Schnellhefter (12) mit Aufhängevorrichtung, wobei der Schnellhefter (12) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus einem folienförmigen Material besteht und an beiden Randbereichen des Hefterrückens (14) Stanzungen zur Ausbildung der Aufhängevorrichtung aufweist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich allgemein auf einen Schnellhefter und betrifft insbesondere einen Schnellhefter mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Um Schnellhefter geordnet zu lagern, ist es bekannt, am Hefterrücken Hängenasen anzuordnen, die dann mit entsprechenden Schienen in einem Gestell oder Schrank in Eingriff gebracht werden. Derartige Hängenasen sind teilweise in der Mitte oder an den Enden des Hefterrückens ausgebildet und bestehen entweder aus einer Metallverstärkung oder einer Metallschiene, die mit dem Hefter konstruktiv verbunden ist, um den Hefterrücken in diesem Bereich zu verstärken. Derartige Hefter sind konstruktiv relativ aufwendig und teuer.
  • Aus der DE 41 18 117 A1 bzw. der EP 258 464 A1 ist es bekannt, einen Schnellhefter aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus einer Folie aus einem flexiblen Kunststoff herzustellen. Das Problem bei einem derartigen Schnellhefter besteht darin, ihn mit einer oben beschriebenen Aufhängevorrichtung zu versehen, da hierdurch die konstruktive Einfachheit im Vergleich zu den bekannten Schnellheftern verloren ginge.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Schnellhefter der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der konstruktiv einfach und damit billig ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnete Erfindung gelöst, d.h. es wird ein Schnellhefter mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung geschaffen, wobei der Schnellhefter aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt aus einem folienförmigen Material besteht und an beiden Randbereichen des Hefterrückens Stanzungen zur Ausbildung der Aufhängevorrichtung aufweist.
  • Mit dieser Ausbildung der Aufhängevorrichtung ist es auf konstruktiv einfache Weise möglich, aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt einen Schnellhefter mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung zu schaffen, die dauerhaft und stabil ist.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

    eine Teilansicht des Hefterzuschnitts im Bereich der Aufhängevorrichtung;
    Fig. 2
    eine Fig. 1 entsprechende Ansicht, jedoch mit ausgeklappter Hängenase; und
    Fig. 3
    eine Seitenansicht des Schnellhefters mit der Aufhängevorrichtung.
  • Der in Fig. 1 ausschnittsweise dargestellte Hefterzuschnitt 10 des Schnellhefters 12 zeigt einen Teil im Bereich des Hefterrückens 14 an einem Seitenrand 16 des Schnellhefters 12. Der gegenüberliegende Bereich des Hefterrückens 14 ist entsprechend ausgebildet (siehe Fig. 3), so daß in diesem Zusammenhang nur ein Bereich beschrieben wird.
  • Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Aufhängevorrichtung besteht allgemein aus Stanzungen in dem folienförmigen Hefterzuschnitt 10, die zum Teil als Falzlinien und zum Teil als den Hefterzuschnitt 10 durchtrennende Schnittlinien ausgebildet sind. Die Aufhängevorrichtung bzw. deren Stanzung im Hefterzuschnitt 10 umfaßt jeweils eine im Abstand parallel zum Seitenrand 16 des Schnellhefters 12 verlaufende Falzlinie 18, jeweils eine sich von beiden Enden der Falzlinie 18 in Richtung des Hefterrückens 14 in einem Winkel von etwa 45° erstreckende erste Schnittlinie 20, sich an die ersten Schnittlinien 20 anschließende, etwa halbkreisförmige zweite Schnittlinien 22, sich an die zweiten Schnittlinien 22 anschließende dritte, umgekehrt-halbkreisförmige Schnittlinien 24 sowie eine die Enden der beiden dritten Schnittlinien 24 verbindende, zum Seitenrand 16 des Schnellhefters 12 parallele vierte Schnittlinie 26.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der ausgeklappte Zustand der Hängenase 28 dargestellt. Um nun beim Schließen des Schnellhefters 12, d.h. beim Falten um den Hefterrücken 14, keinen zu großen Faltwiderstand durch den nunmehr doppelten Randbereich zu erzeugen, weist die Stanzung der Hängenase 28 in ihrem unteren mittleren Bereich eine rechteckige Aussparung 30 auf, die in ihrer Länge und Breite etwas größer als der Abstand von der Falzlinie 18 der Stanzung zum Seitenrand 16 und der Abstand zwischen den beiden mittleren, den Hefterrücken 14 bildenden Falzlinien 32 ist. Um das Aufklappen der Hängenase 28 weiter zu erleichtern, ist der Übergangsbereich zwischen der ersten Schnittlinie 20 zur Falzlinie 18 abgerundet, so daß die beiden Linien 18, 20 im wesentlichen senkrecht aufeinandertreffen.
  • Wenn die Stanzungen der Hängenasen 28 an beiden Seiten des Schnellhefters 12 nach außen geklappt sind und der Schnellhefter 12 um seinen Hefterrücken 14 gefaltet und geschlossen ist, ergibt sich der Schnellhefter 12 mit zwei an den Seitenrändern 16 im Bereich des Hefterrückens 14 ausgebildeten Hängenasen 28, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt. Diese Hängenasen können dann zum Lagern des Schnellhefters mit entsprechenden Schienen in einem Gestell oder einem Schrank in Eingriff gebracht werden, wie dies bei üblichen Schnellheftern der Fall ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Schnellhefter mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnellhefter (12) aus einem einstückigen Hefterzuschnitt (10) aus einem folienförmigen Material besteht und an beiden Randbereichen des Hefterrückens (14) Stanzungen zur Ausbildung der Aufhängevorrichtung aufweist.
  2. Schnellhefter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzungen jeweils eine im Abstand parallel zum Seitenrand (16) des Schnellhefters (12) verlaufende Falzlinie (18), jeweils eine sich von beiden Enden der Falzlinie (18) in Richtung des Hefterrückens (14) in einem Winkel von etwa 45° erstreckende erste Schnittlinie (20), sich an die ersten Schnittlinien (20) anschließende, etwa halbkreisförmige zweite Schnittlinien (22), sich an die zweiten Schnittlinien (22) anschließende dritte, umgekehrt-halbkreisförmige Schnittlinien (24) sowie eine die Enden der beiden dritten Schnittlinien (24) verbindende, zum Seitenrand (16) des Schnellhefters (12) parallele vierte Schnittlinie (26) umfassen.
  3. Schnellhefter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzung um die Falzlinie (18) aus dem einstückigen Hefterzuschnitt (10) des Schnellhefters (12) zur Ausbildung einer Hängenase (28) an beiden Enden des Hefterrückens (14) ausklappbar ist.
  4. Schnellhefter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hefterzuschnitt (10) aus einem elastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polypropylen, besteht.
