Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a slat shop for a window or a door with an outer frame and one A plurality of between two vertical legs of the outer frame used, pivotable relative to the outer frame Slats, with support strips on the vertical legs, with existing on the face of the slats, preferred bearing journals centrally on lamella end pieces, which in corresponding stock recordings of the carrier strips are stored and with an actuator for Swiveling the slats.
Slat shutters for windows or doors usually exist from an outer frame with two vertical and two horizontal Legs that include an opening, which is mostly from slats pivoted or rotatable in the outer frame is filled out. The slats are stored in carrier strips, which on the vertical legs of the outer frame are arranged.
In known slat shutters, the slats are in their carrier strips pre-assembled, and the pre-assembled plate pack then inserted into the outer frame and fixed there. For this purpose, the fittings are, for example, U-shaped rails trained, in the middle leg holes available are used as bearings for the end faces of the slats bearing journals striving in their longitudinal axis direction.
This configuration has the disadvantage that the pre-assembled Lamella packs unstable, especially not torsionally rigid are, so that the insertion of the plate packs in the Outer frame is already difficult. Another disadvantage is that the preassembled plate packs after Insertion in the outer frame by means of screw connections, for example to be connected with this, and at least two cover strips to cover the U-profile rails have to. This means an additional operation as well an impairment of the external appearance of the finished assembled store.
From CH-A-619 506 a slat shop is known in which the slats used on both ends are supported by spring elements on the outer frame. Thereby is between the support strips and the slat ends Frictional resistance generated by the slats in any Stay fixed in the rotational position. The problem is that when using too strong springs, the adjustment of the Slats are connected with great effort and in use from too weak springs slats by side Moving unintentionally can emerge from the outer frame.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a slat shop for a window or a door specify which one a simpler, on mounting screws and cover strips dispensing with assembly enables and ensures that none Slats can accidentally come out of the outer frame. In addition, the external appearance of the finish is preferred assembled store improved and a play-free and smooth Actuation can be achieved.
This task is carried out in a slat loading of the aforementioned
Kind by the characterizing features of the
This configuration makes it possible to individually insert the slats insert the outer frame by the first support bar against the force of the spring element as far from the second Carrier strip is moved away that a lamella between the two carrier strips can be used. By appropriate The slats used can also be tampered with removed from the store, for example, around to replace them. By using a preferred on the first support strip acting spring element are the Slats between the two support strips under tension held and thereby advantageously rattling noises switched off.
Due to the adjustability of the relative position of the second support bar the voltage of the Spring element can be regulated as desired. The actuator is preferably operable from the outside, so that the The tension of the spring element can be adjusted when the slat is inserted is. The dimensions of the outer frame, the slats and the fittings are coordinated so that the Slats with completely immersed in the corresponding groove Carrier strips can be used in this. By diving out the first beam will be due to the spring tension the slats clamped between the two carrier strips, the preload by dipping the second Support bar adjustable from the groove using the control element is.
The dimensions are also preferably matched to one another, that by dipping the second support bar The slats are released by immersing the first support bar is impossible. The slats are in the outer frame locked.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the actuating element for the slats in a support bar can be moved longitudinally guided and as a toothed drive rod, for example formed which with a on the outer circumference of the associated Bearing pin combs existing notch. Hereby becomes a simultaneous and uniform in a simple manner Adjustment of all slats ensured without additional To take up space.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the carrier strips used in grooves in the vertical Legs of the outer frame are present and as one for U-shaped carrier strip open towards the bottom of the groove, the middle leg at least over the outer edges of the grooves survive minimally and against the end faces of the slats bump, with the end faces of the lamellae and the middle leg the U-shaped support bar preferably with inclined surfaces are provided, which a stop for the slats form.
This configuration makes a suitable, screw-free Storage of the beams in the outer frame causes these are only inserted into the grooves need, since the second end position of the support bars on the used slats is determined. Through the control element is a defined protrusion of the second support bar the associated groove causes and due to the butt joints between the second support bar and lamella and between The lamella and the first support strip also the protrusion of the first Carrier strip determined via their groove. By at least minimal supernatant and always maintained Butt joints is any unwanted look through prevents slat loading.
The spring elements are preferably between the side legs one of the carrier strips arranged and for example designed as a coil spring. Alternatively, the support bar even be designed with resilient sections, which are supported in the groove.
According to a further embodiment of the invention Control element between the side legs of the expedient another carrier bar between two end positions guided, is supported on the groove bottom and is with a worm gear present on its outer circumference form-fitting with the drive rod guided in this support bar coupled. As a result, this carrier strip is advantageously into the desired position via the connecting rod brought in the groove and thus relative to the other support bar.
The adjusting element preferably has an elongated shape with perpendicular to the middle leg of the second support bar Longitudinal axis, as well as two end sections circular in cross section of different diameters, the larger one Diameter the distance between the free ends of the two Side leg corresponds to the second support bar and the smaller diameter the free opening cross section in Middle leg of the second support strip existing passage opening, and a middle section, which is total has the smallest diameter, the transitions between the middle section and the end sections coiled in the same direction around the central longitudinal axis of the control element Edge surfaces are formed. This is advantageous a worm gear is formed, in which the Drive rod meshes so that when the actuator is rotated this and thus the second support bar relative to the control element be moved. By supporting the actuator at the bottom of the groove, the second carrier strip is made from Groove dug out. Due to the configuration described this function is implemented very simply and reliably. By turning the control element, the locking and Loosening of the slats can be effected.
The meshing section of the drive rod and are preferred the edge surfaces of the actuating element are inclined in the same direction trained, which further improves the function.
The adjusting element is advantageously over the recess accessible in the middle leg of the second support bar, see above that an adjustment is possible even with inserted slats is.
The bearing journal assigned to the first carrier is preferred provided with barbs, which the recesses in reach behind this carrier bar to prevent accidental To prevent triggering of a slat once inserted, as long as the slats are not yet locked.
The end pieces on the end faces of the slats, who prefer to carry the trunnions point to the Bearing journal opposite side a flat boundary surface on which can be placed on the front of the slats are. A is preferred for attachment to the slats Impact pin molded into the material of the end piece. The face of the lamellae is also preferred Provide lying flat side with centering lugs. Alternatively, the end pieces can have a rotating circumference Spread over the federal government. The end pieces are preferably made of Made of plastic and have on the support strips opposite sides with the existing on the carrier strips Sloping surfaces interacting, offset from one another Attacks on.

This configuration has the effect that the
4 weisende ebene Flachseite 60 aufweist. Durch den
Lagerzapfen 13 bzw.
seitlich zum Einschlagstift 61 versetzt angeordnete Zentrieransätze
62 auf, welche eine korrekte Orientierung der Endstücke
11 bzw. 12 relativ zu den Lamellen 4 sicherstellen. For the
zueinander versetzt angeordnete Stege 63, 64 vorhanden, welche
Furthermore, on the pin side of the
The slat shop according to the invention is assembled

27 in Eingriff gelangen.
Now the
When all the
verhindert. Due to the protrusion of the
