 12) eine zu den Stirnseiten der Lamellen (4) weisende ebene Flachseite (60) haben und bevorzugt mit einem zentralen Einschlagstift (61) sowie seitlich davon angeordneten Zentrieransätzen (62) versehen sind. - Lamellenladen nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lamellenendstücke (11, 12) aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind, daß die Zentrieransätze (62) an diese angeformt sind und daß der zentrale Einschlagstift (61) in das Kunststoffmaterial eingeformt oder eingepreßt ist. - Lamellenladen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lamellenendstücke (11, 12) auf der Zapfenseite seitlich des Lagerzapfens (13, 14) zueinander versetzt angeordnete Stege (63, 64) aufweisen, welche mit Schrägflächen (43, 44) der Trägerleisten (5, 6) zusammenwirken.
