Claims (4)
- Vorschubeinrichtung (2) für Werkzeugmaschinen, insbesondere Nähmaschinen (1), bestehend aus einem Hauptförderer (3) zum Längsfördern des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (W) in Vorschubrichtung und einem Zusatzförderer (5) zum ausrichtenden Querfördern des Werkstückes (W), welcher Zusatzförderer (5) eine dem Hauptförderer (3) vor- oder nachgeordnete, auf das entlang einer Führungsbahn (9) geführte Werkstück (W) aufsetzbare Fördereinrichtung (6) aufweist, wobei die Fördereinrichtung (6) in einem um eine zur Vorschubrichtung normale, zur Führungsbahn (9) parallele Drehachse (A) drehbaren und mit einer an die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Hauptförderers (3) angepaßten Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbaren walzenförmigen Rotor (8) gelagert ist, der mehrere um die Rotordrehacnse (A) symmetrisch verteilt angeordnete, über einen Stelltrieb (14) unabhängig von der Rotordrehung quer zur Vorschubrichtung antreibbare Fördermittel aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fördermittel der Fördereinrichtung (6) in Rotordrehachsrichtung umlaufende Förderbänder (10) vorgesehen sind, deren Fördertnume (10a) Teile des Rotormantels bilden.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (8) einen Käfig mit der Anzahl der Förderbänder (10) entsprechend vielen achsparallelen Tragstäben (12) bildet, die einen etwa trapezförmigen, sektormäßig ausgerichteten Querschnitt besitzen und jeweils an einer radialen Längsseite Aurnahmen (13) zur Lagerung und Führung der Förderbänder (10) aufweisen.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stelltrieb (14) in an sich bekannter Weise als Schraubgetriebe (15) ausgebildet ist, das eine koaxial in den Rotor (8) hineinragende, relativ zum Rotor (8) drehbar gelagerte Schraubenspindel (16) umfaßt, welche über einen Schrittmotor (18) antreibbare Schraubenspindel (16) mit den Leertrumen (10b) der vorzugsweise ein Zahnprofil (17) aufweisenden Förderbänder (10) od. dgl. zusammenwirkt.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei übereinander angeordnete, jeweils mit einer Fördereinrichtung (6) ausgestattete Rotoren (8) vorgesehen sind, zwischen die eine Führungsplatte (20) einschiebbar ist.
