Abstract

Ein Beschlag zur Befestigung einer Rückwand (5, 10) einer Schublade an Schubladenteilen mit einem an einem Schubladenteil befestigbaren Tragteil (7), der Befestigungszapfen (27) aufweist, die in Aufnahmeöffnungen (17) eines Halteteiles (5, 10) einrasten. Der Tragteil (7) ist mit einem an der Schubladenrückwand (6, 11) befestigbaren Halteteil (5, 10) verschraubbar. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Beschlag zur Befestigung einer Rückwand einer Schublade an Schubladenteilen wie Schubladenzargen oder Ausziehschienen einer Schublade mit einem an einem Schubladenteil befestigbaren Tragteil, der Befestigungszapfen aufweist, die in Aufnahmeöffnungen eines korrespondierenden Teiles einrasten an jeder Seite der Schublade.
  • Im modernen Möbelbau sind Schubladen bekannt, die zur Gänze aus Kunststoff gespritzt sind, aber auch Schubladen, deren Zargen aus Kunststoff oder einem Metall gefertigt sind und die mit einer ebenso aus Kunststoff vorgefertigten oder aus einem Metall vorgefertigten Rückwand verbunden sind.
  • In manchen Fällen, besonders bei der Herstellung kleinerer Serien, ist es für den Möbelhersteller ein Vorteil, wenn er, was die Breite der Schublade anbelangt, nicht auf vorgefertigte Teile angewiesen ist, d. h. daß er bei der Herstellung des Möbels ohne besonderen Aufwand Schubladen jeder beliebigen Breite herstellen kann.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es einen Beschlag zu schaffen, der es ermöglicht eine Rückwand, insbesondere aus einem Holzmaterial oder auch aus stranggepreßten Kunststoffen od. dgl., die in gewünschter Länge abgeschnitten wurde, in einer Schnellmontage mit einer Schubladenzarge oder mit einem der Schubladenzarge oder einer Ausziehschiene der Schublade verbundenen Adapter in einer Schnellmontage zu verbinden.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß jeder Tragteil mittels der Befestigungszapfen mit einem an der Rückwand befestigbaren, vorzugsweise verschraubbaren Halteteil kuppelbar ist, wobei die Halteteile einen parallel zur Rückwand ausgerichteten Befestigungssteg, über den sie an der Rückwand befestigbar sind, und einen gehäuseartigen Abschnitt aufweisen, in dessen Seitenwand sich Löcher befinden, in denen die Befestigungszapfen einrasten.
  • Durch den erfindungsgemäßen Beschlag ist es möglich, eine Rückwand, die sozusagen als Meterware hergestellt wurde und von einem abgeschnittenen Brett einer Spanplatte oder, wie bereits erwähnt, als extrudierter Teil aus Kunststoff oder Aluminium hergestellt wurde, in das Baukastensystem einer aus vorgefertigten Teilen herzustellenden Schublade einzubeziehen.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein Schaubild einer Schublade; die Fig. 2 zeigt eine auseinandergezogene Darstellung eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels einer Schublade; die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen je ein Schaubild einer Rückwand, die Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen zwei verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele der Halteteile, die Fig. 7 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Tragteiles, die Fig. 8 zeigt eine Stirnansicht eines Tragteiles, die Fig. 9 zeigt ein Schaubild eines Tragteiles, die Fig. 10 zeigt eine Stirnansicht der Relinghalterung und die Fig. 11 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der Relinghalterung an der Rückwand.
  • Wie aus den Figuren 1 und 2 ersichtlich, weist die Schublade in herkömmlicher Weise zwei Schubladenzargen 2, eine Frontblende 1, einen Schubladenboden 3 und eine Rückwand 6 oder 11 auf. Die Frontblende 1 ist auf herkömmliche Weise mit den Schubladenzargen 2 oder den Ausziehschienen 12, die in die Schubladenzargen 2 eingesetzt sind, verbunden. Die Ausziehschienen 12, die auf den an den Korpusseitenwänden befestigten Tragschienen 9 ablaufen, sind an ihrem hinteren Ende mit einem Adapter 13 versehen. Der Adapter 13 ist beispielsweise mit der Ausziehschiene 12 verschweißt.
  • Der Adapter 13 wiederum trägt den beispielsweise aus Kunststoff oder einem anderen spritzbaren Material gefertigten Tragteil 7, der mit dem Adapter 13 verschraubt, vernietet oder aufgesteckt ist.
  • Die Tragteile 7 weisen zum Inneren der Schublade gerichtete Befestigungszapfen 27 auf, die elastisch und vorzugsweise hakenförmig ausgeführt sind. Die Befestigungszapfen 27 weisen dabei zur Mittelebene der Schublade, die senkrecht zur Rückwand 6, 11 und senkrecht zum Schubladenboden 3 ausgerichtet ist.
  • Die Rückwände 6, 11 sind beide aus einem Spanplattenmaterial hergestellt und wurden von einer längeren Platte in der gewünschten Länge abgeschnitten.
  • Jede Rückwand 6, 11 wird vor der Montage der Schublade an ihren beiden Seiten mit Befestigungsstegen 14 der Halteteile 5, 10 verschraubt. Die Befestigungsstege 14 liegen im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel hinten an der Rückwand 6, 11 an.
  • Die Halteteile 10 sind gleich hoch wie die Schubladenzargen, während die Halteteile 5 über die Schubladenzargen 2 hinaus ragen und zur Befestigung einer Schubladenreling dienen.
  • Jeder Halteteil 5, 10 weist einen gehäuseartigen Teil 15 mit einer Seitenwand 16 auf. In der Seitenwand 16 befinden sich Befestigungslöcher 17, die in den Ausführungsbeispielen im Bereich der Kante 18 zwischen der Seitenwand 16 und einer parallel zur Rückwand 6, 11 ausgerichteten Abschlußwand 19 des gehäuseartigen Bereiches 15 angeordnet sind. Die gehäuseartigen Bereiche 15 sind nach hinten offen, schließen aber an der Schubladeninnenseite der Rückwand 6, 11 der inneren Abschlußfläche der Rückwand 6, 11 ab.
  • Weiters sind die gehäuseartigen Bereiche 15 unten mit je einer Ausnehmung 20 versehen, die bei montierten Halteteilen 5, 10 den Adapter 13 und die Ausziehschiene 12 aufnimmt.
  • In die Halteteile 5 ist eine Klammer 4 einsteckbar, die jeweils eine Reling 3 hält.
  • Jeder Halteteil 5 weist eine obere horizontal nach hinten ragende Abschlußwand 21 und eine gleich breite nach hinten weisende Seitenwand 16 auf.
  • In den äußeren oberen Ecken der Halteteile 5 befindet sich zwischen den Wänden 16, 21 ein Schlitz 22.
  • In die Schlitze 22 sind die Klammern 4 eingeschoben. Die Klammern 4 weisen einen Mittelsteg 23 und zwei V-förmig abstehende Haltestege 24 auf sowie einen Zylinderabschnitt 25 mit einer Basisfläche von 270°.
  • Die Klammern 4 werden derart auf die Ecken der Halteteile 5 aufgeschoben, daß der Mittelsteg 23 durch den Schlitz 22 ragt und sich die Haltestege 24 an der Innenseite der Wand 16, 21 abstützen. Der Zylinderabschnitt 25 der Klammer 4 liegt außen an den Wänden 16, 21 an.
  • Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist an den Klammern 4 ein Zapfen 26 angeordnet, auf den die Reling 3 aufgeschraubt ist und der die Reling 3 unmittelbar trägt.

