Claims (19)
- Linearantriebszylinder (1),mit einem Zylinderrohr (2), das bei wenigstens einem Ende mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden und zueinander fluchtenden Querbohrungen (21, 22) versehen ist,mit einem Kolben (5), der in dem Innenraum (4) des Zylinderrohrs (2) in Längsrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist,mit einem einen Abtrieb bildenden Kraftübertragungsmittel (8), das mit dem Kolben (5) verbunden und aus dem Zylinderrohr (2) herausgeführt ist,mit wenigstens einem Verschlußstopfen (6), der endseitig in dem Innenraum (4) des Zylinderrohrs (2) abgedichtet sitzt und eine als Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildete Querbohrung (20) aufweist, die mit den Querbohrungen (21, 22) des Zylinderrohrs (2) fluchtet, und der einen mit seiner Querbohrung (20) in Verbindung stehenden Kanal (33) aufweist, der in den Innenraum (4) mündet, undmit wenigstens einem länglichen Befestigungsmittel (23), das quer zu der Längsrichtung des Zylinderrohres (2) sowohl sich in die Querbohrung (20) des Verschlußstopfens (6) erstreckt als auch eine Querbohrung (21) des Zylinderrohrs (2) durchgreift,wobei in dem Verschlußstopfen (6) wenigstens ein Kanal (33) vorgesehen ist, der die Querbohrung (20) des Verschlußstopfens mit dem von
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrung (27) des Befestigungsmittels (23) über eine Auslaßbohrung (28) mit dem Kanal (33) in Verbindung steht, wobei das Befestigungsmittel (23) derart sowohl beide Querbohrungen (21, 22) des Zylinderrohrs (2) als auch die Querbohrung des Verschlußstopfens durchgreift, daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) unverschiebbar in dem Innenraum (4) gehalten ist. - Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (23) mit einer Ringnut (32) versehen ist und zwei der Ringnut (32) benachbarte Ringnuten (36, 37) zur Aufnahme jeweils eines O-Ringes zur Abdichtung des Befestigungsmittels (23) gegen die glattwandige ausgebildete Querbohrung (20) aufweist, wobei die Ringnut (32) mit dem Kanal (33) kommuniziert.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querbohrung (20) des Verschlußstopfens (6) glattwandig ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querbohrung (20) des Verschlußstopfens (6) mit Innengewinde versehen ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (23) ein Bolzen ist, der das Zylinderrohr (2) und den Verschlußstopfen (6) durchgreift und der mit wenigstens einer Mutter (24) gesichert ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Bolzen (23) in den Verschlußstopfen (6) hinein erstreckt und mit einem Innengewinde in Eingriff steht, das in der Querbohrung (21) des Zylinderrohres (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (23) mit dem Zylinderrohr (2) verstemmt ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (23) mit dem Zylinderrohr (2) vernietet ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (23) mit dem Zylinderrohr (2) und/oder dem Verschlußstopfen (6) verklebt ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (33) eine koaxial zu dem Zylinderrohr (2) liegende Bohrung ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Verschlußstopfen (6) eine koaxial zu dem Zylinderrohr (2) liegender und auf den Kolben (5) zu gerichteter Dämpfungszapfen (34) vorgesehen ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Bohrung durch den Dämpfungszapfen (34) erstreckt.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) im wesentlichen zylinderförmig ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) zum Abdichten gegenüber dem Zylinderrohr (2) mit einer Dichtung (16) versehen ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (16) ein in eine an dem Verschlußstopfen (6) vorgesehene Ringnut (15) eingelegter O-Ring (16) ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (16) an dem Verschlußstopfen (6) zwischen der Querbohrung (20) und einer dem Kolben (5) zugewandten Stirnfläche (18) des Verschlußstopfens (6) angeordnet ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zylinderrohr (2) einen durchgehenden Innenraum (4) und einen sich über seine gesamte Länge erstreckenden Längsschlitz (7) aufweist, und/oder daß der Längsschlitz (7) von einem flexiblen endseitigen bezüglich des Zylinderrohres (2) ortsfest gehaltenen Dichtungsband (11) abgedichtet ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) ein Kunststoffspritzteil ist.
- Linearantriebszylinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (6) mit dem Dämpfungszapfen (34) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