Claims (7)

  1. Beschlag zur Befestigung einer Rückwand einer Schublade an Schubladenteilen wie Schubladenzargen oder Ausziehschienen einer Schublade mit einem an einem Schubladenteil befestigbaren Tragteil, der Befestigungszapfen aufweist, die in Aufnahmeöffnungen eines korrespondierenden Teiles einrasten an jeder Seite der Schublade, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Tragteil (7) mittels der Befestigungszapfen (27) mit einem an der Rückwand (6, 11) befestigbaren, vorzugsweise verschraubbaren Halteteil (5, 10) kuppelbar ist, wobei die Halteteile (5, 10) einen parallel zur Rückwand (6, 11) ausgerichteten Befestigungssteg (14), über den sie an der Rückwand (6, 11) befestigbar sind, und einen gehäuseartigen Abschnitt (15) aufweisen, in dessen Seitenwand (16) sich Löcher (17) befinden, in denen die Befestigungszapfen (27) einrasten.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragteil (7) aus Kunststoff und der Halteteil (5, 10) aus Stahlblech ist.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löcher (17) zumindestens teilweise im Kantenbereich (18) zwischen der Seitenwand (16) und einer an die innere Sichtfläche der Rückwand anschließenden Wand (19) des gehäuseartigen Abschnittes (15) angeordnet sind.
  4. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteteile (5) höher als die Tragteile (7) sind und in der oberen äußeren Ecke des gehäuseartigen Abschnittes (15) ein horizontaler Schlitz (22) vorgesehen ist, in den eine Klammer (4) eingeschoben ist, die das hintere Ende einer Reling (3) hält.
  5. Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammer (4) einen Mittelsteg (23) mit zwei V-förmig abstehenden Haltestegen (24), die sich an der äußeren Seitenwand (16) und der oberen Abdeckwand (21) des gehäuseartigen Teiles (15) abstützen, aufweist und einen horizontal ausgerichteten Zylinderabschnitt (25) mit einer Basisfläche von 270°.
  6. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Befestigungszapfen (27) der Tragteile (7) in den Löchern (17) der Seitenwand (16) federnd einschnappen.
  7. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungszapfen (27) der Tragteile (7) zu der Mittelebene der Schublade weisen, die senkrecht zur Rückwand (6, 11) und senkrecht zum Schubladenboden (3) ausgerichtet ist.
